Hello everyone, my name is Carolina Gonzalez. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 24 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, including adolescents, couples and families. I support clients through challenges such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, relationship concerns and parenting. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person's needs with methods such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and strength-based interventions. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
As someone who struggled with mental health in the past and sought out help, I have complete understanding and respect for anyone reaching out for assistance. The desire to help others after I was able to overcome struggles is what led me to counseling. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been counseling for ten years now. I have worked with all ages, from children younger than five, to older children, teenagers, and adults. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, parenting issues, family conflict and challenges, relationship issues, and all the different life changes that occur!
My practice is a client-focused, person-centered, and humanistic approach. I believe that each person who enters counseling deserves to be understood with empathy, respect, and compassion, and I believe that your relationship and connection with your counselor is key to moving forward. It is our journey together to bring you to the place that you want to be. I use a person-centered talk therapy model with a variety of techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, strength-based approaches, and mindfulness approaches. I’m a licensed mental health counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist based in Miami, Florida, with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s emotional challenges. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, and depression, and I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported.
My style is collaborative, grounded, and compassionate. I believe therapy should be a safe place to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface and to begin shifting patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what you need, we’ll work together to help you feel more in control, more empowered, and more connected to yourself and the people you care about.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with other evidence-based approaches to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact. That means we might gently challenge self-critical thinking, find new ways to manage anxiety or stress, or work on setting healthy boundaries in relationships. I also draw from systems theory in my work with couples and families, helping clients recognize how past dynamics may be influencing present struggles and how to build new, healthier ways of relating.
My clients often tell me they feel a sense of relief just being able to speak openly, without pressure to have all the answers. I believe therapy is not about fixing you because you're not broken. It’s about giving you the space and tools to care for yourself in a deeper way.
If you’re ready to begin this process, I’m here to walk alongside you.

I have extensive experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, domestic violence, criminal justice issues, relationship issues, and parenting issues. I am a firm believer that you are the expert of your story! Hi, I'm Taylor. I'm so glad you're here. It’s no small thing making the decision to sign up to talk to a stranger about the overwhelming and very often draining circumstances that you’re in. I want to highlight how much being on this site, and looking through profiles is such a significant step toward your mental health goals.
Anxiety and improving self image are at the core of my work. I focus on helping clients develop flexible thinking and self-compassion — practical tools that help you step away from self-criticism and patterns that keep life feeling heavy. The goal of this work isn't about becoming a perfect version of yourself. It's about learning to navigate life's challenges with greater flexibility, confidence, and self-understanding.
I’m a warm, compassionate therapist who believes you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out for support. I became a therapist because I’ve seen how anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and the pressure to meet everyone else’s expectations can impact how we see ourselves and move through life.
My own experiences, along with my professional background, have shaped the way I connect with clients. I understand that sometimes being the “strong one” can become exhausting, and that setting boundaries or putting yourself first can bring up a lot of guilt.
In therapy, I want you to feel comfortable being your whole self without judgment. I take a collaborative and down-to-earth approach, meeting you where you are and helping you develop tools and insight that feel realistic for your life. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin creating a life that feels more balanced and authentic to you.
Hey, My name is Ariel,

Together, we can work toward greater balance, healing, and confidence as you move forward in your journey. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you.

My name is Michael Hutchinson - though I go by Hutch - and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I have been working in the field of mental health since 2012, and actively practicing with individuals, couples, and groups since 2018. At the core of my practice is a constructivist approach, treating individuals as experts on themselves as we work to apply the theories of change I endorse to create meaningful/ values-congruent improvements wherever indicated. In my individual work I aim to scaffold skills, concepts, and techniques to ensure that distress is resolved and change is promoted across any number of domains of life. Nearly 20 years later, it is still a privilege to work with individuals, couples in various stages or phases of their relationship and families of all sizes.
I’m often looking for "the funny" in the moment and the world around me. I greatly enjoy sarcasm, snark, and satire. I'm fairly casual but have been told I "Clean up well", and clients have told me in the past they appreciate that I do not come across as "stuffy".
I daydream of going on cruises with my wife, occasionally think about bringing our children along. I treasure a long nap in a hammock, and I love movies. Once upon a time I even submitted a short film to the Cannes Film Festival (wasn't selected) but I did enter.
Clinically, I work with a foundation of Solution Focus and Systemic Therapy, with attributes of Narrative, Structural and/or Strategic.
*** I do not provide animal support letters or ESA documentation, disability-related paperwork, and fit for work evaluation documentation. Additionally, court-mandated evaluations, divorce or custody agreement related paperwork would be out of the scope of my practice, therefore is not something I engage in at this time.
It's okay not to be OK sometimes, to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or even depressed. Still, these feelings can make it difficult to maintain healthy relationships and to feel like the best version of ourselves. The good news is that you're not alone, and seeking help is an important step, which I commend you for taking! I want you to know I am here to support you as a caring and trained professional.
A veces esta bien no estar "bien." Quiero que sepas que es comun batallar con estos sentimientos abrumadores, ansiosos o incluso deprimentes. Peace. Happiness. Love. Success. We seek them. We want them. As we see them within reach, we are knocked down by the challenges and difficulties of life. We find, instead, lives that are filled with anxiety, sadness, grief, trauma, loss and failure. I know this too well. I have experienced this in my own life and in the life of my clients. It does not matter where you are in your life. I have had celebrity clients at the top of their field. I have worked with gold medal athletes. I have worked with businessmen and women, housewives, families, adolescents. I have also worked with those who have lost everything to the ravishes of substance use and with men serving life in prison.
It is possible to navigate the dangerous waters of life, but you will need a guide. I am that guide. I have excellent education from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I have a wealth of experience. I have over three decades of experience as a husband, father, grandfather, youth pastor, counselor and university professor. I have worked in the church, private practice (in Florida and the Bahamas), community mental health (specializing in crisis and families with at-risk-adolescents), foster care, substance abuse, juvenile justice and the prisons. I have maintained my relevance by teaching at the university level, advising a best-selling author on the psychological aspects of his book, and serving as a consultant to other mental health agencies. I have wonderful experience working with anxiety, depression, anger, parenting issues, challenging children and teenagers, grief, trauma, substance use issues, family and relationship issues, LGBT issues, and other issues and concerns. I have helped my clients find peace with themselves, with others and in their situations. I have helped my clients find happiness, even amid loss. I have helped my clients find belonging and love in healthy and supportive relationships. I have helped my clients increase their ability to succeed by changing their thinking.
One of the foundations of my life and my work was written by M. Scott Peck in The Road Less Travelled. He wrote, “Life is difficult. This is a great truth, one of the greatest truths… Life is a series of problems. Do we want to moan about them or solve them? Do we want to teach our children to solve them?” Let’s start today to solve some of life’s problems and to begin to grasp peace, happiness, love and success.

Life is complicated enough—and it doesn’t come with a manual. But therapy can be a space where we begin drafting one, together. My goal is to help you live more authentically, compassionately, and in better company with yourself, one step at a time.
My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, and existential therapy to meet you where you are. I’m a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, client-centered therapist who takes a holistic view of healing.
I graduated with a Master's degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University in 2021, I obtained my post-graduate license to practice social work in 2024. I have experience supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and personality disorders. Together, we’ll build a strong therapeutic alliance, identify unhelpful thought patterns and core beliefs, and work toward sustainable, meaningful change.
I believe healing is deeply personal, and no two journeys look the same. As Carl Sagan once said: "I don't know where I'm going, but I'm on my way."
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Pennsylvania with a Master's in Social Work from Howard University. For the past 12 years, I have been providing mental health services in various clinical settings to a diverse client panel. For all individuals, I believe it is critical to look at the whole person, considering the mind-body connection and their environment when engaging in therapeutic services. I practice from a strengths-based perspective to rally the inner resourceful champion within us all. I aim to assist clients with reaching their goals by providing a safe, non-judgmental place to talk about fears, concerns, and barriers that may interfere with their quality of life.
