Hi! My name is Cassie, and I'm a Christian, faith-based therapist located in the sunny (and sometimes rainy!) state of Florida. Many Black men carry responsibility, emotion, and expectation without having a space to process what they’re carrying. Over time, this can show up as stress, anger, anxiety, or feeling worn down. I provide individual therapy for Black men and for adolescents who need a space where they are understood. I also help parents and caregivers — especially those raising Black and Brown boys and families in blended or co-parenting systems — build clarity, connection, and consistent discipline. My approach is relational, culturally informed, and focused on helping you understand patterns, reduce overwhelm, and strengthen your family system.
My approach to therapy is solution-focused, compassionate, and centered on helping clients build lasting skills. Rather than simply helping someone get through the current crisis, I want to equip them with the tools they need to navigate future challenges with greater confidence and independence.
I focus on identifying and addressing the underlying issues that drive recurring patterns, whether that's unresolved childhood trauma, deeply held negative beliefs about oneself, or other core experiences. My goal is to help clients process those experiences, challenge unhelpful cognitions, and develop healthier, more adaptive beliefs about themselves.
While it's important to acknowledge and address what's happening in a client's life right now, I believe lasting change comes from understanding and working through the deeper patterns that contribute to those challenges. I strive to balance supporting clients through present-day concerns with helping them create meaningful, long-term change.
Hello and thanks for stopping by. Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted? Maybe you find yourself overthinking your decisions, struggling to set boundaries, or repeating relationship patterns that leave you questioning yourself. You know that you want something different but you're unsure how to move forward. Whatever you're experiencing, you don't have to face it alone. I helped women understand how past experiences and relationship patterns may be showing up in their lives today. Imagine moving through your days with greater calm and clarity. Imagine feeling more confident in your decisions, more connected to yourself, and more comfortable showing up as your authentic self. Healing does not mean forgetting what happened or moving through it alone, it means having the support and tools to understand your experiences and create a new path forward. You don't have to navigate your healing journey by yourself.
I am Kayla Crawford, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am here to support you as you move from simply managing what you've been through toward greater understanding, healing, and meaningful change. I have a Master's degree in Counseling and Psychology. I also worked alongside law enforcement during crisis to assist youth who struggled with suicidal ideations. My work is trauma informed, relational, somatic, and whole person focused. I recognize that you may intellectually understand your story but the body and your nervous system is still responding as if you are in the past.
My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental and practical. I believe in creating a safe space while also helping you develop real-life tools for change. My specialties are in the areas of adult transitions (male/female), relationship challenges and clinical issues such as anxiety, and depression. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over six years of experience, and my goal is to create a warm, supportive, and culturally aware space where you can genuinely feel seen and understood. My work centers on helping people navigate emotional ups and downs, major life transitions, and the lingering impact of early experiences that still shape how they move through the world today. I lean on evidence-based approaches, but I bring them into the room in a real, grounded way—so we’re not just talking about what’s hard, but actually uncovering root patterns and building tools that support real, lasting change. And before anything else, I want to acknowledge that choosing to show up for your mental health is huge. Taking that first step says a lot about your strength and your desire to grow, and I’m here to support you through that process.
Hey there! I’m Craig Lampkin, and I’m thrilled to be a native New Yorker. I became a marriage and family therapist because I’m passionate about hearing people’s stories and helping them through their journeys. My journey started at the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in NYC, which really adds a creative flair to my therapy sessions.
I love incorporating visual cues along with a variety of therapeutic approaches to keep our time together engaging and fun! We’ll team up to explore new coping strategies, decision-making skills, and problem-solving techniques that can help you thrive in life.
In my practice, I use different therapeutic modalities as key tools to support your growth in thinking, emotions, and physical abilities while reducing any troublesome behaviors. I tailor these methods to fit your unique needs.
For instance, Cognitive Therapy helps in shifting negative thought patterns, while Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combines thoughts and actions to tackle various psychological challenges. If you’re dealing with trauma, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy can provide a safe space to process those experiences.
Narrative Therapy is all about empowering you to rewrite your life story, whereas Structural Therapy focuses on enhancing family dynamics to mend conflicts. With Strategic Therapy, we’ll employ specific strategies to tackle problems, and Solution-Focused Therapy will help us zero in on your goals and strengths for positive outcomes.
Together, these approaches work wonderfully to boost your well-being and personal growth. Let’s embark on this journey together!

Hello, friends. Are you emotionally exhausted due to ongoing conflicts in life? Moreover, are you utterly overwhelmed while trying to secure a meaningful connection with family or loved ones? If so, you are not alone. Several children maintain the notion that "parents just don't understand." Conversely, many parents believe their children are mentally and emotionally disconnected from family. If this sounds like your case. . .I am extending my "virtual" hand. Let us work together to overcome issues that have long stopped you and your family from being happy, healthy, and whole.
My name is Dr. Austin, LCSW, and I assist children and families in their efforts to create a communal living environment where families thrive, not merely survive. I believe in establishing a safe, judgment-free therapeutic setting where all are treated with unconditional positive regard.
Why Work with Me?
You may be the person everyone relies on, yet privately you're exhausted, anxious or questioning yourself. I have served clients as individuals, families, and within group environments. Additionally, my counseling experience has included inpatient, outpatient, and crisis stabilization units within the Florida Department of Corrections. I also served as the mental health authority within medium to low-risk juvenile inpatient programs. My experience also includes working within community social service agencies and Medicaid programs. In my years of professional experience, I have found that Depressive and Anxiety Disorders are managed best using Psychotherapy. Whereas many clients may find it helpful to include Antidepressant/Antianxiety medications, it has been my experience that medications alone are less effective and are often supported by Counseling Intervention with a Professional Counselor.

Hi, I’m Bernadette — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel safe, supportive, and genuinely helpful. My style is warm, down‑to‑earth, and collaborative. I’m the kind of therapist who listens closely, asks thoughtful questions, and gives you practical tools you can use in real life. I’m not here to judge or lecture; I’m here to walk alongside you as you learn, grow, and build the confidence to navigate life’s challenges.
Clients often tell me they feel comfortable with me quickly because I’m approachable, honest, and easy to talk to. I bring a balance of compassion and structure to every session. My background includes extensive training in trauma‑informed care, CBT, DBT, and family‑systems approaches. I support children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, relationship stress, low self‑esteem, or major life transitions. I also have a strong passion for working with neurodivergent clients and families, offering an affirming space where strengths are recognized and supported.
My own life experiences — growing up in a close family, learning the importance of communication, and navigating my own seasons of growth — shape the way I show up as a therapist. I understand what it feels like to carry a lot, to want to do well, and to feel overwhelmed by expectations. That’s why I focus on helping clients build emotional clarity, healthier patterns, and practical coping skills that truly make a difference.
Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your family, my goal is to help you feel grounded, capable, and supported as you work toward meaningful, lasting change.
With a career spanning over 27 years, I am a distinguished Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, recognized for my extensive work in both high-paced agency environments and specialized private practice. My professional journey has been defined by a deep-seated commitment to human resilience and a nuanced understanding of the systemic and psychological barriers that impact mental health.
Throughout my two and a half decades of practice, I have cultivated a unique expertise in navigating the intersection of culture, socio-economic status, and individual mental health. Having worked with a vast spectrum of clients—from adolescents finding their identity to adults navigating complex life transitions—I bring a seasoned, evidence-based approach to every session. My clinical philosophy goes beyond symptom management; it is rooted in the belief that adversity is a catalyst for profound personal evolution. By integrating a wealth of clinical modalities with a culturally responsive lens, I empower clients to dismantle long-standing obstacles and build a foundation for sustainable health and professional excellence.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, grief, and major life transitions since 2014. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University, and my work is grounded in both professional training and a genuine belief that people deserve a place where they can be heard without judgment.
After years of providing in-person therapy, I transitioned to fully virtual care in 2020. Today, I provide accessible, flexible telehealth services to adults in Florida and Vermont, allowing clients to receive support from a place where they feel comfortable and safe.
My clinical work is also informed by lived experience. I’ve navigated grief, significant life transitions, and having cancer twice. These experiences are not the focus of my work, but they have shaped how I show up as a therapist—grounded, present, and respectful of the complexity of what people carry. I understand that healing is not linear and that sometimes strength simply means getting through the day.
I work with adults who may look like they’re managing everything on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. My approach is collaborative, practical, and paced to your readiness. I draw from CBT, mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy, focusing on both insight and practical tools for everyday life.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, have everything figured out, or push through alone. If something in your life isn’t working the way you want it to, therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what’s happening, and begin moving forward.

Lets work together to explore healthier coping skills and make these situations feel less overwhelming for you.
I believe a respectful, supportive, collaborative, free from judgement relationship is important for therapeutic healing. I am warm, caring and supportive. My specialties include depression, anxiety, substance abuse, parenting, relationship concerns and sex therapy. I work from a mindfulness approach and I am CBT and solution focused oriented.
I enjoy working with clients of diverse ethnic backgrounds, cultures, gender, and sexual orientations. I believe in the power of choice and each persons ability to achieve their desired goals. I have a dual Masters in Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and I’m currently working on my Ph.D in Clinical Sexology.
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck? You don't have to navigate it alone. I'm Henry Smith, LICSW, a licensed therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, and crisis intervention. I provide compassionate, evidence-based virtual therapy for adults, helping clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and build resilience. Together, we'll create a personalized path toward healing, growth, and lasting emotional well-being.
Hello! I’m Dr. Thuydy (pronounced "Tweety"), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Sex Therapist, and Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating intimacy challenges, compulsive sexual behaviors, trauma, and relationship concerns. My doctoral research focused on trauma-informed treatment for compulsive sexual behaviors, which I bring into my clinical work with compassion, respect, and a nonjudgmental approach.
I understand how difficult it can feel to navigate disconnection, conflict, or shame, especially when intimacy, sexuality, or past trauma are involved. My approach is trauma-informed, sex-positive, shame-resilient, and inclusive. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients from all backgrounds feel respected and supported, including those who identify as LGBTQIA+, engage in kink or BDSM, or practice consensual non-monogamy or polyamory.
Together, we'll explore your unique experiences, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and develop practical tools for resilience, communication, and self-compassion. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, somatic interventions, and shame resilience principles to create a personalized path toward healing, connection, and lasting growth.
Hello and welcome. I’m Shakis Farmer, and for more than ten years I’ve supported children, adults, and families in both schools and the community. Taking the step toward therapy shows strength, and I’m honored to be part of your journey.
I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel safe, valued, and truly heard. Life’s challenges can leave us feeling stuck or overwhelmed, but growth becomes possible when we have the right tools and support. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you uncover solutions, restore balance, and reconnect with the strengths you already carry within you.
You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Together, we can create a path forward that feels empowering and meaningful.
Because sleep quality is critical to physical and mental health I am passionate about helping people get good sleep.
I received my PhD from Duke University and have been a practicing psychologist for several decades. I work primarily with behavioral sleep medicine because sleep problems are so widespread, and there are not enough specialists to meet the need. I have published several articles and a book on sleep and am the director of the insomnia course for the World Sleep Academy, as well as a member of the Outreach and Public Education Committee, Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. I continue working with people with anxiety, depression, and couples issues on a limited basis. The methods I use are evidence-based and trauma-informed. I am also an ordained member of the clergy (rabbi) and consider one's spirituality an important part of treatment for many, though not all, people.
I’ve practiced telehealth exclusively since early 2020. Most people appreciate working this way because of convenience. Therapy is not adversely affected, and I am even able to do hypnotherapy via telehealth.
I believe that change happens when people are given the proper guidance and tools needed to pursue their goals while also giving them the autonomy to pull on their own strengths and qualities that will get them to the finish line. I provide clients with a space full of compassion and support to help them overcome obstacles and move forward in life. My therapeutic experience mostly consists of services provided to adult and adolescent clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, and stress related issues. I tailor various therapeutic modalities such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Positive Psychology and Motivational Interviewing according to the client’s individual needs and wants. I believe that everyone is entitled to pursue and live a fulfilling and happy life. I believe that a large part of wellness is having healthy, meaningful relationships, not just with others, but with ourselves.
I am dedicated to improving the lives of children, adolescents and young adults who may struggle with emotion regulation, lack of coping strategies, social skills, and behavior problems at home, in school, or in the community. Whether there are specific goals in mind, or you just want some support through a difficult time, I will be here along your journey.
