Greetings and welcome to the beginning of a new chapter in your life! I am an enthusiastic and motivated therapist dedicated to meeting individuals where they are, while guiding them through their personal journey of growth and healing. My professional experience aligns with empowering clients who experience a sense of loss, anxiety, depression, physical, mental, emotional exhaustion, unexplained fear, and hopelessness. With a deep passion for both my client's progress and my own professional development, I create a collaborative, supportive space where lasting change is possible. I believe our greatest gifts often live at the intersection of growth and giving, and I look forward to walking alongside individuals as they rediscover their strengths, gain clarity, and create meaningful change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Some clients feel a bit awkward or uncertain prior to, and during, the initial session. The first session provides an opportunity for us to get to know each other including background, any previous experience with therapy, concerns, and what brings you to therapy. I will explain confidentiality, confirm consent for telehealth sessions, and you will be invited to share thoughts regarding initial goals. Ultimately, the first session is designed to help you feel comfortable, understood, and informed about the process ahead. This is a collaborative process, so I'll answer your questions, and we'll build a plan together that feels right for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out in my practice is a deeply integrative approach. I draw from cognitive-behavioral techniques and evidenced based treatment modalities designed to assist clients in identifying their strength and potential barriers to success. I help clients understand how relational experiences lay the ground work for connection, trust and emotional regulation. Together, we explore alternative ways to manage psychological, mental, and physical barriers to achieving goals. Clients learn to acknowledge what's beyond their control, while honoring and building upon their past achievements. Clients are encouraged to draw strength from what they've already accomplished as they face what lies ahead. I guide clients through a process of identify "painful, but necessary," steps toward positive change. Beginning with recognizing their strengths as resources they've developed through challenges and changing the lens through which clients see themselves and the world! My focus is not simply on the "Why' but on the "How To". How to manage fear, doubt, and discomfort with setting healthy boundaries. How to manage low energy, low motivation, difficulty concentrating, mental and physical fatigue. How to manage loss, unemployment, medical challenges, trauma, and spiritual disruption, while "dedicating themselves to intentional steps that support their healing journey." I am committed to creating an environment of respect, integrity, compassion, and hope! My success is not grounded only, in "expertise", but the ability to facilitate "meaning-making". The reward comes from seeing real transformation when clients gain clarity, develop new tools, or reconnect with their own strengths. Each session is not just an opportunity to support your healing, but to deepen my understanding of people resilience, and change. Change, many clients tell me, they did not believe was possible.
