Hi, my name is Luz, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I worked as a teacher for over 15 years before making the journey into a community mental health career. I have experience in mobile crisis response, trauma, forensic mental health concerns.
To explain who I am as a therapist, I reflect back to my role as an educator. In the classroom, there was a movement for the teacher to be less of a “sage on the stage” (teacher-centered approach) and more of a “guide on the side” (student-centered). To me, therapy is a lesson plan for a learning experience. It's a guide to develop what the client needs to learn in order to cope with whatever barriers are showing up in the client's life, whether that barrier is an internal issue, such as self-image, or how to cope with work stress.
My therapeutic perspective is to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate guidance and support in an atmosphere of respect and safety while allowing clients to be the experts of their lives, much like “a co-pilot, a sous chef, or an assistant manager” of a client-therapist relationship. I use solution-focused elements to help move toward desired goals, cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and motivational interviewing to help gain understanding and clarity. Outside of traditional therapy, I enjoy the practices of mindfulness, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki.
Finding a therapist that's the right fit can be a challenging task, but taking that first step towards a healthier you is worth it. I look forward to working with you to help break down those barriers and make progress in areas that most matter to you.

My work encompasses individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, manage or improve addictive behavior, emotional dysregulation and life transitions (including women's issues). My work is informed by formal training in EMDR as well as, traditional talk therapy with a strong foundation in CBT and DBT—but therapy with me isn’t about rigid techniques or worksheets for the sake of it.
I focus on helping clients understand why patterns exist, not just how to manage symptoms. EMDR allows us to work at the root level and utilize the integration of traditional talk therapy with CBT and DBT. Cognitive and Dialectical behavioral therapies provide practical tools for navigating daily life such as, mindfulness practices and working to defeat cognitive distortions that impact our relationships. I integrate these approaches thoughtfully, adapting the work to the person in front of me rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model.
Clients often describe my style as direct, solution focused, collaborative, and grounded. The bond that is created between us is the most important, and I believe meaningful change happens when therapy feels both safe, person centered and honest—where insight leads to action, and healing is something we actively build together.
My name is Julie Mouton,LCSW. I am passionate about helping my clients to reach their goals and get back on track. I enjoy helping my clients to feel better by providing support and helping them to see things from different perspectives. I love what I do and helping my clients to get good results!

From an early age, I felt a strong calling to help others and found deep fulfillment in making a positive difference in people’s lives. Raised in an immigrant family with limited resources, I joined the military as a way to pursue my education and create new opportunities for myself.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and have trained as a professional life coach. I am committed to holding that space for you to help you take your next steps. Navigating life's challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face them alone. Mental illness is a medical condition, just like any physical ailment, and seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Furthermore, hiding your struggles can prevent you from accessing necessary support. Let me help you with your path to recovery using your strengths to become a better version of yourself.
Hello, I’m Carmen Bales, LCSW. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a background in hospice and medical social work, where I’ve spent many years supporting people through grief, chronic stress, life transitions, and uncertainty.
In therapy, I offer a calm, supportive space for adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck—even when they appear “high-functioning” on the outside. My approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from talk therapy, expressive arts, and body-based (somatic) awareness to help clients reconnect with themselves and make sense of what they are carrying.
You do not need to be “creative” to work with me. Expressive and reflective tools are used gently and always at your comfort level. I believe healing begins with being seen, understood, and supported—rather than being rushed to fix or change yourself. If you choose to have sessions with me, you will be truly seen.
With nine years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and intern, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to my work. My professional background also includes serving for eight years in school settings as a guidance counselor and ESE teacher, where I supported students’ academic, social, and emotional development. I am a proud mother to a 28-year-old daughter and share my home with a lovable Shih Tzu and two spirited cats. Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing with family and friends and find joy in helping others however I can. Known for being highly detail-oriented, I strive to bring clarity and care to everything I do. I also believe that humor—used at the right moment—can be one of the best tools for connection and healing, because laughter truly is the best medicine.
If you’ve been struggling with anxiety, carrying the weight of past trauma, or feeling lost in the middle of life’s challenges, you don’t have to go through it alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and ready for something to change — and together, we create a safe space where healing can finally happen.
My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward with tools that bring real relief in your daily life. You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting — just the courage to take the first step.

You’re not “too emotional”—
you’ve just been stuck in patterns that keep hurting you.
Hi, I’m Eva Chocrón, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I help individuals and couples who feel emotionally overwhelmed and stuck in painful relationship patterns.
You might look like you have it together…
but inside, you feel anxious, reactive, or exhausted—especially in your relationships.
Maybe you overgive, struggle to set boundaries, or feel unseen and misunderstood. Even when you know something isn’t working, it can feel hard to change.
My work focuses on helping you understand your emotional patterns and respond differently—with more clarity, stability, and intention.
Together, we’ll work on:
regulating intense emotions
improving communication
setting boundaries without guilt
building healthier, more secure relationships
My approach is warm, direct, and culturally sensitive.
You don’t have to keep repeating the same patterns. Change is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.

I believe that each one of us has the answers to our problems inside of us. However, sometimes we need someone on our journey to help us unlock those answers by asking the right questions---things you may not have considered, presenting proven strategies, and psychoeducation. Although, you will make strides with the energy and effort you give, the number one predictor that one will improve is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. I hope to provide a place of warmth, compassion, and acceptance in which you feel empowered and free to approach any concerns. I am here to help you along on your journey.
I am a licensed mental health counselor in Arizona, Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Utah. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with an Educational Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling. I also earned a Master's of Art from Roosevelt University. I have experience working with youth and their families as well as adults. The theoretical framework that I usually draw from is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I also apply Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing Techniques as needed. I address trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, interpersonal skills, self-esteem, anger, problem-solving, and decision-making. In conjunction with therapy, I believe that exercise, proper nutrition, and good sleep hygiene are an integral part of overcoming mental health concerns.
Change, even positive change can be challenging and uncomfortable. I hope to provide the necessary support as a champion of change.
I am a human being first who takes time to understand the position of my client and puts my passion into my work as a therapist to empathize, identify, and resolve. My focus is finding a solution in the partnership of the therapeutic alliance with my client. This field of work has been my life's focus and my overall dedication to the process of healing and growth to give back to others and fulfill my purpose.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Amber Wade. With over 12 years of experience as an Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. Whether you're facing a crisis, dealing with trauma or grief, struggling with anxiety and depression, or navigating a significant life transition, I’m here to help.
My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and proven therapeutic techniques that are tailored to meet your unique needs. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and finding a sense of balance in your life. As a therapist, I offer a compassionate and holistic approach to mental health that incorporates person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I work with individuals aged 16 and up, tailoring my approach to meet each person's unique needs and goals.
