I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Florida and California, and a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. I work with individuals and couples, including service members, veterans, and their family members, who are seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My work is grounded in partnership, reflection, and healing during times of uncertainty and ongoing change.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During the first session, we will explore the history of your concerns and begin identifying goals for our work together. This session is also a time for you to get a sense of my therapeutic style and to determine whether I feel like a good fit to support you in reaching your goals.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over fifteen years of experience, I work with adults and couples facing trauma, anxiety, infidelity, career indecision, and challenges with self-worth. I integrate Gottman-informed work, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy to create a supportive and collaborative space where clients can reconnect with their strengths and move toward healing. I am passionate about providing culturally attuned care and welcome clients from all backgrounds.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My counseling style is warm, hopeful, and grounded in compassion, with room for appropriate humor. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to find the best fit for each individual’s needs. Beginning a therapeutic relationship is a journey built on courage, strength, and trust—courage to recognize the need for support, strength to believe in yourself, and trust in the therapeutic process. My goal is to help clients develop practical tools to reduce distressing symptoms and create meaningful, positive changes in their lives.
Gottman method
