I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC), and an EMDRIA-Approved EMDR Therapist (FL/NJ/VA). I attempt to resolve the most dominant and deep-seated challenges within 8 to 12 sessions with short-term counseling, if you are ready for change and the best fit for the intervention. My therapeutic approach is based on the individual's specific needs. I also use traditional talk therapy with my clients. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a form of therapy that enables you to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. I work with adult clients. *NOTE: According to my policy, I do not complete FMLA or disability paperwork at this time.
It is time to invest yourself! The first step to changing our circumstances is acknowledging something isn’t working. The process of change takes courage. My approach in counseling is to create an encouraging environment which my clients can find the strength to make those first steps into the unknown. I graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a bachelors degree in science of psychology and a minor in communication. I then went on to receive a Masters degree in counseling from Webster University.
After my education I went on to gain clinical experience in many different areas over the next 18 years including, but not limited to inpatient psychiatric facilities, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, group therapy, marriage and family counseling, individual counseling, and substance abuse counseling.
Licensed in the state of FLorida (MH10911) as a mental health counselor, I aim to provide quality care. I specialize in couples counseling, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, mens issues, family therapy, job stress, interpersonal issues, child therapy, and most other conditions. Hey there! I’m Craig Lampkin, and I’m thrilled to be a native New Yorker. I became a marriage and family therapist because I’m passionate about hearing people’s stories and helping them through their journeys. My journey started at the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in NYC, which really adds a creative flair to my therapy sessions.
I love incorporating visual cues along with a variety of therapeutic approaches to keep our time together engaging and fun! We’ll team up to explore new coping strategies, decision-making skills, and problem-solving techniques that can help you thrive in life.
In my practice, I use different therapeutic modalities as key tools to support your growth in thinking, emotions, and physical abilities while reducing any troublesome behaviors. I tailor these methods to fit your unique needs.
For instance, Cognitive Therapy helps in shifting negative thought patterns, while Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combines thoughts and actions to tackle various psychological challenges. If you’re dealing with trauma, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy can provide a safe space to process those experiences.
Narrative Therapy is all about empowering you to rewrite your life story, whereas Structural Therapy focuses on enhancing family dynamics to mend conflicts. With Strategic Therapy, we’ll employ specific strategies to tackle problems, and Solution-Focused Therapy will help us zero in on your goals and strengths for positive outcomes.
Together, these approaches work wonderfully to boost your well-being and personal growth. Let’s embark on this journey together!

Taking the first step towards a happier, more fulfilling life takes courage. When was the last time you prioritized your mental health and well-being?

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience, I'm here to support and empower you on your journey to health and wellness. My approach is built on respect, sensitivity, and compassion, tailoring our work together to meet your unique needs.
In my practice, I've helped clients overcome stress, anxiety, and depression, achieving greater self-esteem and confidence. For those who wish to integrate faith into their treatment, I offer personalized Faith-Based Telehealth services, incorporating Christian spirituality into the healing process.
Let's work together to help you gain deeper insights, develop self-acceptance, and achieve a more fulfilling life.
Is life feeling heavy right now? Does it feel like the harder you try, the more lost you become?
When navigating a major life transition—like a recent loss, an empty nest, a career shift, or an ending relationship—your mind tries to think its way through the change, but your nervous system carries the actual burden. If you have spent months talking about your stress in therapy but your body still feels exhausted, anxious, or stuck, somatic work may be the missing piece.
I provide a warm, gentle space specializing in somatic (body-centered) therapy and mindfulness for women experiencing:
The heavy, physical ache of deep burnout and grief
A constant tightness in the chest or unshakeable fatigue
Feeling completely disconnected from your own body
We won’t just analyze your overwhelm; we will work together to help your body safely release it.
You don’t have to navigate this threshold alone. Let’s help you breathe a little deeper and feel truly grounded again.
Please Note: I believe healing burnout starts with modeling it. I deliberately limit my client slots so I can show up with total clinical presence, depth, and intention—giving you a calm, grounded space to slow down and heal.
Are you struggling with feeling worried or depressed? Are you experiencing difficulty focusing or coping with life situations? Congratulations on taking the steps to improve your mental health. I feel that it is important to have your voice heard and I am here to provide a safe space just for that. I have worked as a therapist for the past 16 years with individuals and families. My goal is to help you reach for personal therapy goals.
With over three decades of experience in the social services field, I bring a deep commitment to supporting individuals through complex challenges. In 2015, I returned to academia and earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2022, with a specialization in Trauma and Crisis.
My clinical journey began as a therapist at a 16-bed forensic residential facility, where I worked with individuals facing serious mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders. I currently serve on the adolescent unit of a crisis stabilization hospital, providing care in high-acuity environments.
I work with high-functioning adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, emotional pain, or self-sabotage—even after years of traditional talk therapy. My approach integrates trauma-informed, somatic, and nervous system-based practices with subconscious reprogramming. Together, we’ll gently uncover and shift the deeper beliefs and survival patterns held in your body, creating healing that is not only insightful, but embodied and lasting.
I predominantly work with young men struggling with social anxiety disorder. Do you struggle with social anxiety and poor self-confidence? I know that overcoming it is possible! Many come to therapy for social anxiety because of childhood trauma and how it has manifested in their adult lives. Often this manifests in feelings of poor self-confidence, poor self-worth, and poor self-confidence. At its root, the fundamental belief of those who have social anxiety is the belief, “I am not enough.” Clients get into the habit of comparing themselves to others and it makes them feel inadequate and insecure. Over time clients begin to avoid situations that elicit their anxiety, particularly social situations. This can lead to social isolation and loneliness. Clients will present with complaints of frequent panic attacks, not having a romantic partner, not having friends, not being happy in their jobs and feeling disconnected from life. They are labeled by others as shy, quiet, or introverted. This scenario described myself for much of my life which gives me lived experience to better able to assist you. I help individuals combat their social fears and begin to live a rich and fulfilling life. I do this through cognitive behavioral therapy techniques primarily but also integrate solution-focused therapy, assertiveness training, exposure therapy, and acceptance & commitment therapy. Whether you're a teen struggling to make friends and socialize or you are an adult unable to speak up at work meetings or unable to ask someone out on a date, I'm here for you! Seeking therapy can be frightening but I want to assure you that you will be most welcome if you take that leap of faith!
It's okay not to be OK sometimes, to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or even depressed. Still, these feelings can make it difficult to maintain healthy relationships and to feel like the best version of ourselves. The good news is that you're not alone, and seeking help is an important step, which I commend you for taking! I want you to know I am here to support you as a caring and trained professional.

DISCLAIMER: Please do not book me based off of ratings or reviews. Your experience with me will be personal and UNIQUE to YOUR needs, not someone else's needs or experience. Please book me if you perceive I am the right TOOL to use and help you reach your INDIVIDUAL goals. Book me if you are seeking an action-oriented therapist who provides HOMEWORK! Book me if you have insight about your situation, some history with therapy, are seeking solution-focused steps, and are not seeking someone to solely affirm you. I may or may not be the best therapist for newcomers (depends on you) as I ask a lot of questions, which can overwhelm you if you are not used to being questioned. Questioning is to understand you and get to the root of the problem, as well as the excuses used to perpetuate the problem. I am not interested in treating symptoms but rather getting to the core of the problem. If you don't want to do the work, I am just an expensive "Friend". So please be sure that you understand my style before booking me ;-). I am warm, DIRECT, solution-focused, AUTHENTIC, mildly confrontational, 100% Raw/Real and guaranteed to make you laugh as I have often heard from clients that I am funny :-) I won't lie to you or co-sign lies you tell yourself. I will gently reflect what you are not saying and what you are not showing so that you can explore for yourself. The only way out of pain is through. Not above, below, around but through.. The good news is you are not alone and don’t have to do it alone. Utilize the resources offered in this collaborative effort in creating the life (mind, body, & soul) you deserve.
Hi, I’m Karly Sandoval, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes that healing begins when we feel truly seen, supported, and understood. I became a counselor because, when I was younger, I needed someone to help me navigate my own challenges — and now I strive to be that person for others.

I enjoy helping people from all walks of life discover their inner strength and work toward meaningful growth. Whether you’re facing anxiety, family stress, or life transitions, my goal is to help you reconnect with your values, find clarity, and move forward with confidence.

I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you regain balance, think more clearly, and move toward the life you want to live.
I specialize in trauma that affects adults. This maybe a combat trauma, a recent experience that was traumatic, or an early childhood event(s) that continues to affect you. I use a combination of techniques such as EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Rapid Resolution Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches to help people move on from traumatic experiences in their lives.
It hasn't been easy, and you've been thinking about how to change. Let us help you in your path to self discovery, and leading a more healthy life style.
Hello everyone, my name is Carolina Gonzalez. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 24 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, including adolescents, couples and families. I support clients through challenges such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, relationship concerns and parenting. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person's needs with methods such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and strength-based interventions. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by a world not built for your brain? I work with neurodivergent individuals of all ages, including those with ADHD, high functioning Autism or AuDHD often late-diagnosed, who are tired of 'trying harder' and ready to start 'trying differently. I provide a space where you don’t have to mask to be heard.
I also help older adults distinguish between 'senior moments' and the lifelong patterns of ADHD. If retirement has removed the structure you once relied on, making it harder to stay organized or present in conversations, we can work together to find clarity. It is never too late to understand your brain and reclaim your focus. I treat Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Anger and Relationship Issues.

Hi, I'm Moli, and I'm passionate about helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring what you're going through, and working toward meaningful change.
My approach is strength-based and tailored to each client's needs and goals. I want to help you recognize the strengths you already have, develop practical tools to manage life's challenges, and build a better understanding of yourself along the way. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.
Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from McGill University. I have been practicing for 25 years. I look forward to working together and supporting your growth and well being.
I’m a trauma-informed, compassionate therapist who believes healing happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and safe. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can explore what’s holding you back while also receiving practical, achievable tools that lead to real and lasting change.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 18 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’ve worked across a wide range of clinical settings, which allows me to meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs and goals.
My work includes participation in Family Programs and co-facilitation of trauma intensives such as A Hero’s Journey and The Path to Healing. I have advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Pia Mellody’s Post Induction Therapy (PIT), supporting clients with Complex Trauma, Childhood Trauma, PTSD, and unresolved grief and loss.
I also specialize in stress, mood disorders, co-occurring disorders, personality patterns, attachment and intimacy issues, and addictions of all kinds. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in helping you move forward—not stay stuck in therapy.
At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the therapeutic relationship and a genuine commitment to your healing. If you’re looking for a therapist who combines compassion with clarity and direction, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
