Hi there!
I'm a therapist who specializes in helping people overcome people-pleasing tendencies and trauma. You might be tired of constantly putting the needs of others before your own, feeling like you're never enough, or struggling to set healthy boundaries. It can be overwhelming to navigate these challenges on your own, but together, we can work towards building your self-esteem, creating space for your own needs, and developing new ways of communicating with others.
If you've experienced trauma, it can be difficult to trust others and feel safe in your everyday life. You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, or other symptoms that make it hard to move forward. I want you to know that healing is possible, and you don't have to go through this alone. Using evidence-based therapies like Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I can help you process your experiences, reduce distressing symptoms, and move towards a more fulfilling life.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of professional mental health experience. I graduated with my Bachelor's in Psychology in 2008 and my Master's degree in Counselor Education, with a graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy, in 2012. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, which has given me a wide range of clinical experience and allowed me to work with clients from different walks of life and cultural backgrounds. I am radical and revolutionary in thought and praxis and believe in a liberated and equitable world for all people.
Clients who tend to be attracted to me are those who may struggle with a lack of confidence and self-esteem, those who are plagued with "Imposter Syndrome", and those who identify as people-pleasers. I also work with People of Color on healing internalized oppression. My clients are often very bright and self-aware but feel they are missing the tools, accountability and higher-level knowledge to get themselves into action and start making tangible, concrete progress.
Additional areas of focus: Addictions, LGBT, Relationship issues, Family conflicts, Trauma and abuse, Grief, Intimacy-related issues, Depression, Coping with life changes, Life Purpose, Multicultural Concerns, Prejudice and Discrimination, Self-Love, Women's Issues
Therapy does not have to be a years-long, overwhelming or deeply painful process. Many people I have worked with have remarked that they were surprised at how quickly they were able to feel a sense of progress, where they felt stagnant for years or decades prior. While I am very good at what I do, I can only meet you as far and as deep as you are willing to go yourself. Those who are proactive about their healing work and take responsibility tend to make the most progress in the least amount of time.
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’ve lost parts of yourself along the way? You’re not broken—you’re human, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who helps individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief, identity loss, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted from holding everything together, unsure how to move forward, or disconnected from who they used to be. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. Together, we work to understand unhelpful patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change that fits your real life.
I am a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) clinician and integrate skills such as mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness to help clients feel more grounded, emotionally steady, and confident in their relationships. I am also a Certified Grief-Informed Professional and provide compassionate care for those navigating loss, life transitions, and the complex emotions that come with change.
Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you feel more balanced, connected, and aligned with the life you want to live. If you’re feeling stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure where to begin, therapy can offer clarity, support, and hope.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don’t have to take it alone. I invite you to reach out so we can explore how therapy can support your healing and growth.
Hello, my name is Elyce, and I’m so glad our paths have crossed.
Do you long to be truly heard and understood?
Has life been feeling overwhelming lately? Are there things you’ve been wanting to work through?
Life can be challenging at times, but you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we can explore the difficulties you're experiencing, whether they’re related to trauma, phobias, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship struggles, or life transitions.
It’s okay to take time for yourself, to focus on what matters most to you; it's not selfish; it’s necessary. You deserve support, compassion, and a place where your story matters. I would be honored to walk beside you on this journey. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel empowered to heal and grow.
A little about me: I’m originally from New York and now practice in Florida. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 15 years as a special education teacher in NYC, working primarily with students with emotional and behavioral challenges and those on the autism spectrum. I hold an Ed.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Seton Hall University and bring over nine years of clinical experience to my practice. During the day, I also serve as a school counselor at an alternative school.
I specialize in working with young adults and adults navigating the lasting effects of trauma. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in creating a space where you can reconnect with your authentic self.
Together, we’ll work to transform pain into resilience and help you step into the strongest, most empowered version of yourself. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to take that next step, I’m here for you.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and LPC based in Florida. I received my Masters from the Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for 5 years. I help young adults and adolescents struggling with life transitions, depression and anxiety. With a specialization in depression, anxiety, and life adjustments, I provide a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns without judgment.
Hello. I am Eddie
Do you feel constantly on edge—tense, anxious, or jittery? Are trembling, sweaty hands making everyday moments harder? Have dread and fear been weighing you down?
Maybe your relationships feel strained—every conversation with your partner turning into a disagreement—or perhaps the simple joy and ease you once had feel out of reach.
For over 20 years, I’ve helped people find their inner strength and build confidence they didn’t know they had. I dedicate my work to assisting individuals in achieving greater self-awareness, healthy assertiveness, and the courage to be vulnerable in safe, empowering ways.
Drawing from my expertise and experience, I teach proven coping strategies that help you navigate life’s stressors with clarity and resilience. I’ve had the privilege of working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, each bringing unique strengths and challenges to the process.
My approach is multifaceted, grounded in cognitive‑behavioral techniques. I am committed to challenging unhelpful thought patterns and inspiring fresh perspectives that facilitate change. My goal is simple yet profound: to help you trust yourself, rely on your abilities, and make decisions with confidence.
Progress takes work—but the rewards are life‑changing. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression, or substance misuse, I won’t promise to “fix” everything. What I can promise is my full commitment—sharing every skill, tool, and insight I have—to help you explore, grow, and learn.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m ready to walk it with you.
Let’s get started.

Grounded in a strength-based and faith-centered perspective, I empower clients to discover their inner strengths and navigate their unique paths to wellness. My goal is to foster hope, empowerment, and lasting change, helping you find peace and purpose in your life. Let’s embark on this journey together—book a session today!
In my 14 years of experience, I have worked with individuals who are feeling emotionally stuck due to sadness, irritability, relationship issues, anger, financial loss, unresolved trauma, loss of a loved one and/or anxiety. These emotions may lead you into a mental whirlwind which feels chaotic and uncontrollable. But know that you are not alone and there is hope. I will provide you with treatment focused on using evidence-based practices such as Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Based Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy. I will engage you in creating a treatment plan that works for you! I will assist you in identifying your interest of focus (personal issues), empower you to process and reach your goals as you achieve emotional stability in therapy.

My clinical focus is in crisis and trauma, and I am passionate about supporting individuals from all ages and backgrounds. I strive to help clients navigate and heal from life experiences that have deeply impacted them, fostering resilience, growth, and empowerment throughout the therapeutic process.
I know that starting therapy can feel a little uncomfortable, especially if you are used to being the one who holds everything together. My goal is to make the process feel welcoming, supportive, and real. I want you to feel like you can come in, take a breath, and be yourself.
I work with adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, and the emotional weight that can come from difficult experiences. My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative. We will talk through what is going on, make sense of the patterns that may be getting in your way, and work toward changes that feel realistic for your life.
I do not believe therapy has to feel stiff or overly clinical. There is room for reflection, hard conversations, growth, and yes, even laughter. You do not have to have the perfect words or a clear plan before you begin. Just come as you are, and we can take it from there... together.
I have been in practice for over 10 years in various different settings and with different populations. I will meet you where you are and help you move to where you want to be. You are the expert of you and I am here to guide. There is no ideal client-I encourage honesty and continuous learning. I am currently working towards my doctorate.

Let's enjoy the process together as we work to help you achieve your goals. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
It never ceases to amaze me just how often I have to try to convince others that they are worthy SIMPLY because they exist. This includes you! I want to know who communicated to you that you are not enough and why you value the opinion of said person(s); these types of harmful beliefs are learned, not innate. Let's unlearn them together.
Most of my early clinical work has been with children and adolescents with focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, trauma and various behavioral and emotional issues. I have worked in high-intensity and high-crisis environments from school to hospital settings.
I am passionate about working with and creating a safe space for folks who belong to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I understand that belonging to a marginalized/oppressed group can result in barriers to achieving and maintaining optimal mental health. I am a cis/het woman doing my best to provide care that is equitable and gender-affirming. I'm always learning and growing as an ally; you will always be safe here. I am also always looking at things through a trauma-informed lens.
I'm a busy working parent who understands how hard it can be to do it all. I am currently pursuing a certification in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders to be able to better support soon-to-be and new parents; this particular journey is no joke! I am certified in treating perinatal mental health disorders (PMH-C)

I am a licensed mental health counselor with six years of experience who believes that healing begins with connection. My approach is grounded in authenticity and the cultivation of a genuine therapeutic relationship.
I enjoy supporting individuals who are navigating life transitions, experiencing emotional overwhelm, or seeking a deeper connection with themselves, others, or their purpose. Whether you’re feeling stuck, burnt out, or simply ready for change. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your inner strengths.
My person-centered approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused techniques to support sustainable, meaningful growth. I see therapy not as a process of “fixing,” but as one of deep understanding, alignment, and empowerment.
My style is direct but compassionate. The impact I aim to leave is more than symptom relief; it’s about helping you build resilience, clarity, and confidence that lasts beyond our sessions. I hope that you leave each conversation feeling more grounded, more seen, and more capable of creating the life you want.
Everyone has a story and a unique voice.
Let me help you find yours. I practice cultural competency, cultivating awareness of stagnant emotions through mindfulness, and exploring strengths and passions. I hope to fully support you during this moment in your life and help you meet your goals.

I have extensive experience working with clients of all ages, families, and groups on issues of addiction, blended families, divorce, trauma, and spirituality. I have also participated in immersion and liberation psychology programs in Mexico City and El Salvador.

Look no further! My mission is to create a safe space for children, adolescents, and young adults to help them cope with difficult situations and, overall, improve their mental health. You are worthy of peace. You are worthy of being heard. You are worthy of healthy, nourishing relationships. You are more than your mistakes or challenges. Sometimes life circumstances and events can cloud the ability to believe this. Deciding to take a chance on therapy is a significant and, often, daunting step. But you are not alone!
The past 7 years of my life as a clinician have been enriched with countless opportunities to help others discover the greatness that is within them. I have served in a variety of capacities, including as an outpatient substance use treatment counselor, a trauma and attachment-focused therapist for adoptive families, and as a behavioral health therapist in a primary care clinic. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or relationship difficulties, I am here to walk alongside you.
We'll take a holistic approach on this journey together, where you will be empathically supported in a truly non-judgmental manner. I am here to create a space where you feel safe and empowered to make positive change for a more fulfilling life. I would be honored to partner with you!

Hi! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Master’s from Capella University and have been practicing for 8 years. I help everyone from young adults struggling with emerging adult issues to those who are in their 60’s transitioning into retirement. Hi, I’m Jennifer, therapist and owner of IASO Counseling Services. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, work stress, and all the other fun surprises that come with being a person.
My approach is warm, direct, practical, and very human. Therapy with me is less “sit on this couch and tell me about your childhood” and more “okay, what is actually happening, and how do we make your life feel a little more manageable?”
You don’t have to have it all figured out. We can figure it out together.
As a licensed mental health counselor, I am dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and care. Hi! My name is Shalom Adler ,and I am excited to have an opportunity to help you. We all want to live a meaningful and stress-free life, and while I cannot guarantee that you will not experience stress (we all do), I can help you navigate and cope with all that life throws at you. As the great psychiatrist Viktor Frankl says, “There is nothing in the world … that would so effectively help one to survive even the worst conditions as the knowledge that there is a meaning in one's life.”
I have over thirty years of experience in helping, guiding and counseling individuals, couples and families. I treat everyone the way I would like to be treated, with respect, compassion, dignity and empathy. I have faced my own mental health challenges over the years, and this gives me a unique perspective that will help me help you. I will not attempt to model you in my image, but I will work as hard as I can to help you reach your fullest potential and overcome your own challenges. I will meet you where you are and evaluate your strengths and needs. We will work collaboratively to achieve your goals and aspirations.
It is time to invest yourself! The first step to changing our circumstances is acknowledging something isn’t working. The process of change takes courage. Hi, I’m Lauryn-Maggie! I’m a solution-oriented therapist who believes healing can be challenging without always having to feel heavy. So much of therapy involves unlearning patterns we didn’t necessarily create ourselves; from generational cycles to attachment and relationship patterns (just to name a few). I’ll make space for the hard stuff while also helping you understand the “why,” find practical ways forward, and hopefully laugh a little along the way. I am not just talking about change, we’re working toward it together.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and founder of Altered Mind, where I provide telehealth therapy for adults throughout Florida. With nearly 10 years of experience in mental health, I enjoy helping people navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, grief, trauma, and life's unexpected challenges.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and practical. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation, not a lecture or a checklist of questions. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself, talking openly, and knowing that you're being heard without judgment.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop tools that actually work in your everyday life, and make meaningful progress toward feeling better.
Are you stressed and/or overwhelmed? Are you wanting to take the first step in getting your life back, but don’t know how? I am here to help you if you are ready to begin your journey of healing.
I have experience working with clients with anxiety, racial trauma, relationship/family issues, low self-esteem, grief, identity issues, and more.
If you are looking for a supportive and collaborative approach, then I encourage you to contact me. I want to help you become the best version of yourself, and give you relief. It takes a lot of strength and willpower to work towards a more fulfilling and happier life. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I'm a trauma-informed therapist working with teens and adults to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, self-doubt, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative, with space to process while also building practical tools for change. Navigating your healing is a process and journey that you don't have to walk alone. Therapy can be your place to finally exhale. I strive to create a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered along your healing journey. I welcome adolescents and adults and am currently accepting new clients.
I have been practicing mental health counseling since 2004. I have worked with a wide variety of psychological and life issues over the years and have found that the most important part of a successful therapy experience is having an authentic, trusting relationship with my clients. I strive to create a safe and compassionate environment where you can explore and discuss vulnerable topics and feel understood. I’m interested in supporting you through the process of achieving your goals.
I view therapy as a process of both healing and development. Life is hard and everyone has sustained emotional or psychological injuries of some kind. These injuries can be limiting because they keep us stuck in unfulfilling patterns of emotions, behaviors, and relationships, and distort our sense of self. As we engage in the process of healing, those negative patterns begin to shift until they no longer fit or make sense. Life becomes more fulfilling as you develop into a more authentic self.

Hello there! My name is Elizabeth Taylor and I am in Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been working as a counselor for the past 9 years, although I have been working in the mental health field for much longer. I began working as a Mental Health Technician when I was an Airman in the United States Air Force in 2007. I worked closely with military men and women returning from deployments and experiencing symptoms of PTSD. I led Anger Management and Stress Management groups. This experience grew my desire to enter into a field that involved helping those struggling with mental health challenges to find healing. I separated from the Air Force and went into grad school. Since graduating, I have worked as a therapist with several different populations, including families involved with the foster care system, adult inmates in a prison, youth in the Juvenile Justice system, adults in community mental health, children in the school setting, and, most recently, adults and children in private practice. I have a passion for working with those suffering with anxiety, OCD, and trauma. I have specialized training in EMDR to help treat trauma, as well as ERP, which has been shown to be the "Gold Standard" treatment for OCD. I am also certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which guides much of my approach to emotion regulation.
Hi, I’m Abby, and I love supporting individuals who seem to have it all together on the outside, yet internally are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or a sense of disconnection. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning and successful in different areas of life, but beneath the surface they may feel stuck in overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach is warm, intentional, and deeply personalized. I believe therapy is about more than learning coping skills—it’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level and creating meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll explore the underlying patterns shaping your experiences and work toward greater emotional clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
I have specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches. I view symptoms like anxiety not as something “wrong” with you, but as meaningful signals that deserve curiosity and compassion. I strive to help clients develop a healthier and more connected relationship with themselves.
Therapy with me is collaborative, focused, and supportive while still allowing space for deeper healing and growth.

Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes healing and growth are possible for everyone. I am passionate about working with young adults and individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and ADHD. I believe that healing begins in a relationship where you feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you can explore life's challenges with honesty and curiosity.
My role is not to tell you who to be or what decisions to make. Instead, I serve as a compassionate guide, helping you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may no longer serve you, and discover strengths you may not yet see in yourself. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change.
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I understand that our early experiences shape how we view ourselves, connect with others, and respond to life's challenges. Together, we'll explore those experiences with compassion, helping you rewrite unhelpful narratives and build healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. I bring warmth, empathy, curiosity, and gentle honesty to each session, creating an environment where you can be your full, authentic self. While I offer support and validation, I also encourage reflection and meaningful action so that lasting change can take place.
Whether you're navigating a major life transition, healing from past wounds, strengthening relationships, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way. My goal is to help you cultivate resilience, self-compassion, and confidence so you can create a life that feels aligned with your values and authentic sense of self.
I believe therapy is not about fixing what is "wrong" with you—it's about uncovering your strengths, fostering emotional healing, and empowering you to move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and peace.
