I enjoy helping clients navigate various challenges and life transitions, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, stress, and career decisions. I am passionate about supporting individuals who are ready to take steps towards finding their inner peace and living the life they desire. I highlight person-centered and brief-solution-focused therapies in my counseling approach, but will also utilize a few cognitive-behavioral and motivational interviewing techniques to aid clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem and confidence issues, & depression.
