Hi! I'm Ashley and I'm a licensed therapist providing virtual therapy in Florida. A little about me... I'm a first-generation Latina and Miami native. As the daughter of immigrant parents, I understand the unique pressures that can come with balancing family expectations, cultural values, achievement, independence, and figuring out who you are outside of what others expect from you. When I'm not in the therapy office, I'm usually training in MMA or spending time with the people I care about most. These parts of my life keep me grounded and balanced. I specialize in helping young adults and adults who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, relationship difficulties, people-pleasing, low self-worth, and the impact of past experiences. My clients often leave therapy with a stronger sense of self, healthier boundaries, greater confidence in their decisions, and the ability to navigate life with less fear and more trust in themselves. I try to create a space that feels genuine, supportive, and real. My promise to you: I’ll show up as your therapist and will be in your corner. Email me to schedule your first session (:

I look forward to working with you. I also value your time and want to use it productively in assisting you to reach your therapeutic goals.
You deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported. As an LCSW, I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s weighing on you and begin to heal. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace, helping you reconnect with your strengths and move toward the life you want. I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship. I take time to truly understand who you are—not just your symptoms, but your story, values, and goals.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I work with adults and teens, and I tailor approach to meet your unique needs. Together, we’ll build insight, develop practical coping tools, and gently challenge the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. You are welcome here.
Nothing is off-limits in our work together. Whether it’s depression, trauma, body image, sex, or money—I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can talk about whatever’s on your mind. I’ve heard it all, and you don’t have to hold anything back.
