In our first session you can expect to share what led to getting into therapy. History of therapy, expectations. We'll talk about present concerns and dynamics.
My biggest strengths are to ensure I aid in helping you explore and grow. I am here to provide a safe space where you can be free to identify what's working versus what isn't working. Remember that the journey towards self-improvement is deeply personal, and each client's path will be different.
