I love working with teens and young adults who are trying to understand the person they are and becoming. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their lives.
Person-centered therapy employs a non-authoritative approach that allows clients to take more of a lead in sessions, in the process, and then they are able to discover their own solutions.
