Hi, I’m Annika! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I’ve been supporting clients on their wellness journey since 2019. I work with teens, adults, and older adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges with more clarity, confidence, and ease. My therapeutic style is solution-focused with a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We’ll explore the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, using curiosity and reflection to challenge patterns that no longer serve you. I believe that the solution to every problem already exists within you—my role is to help you uncover it, build on it, and trust in your ability to move forward. While therapy can be deep and transformative, I bring a relaxed and easygoing energy into the space. My goal is to create an environment where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow at a pace that feels authentic to you. Whether you’re facing stress, life transitions, or looking to strengthen your mindset, I’m here to help you “Master the mind. Master the moment.”

Hello! I am Melany Quintero, Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I'm bilingual. I have an Master’s in Social Work (MSW) and completed licensure in Clinical Social Work. I bring a strong educational and professional foundation to my work, specializing in treating mood disorders, stress, and anxiety, as well as helping clients navigate life-changing events, grief, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Ever since I was a little girl, I felt the need to help others; making a positive change in someone else’s life brought immense joy to my life. Coming from an immigrant family with limited resources, I joined the military to achieve my educational goals. While in the military, I moved a lot and had the opportunity to meet people from different cultures, backgrounds, and religions. I learned how our differences make us unique, interesting, and just wonderful. However, these differences sometimes create conflict on the inside and also on the outside. For this reason, I decided to become a social worker and help make a positive change in the world, one person at a time.
It is so hard to try to tell your life story to a stranger, but just know I'm here to help you find the strength you thought you lost but is just hiding deep in you. We will work together to help you achieve your goals.
Spanish: Es my dificil contarle su historia a un estrano, pero yo estoy aqui para ayudarle a encontrar su fuerza interior para mejorar.

Hello, my name is Giselle. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Florida. I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years. My experience is with individuals, families, and groups in community organizations, hospital settings, and outpatient setting. I have experience with a wide range of clinical issues, which includes: depression, self-esteem, anxiety, stress related issues, family conflict, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, anger management, and substance use disorders. I will work with you to address the various life challenges while helping you maintain a productive life style. I also speak both English and Spanish.
Do you feel like you need to work out some of your thoughts and feelings? Are you not sure where to start?
Hi! I'm Chelsea and I know that feeling all too well.
In my therapy practice, I utilize an egalitarian approach while working with people. This means that the therapist and the client are the experts of their own experience. I believe we each bring preconceptions and values into the relationship and these core values can help strengthen trust. I’m, in general, curious about people and who they are; so I LOVE hearing about interests or hobbies or anything that relates to a person’s individuality. I incorporate harm reduction and motivational interviewing within my work. I believe that people are conduits to change and change is dependent on motivation and readiness. I think it is okay if someone is not ready or is not sure if they are ready; we all start somewhere!
I enjoy watching people evolve and grow into their authentic selves; which includes knowing who they are and what they value. I value self-awareness and introspection, for myself, and want to help others on their path to their wellness.
I approach therapy with the belief that healing and growth are always possible. Change is a natural part of life, and I view counseling as a supportive space where individuals and couples can explore challenges, strengthen resilience, and move toward greater well-being. My work is grounded in compassion, empathy, and respect, creating a safe environment where clients feel seen, heard, and understood.
I was born in Cuba and moved to the United States with my family at a young age. Growing up in Central Florida, I became deeply curious about people, relationships, and the ways we navigate life’s struggles. That early curiosity developed into a calling to support others through their own journeys of healing and growth. Today, I work with both individuals and couples, helping them process trauma, improve communication, manage anxiety, and cultivate stronger, healthier connections.
Fluent in English, Spanish, (and Spanglish), I enjoy providing therapy in whichever language feels most comfortable for my clients. My cultural background and bilingual skills allow me to offer a more inclusive and culturally sensitive counseling experience, something I believe is essential in building trust and fostering healing.
In my practice, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and the Gottman Method, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. I also bring a person-centered philosophy, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and collaboration as core elements of the therapeutic process.
Outside of my professional life, I value balance and joy. I enjoy barbell strength training, which reminds me of the importance of persistence and self-care. I also love singing with my husband and spending meaningful time with family and friends. These personal joys keep me grounded and inspire the work I do with clients every day.
