In our first session you can expect to share what led to getting into therapy. History of therapy, expectations. We'll talk about present concerns and dynamics.
My biggest strengths are to ensure I aid in helping you explore and grow. I am here to provide a safe space where you can be free to identify what's working versus what isn't working. Remember that the journey towards self-improvement is deeply personal, and each client's path will be different. My role is to guide, support, and inspire you to discover your potential and achieve your goals.
I love being able to work with young adults and adults. My ideal client will be able to work towards accomplishing their goals and be intentional with focusing on them to overcome challenges. Being able to extend grace and being patient with yourself is essential in the therapeutic space. Also being open to recognize change doesn't come or happen overnight.

After being in therapy for a few years I’ve had my fair share of therapists . I can truly say after meeting with nastasha the conversation didn’t feel forced , felt very welcoming and a safe place . I look forward to our upcoming appointments .
