Is it hard to be kind and compassionate to yourself? I help clients manage depression, anxiety, and to process all kinds of trauma. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you where you would like to be. I use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also work extensively with all kinds of relationship challenges and work to establish healthy relationships with family members, partners, children, and friends. Clients will be met with kindness, support, and empathy during every session. I encourage clients to be honest about where they are and want they want to work on. I provide psycho-education when necessary and resources that can be helpful. I am very encouraging and supportive to the needs and wants of my clients.
I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy including trauma focused CBT to assist with a variety of symptoms. I integrate CBT with Solution Focused Therapy. I also offer faith based counseling based on Biblical principals for those who are interested.
It is important to me to create a safe haven for my clients in which they will always be met with compassion, empathy, and support. I offer a judgment free environment so that all clients can be themselves without shame. I focus extensively on creating a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty, and even humor at times.
