Hola! If you are reading this you have stepped out of your comfort zone and are exploring who you can trust with your innermost thoughts and feelings. As a mental health professional, I have seen first-hand the plight of the human condition. Throughout the past 20+ years, I have gained incredible experience & insight that have uniquely prepared me for this work. As a licensed clinical social worker I have served diverse populations well, throughout the New York Tri-State area as well as in Florida's Southwest & Central areas since 2013 in various capacities.
From my own curative journey I have borrowed a whole-person approach: mind, body, & soul. There is no "magic pill," or quick fixes when it comes to harnessing sustainable mental wellness. It has been my personal experience that this process can lead to deep restoration from the layers of adversity. Each layer will reveal itself in its own time. This is why therapy will look different for everyone at different stages of life.
I would be honored to support you in exploring what hurts, frustrates, confuses, & a host of other emotions that come up when revisiting difficult childhood experiences, losses, grievances, life transitions, & postpartum. As a trauma-informed & trauma-responsive professional, I will hold a non-judgmental space, where you will be patiently supported and spurred on along your therapeutic journey. You will be provided with a safe place where you can explore your thoughts & emotions to manifest a shift in your perspective developing the clarity, growth, peace, & healing you so desire.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. I received my Masters Degree from Florida Atlantic University, and have been working in the field of Mental Health and Substance Abuse treatment since the beginning of 2019. I have experience as an inpatient Primary Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, and outpatient Primary Therapist serving the US Veteran population.
As a counselor, I believe that healing begins with understanding — both of ourselves and of the patterns that shape how we live, think, and feel.
My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and compassionate. I deeply believe in meeting clients where they are, and I honor the pace at which each person is ready to move. Growth takes time, and every step forward is meaningful. I hold the belief that we each already carry the strength, wisdom, and resilience we need within us — sometimes we just need help uncovering it. By gently shifting away from unhelpful patterns and learning to embrace more empowering ways of thinking and being, we make room for courage, clarity, and transformation.
Most importantly, I want clients to know that this deep and necessary inner work doesn't have to be done alone. As a counselor, my goal is to walk alongside you — with honesty, care, and encouragement — as you navigate life’s challenges and rediscover what’s possible for you.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor that has been practicing for over 25 years. I went to the University of South Florida for my Master's degree in Mental Health and Rehabilitative Counseling. As a therapist, I have worked in a range of areas, including outpatient substance abuse treatment, with individuals involved in intimate partner violence (survivors and perpetrators), in addition to education-based interventions for anger management & substance use.

I am the wife of a Retired Combat Veteran and a mother to four beautiful children. I understand the complexities of being separated from your spouse for extended periods and feeling alone in the relationship and raising the children. Even the most well-prepared and successful person can find themselves wondering how things became so complicated, messy, or challenging, and feel at a loss when it comes to what to do to put the pieces back together. People have been shaped and molded by their past experiences, both good and bad. Often, people feel drawn to focus on the bad experiences, leading to pain and struggles of many kinds.

I am a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping clients navigate burnout. I am passionate because I have been there and was tired of getting unhelpful answers from people who meant well but did not seem to understand. Advice like ‘sleep it off’ and ‘take a deep breath’ we're common and it felt like I was putting a bandaid on a gaping wound. Through our work together we will explore ways to ‘stitch’ the gaping wound so you are actually able to heal and move towards a more balanced life.
Through our work together I will use imagery and analogies to help you better understand how and why your body and mind is reacting the way it is. In a non-judgmental space I use education and a bit of humor to help you see the full picture and move towards a healthier balance.

Hello! My name is Dr. Patrick Casthely and I'm a licensed psychotherapist located in downtown Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. I'm available via remote sessions. I graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Nova Southeastern University with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling. I also have a PhD specializing in Metaphysical Counseling. I'm triple board-certified, and well versed in Mental Health and Substance Abuse.
I first started as a psychologist in Cuba and worked specifically with children and adults predominantly family dysfunctions and behavioral problems. I then came to the U.S. and worked as a case manager, which gave me a more hands-on experience in the field. This opportunity inspired a more rounded approach to the way I can help clients and their families.
I now work as a counselor with a more wide-spread clientele. Thanks to this background, I’ve had experience working with all age groups and different cultures, as well as different sexual orientations. I prefer to adjust my therapeutic methods to my client’s needs, but I mostly practice psychoeducation, person-centered, and CBT.
Some things stay with us long after they happen. They show up as being on edge for no clear reason, shutting down, or reacting harder than the moment calls for. If talk therapy alone hasn't been enough, EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) work with the nervous system directly, and they don't require you to retell every detail. You set the pace. My job is to keep the work steady, structured, and safe.

Hello! My name is Kayla and I am a licensed mental health therapist practicing virtually within the states of Florida and Massachusetts. I originally began my work as a therapist assisting kids, young adults, and families in Florida with referrals through DCFS, Medicaid, and Child Protection Services. I have since been working via telehealth to help adults and teens work toward their individualized therapeutic goals. I am devoted to helping others become the best version of themselves. I believe in a solution-focused approach involving active listening and compassion. Through the process, we will identify your specific goals and find the most practical techniques to achieve them; we are always in this together.
As a Licensed Mental Health Professional and Owner of a Telehealth-based Treatment and Training Center, I bring over 15 years of expertise in utilizing CBT and DBT therapeutic approaches to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Dual Diagnosis, Grief, Parenting, and Relationship issues. Specializing in individual counseling, I offer tailored support for those seeking a Christian or faith-based perspective. My commitment is to provide compassionate, client-centered care that fosters resilience and empowers individuals to achieve meaningful change.

I take pride in offering services that help clients from a strength perspective. I create a safe space in which clients are able to express themselves without judgment. The focus is not diagnoses for the purpose of billing, but to help the client discover a higher sense of self awareness and to formulate a plan that enables them to tap into their true potential, embarking on a journey to live life to the fullest.
