Hello, my name is Ann and look forward to meeting and to working with you. I moved from Pennsylvania in 2019 as I could not handle winter any more and needed to be somewhere warm! I have two Master of Arts degrees from Kutztown University - one in Counseling Psychology ( obtained in 1995) and the other in School Counseling ( obtained in 2004). I started in mental health therapy in 1995, then moved into substance abuse counseling for several years, then school counseling while I raised my son for 18 yrs, and now back to mental health/substance use counseling as that is my passion. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband doing outdoor activities - especially riding the Harley and going out on the water. I love to walk daily and enjoy knitting in my spare time.
Everyone in life ( including therapists at times) need someone to talk to in order to help resolve problems, manage stress, process trauma or enhance coping skills. I believe in looking at what you want to accomplish as the goal of therapy and then working on skills to achieve that goal. I utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques as well as person-centered techniques and when needed will involve the family if the client is willing and if it will enhance our work together. I believe everyone has the tools inside them to achieve their goals; it is just about unlocking them and utilizing them. I have worked extensively with trauma survivors and have utilized mindfulness exercises. I also have worked extensively with clients who have co-occurring disorders including depression/anxiety along with substance use disorder. I also have work extensively with teenagers and LGTBQ+ community.

In addition to therapy, I offer evaluations and documentation for Emotional Support Animals (ESA) when clinically appropriate. Hi, I’m Amber Regal, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Michigan. I help adults who feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck better understand what’s going on and start making meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
If you’re struggling with focus, overthinking, or feeling like your brain won’t slow down, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I’m here to help support you.
My name is Keisha Williams. I am human, and I understand that challenges occur in our lives when we least expect it. I am a firm believer that everyone goes though "ups" and "downs"/"negatives" and "positives" at different times in their lives. It is natural to experience these feelings; however, please know that you don't have to stay "down". You can and will bounce back and be better than you were before.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, I received my Master's degree from Florida Atlantic University, and I have been practicing for about 5 years. I help adults with a variety of concerns, from simply becoming a better and more effective version of themselves to struggling with mood or anxiety disorders, substance use or addiction, relational and attachment conflict, or educational and career stressors. I'll meet you where you are and we we can agree on your treatment goals based on what prompted you to seek therapy. We'll then focus on one issue (or more, related issues) at a time to promote your growth to the best version of yourself, over time.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups from diverse cultural, economic, and ethnic backgrounds. My career has taken me across the U.S. and abroad—including New York City, California, and Dublin, Ireland—giving me a broad perspective on the many ways people navigate life’s challenges.
Currently, I provide tele-therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant platform. Many of my clients have found this format especially helpful in balancing therapy with their busy or unpredictable schedules.
My areas of expertise include working with issues related to gender identity, sexuality, and non-traditional relationships (including polyamory and open relationships). I also bring both clinical expertise and personal insight into the challenges that arise in connection with personality disorders such as Narcissistic, Borderline, Avoidant, and Antisocial Personality Disorders. In particular, I help clients process and heal from the emotional trauma that often accompanies relationships impacted by these dynamics.
My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique experience. Whether you are seeking support around identity, relationships, or recovery from difficult past experiences, I provide a safe and affirming space where growth and healing are possible.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I find joy in activities that keep me grounded and creative. I love traveling and exploring new places, tending to my garden, playing the piano, working out, and cooking. I also have a passion for interior design and creating welcoming spaces. Most importantly, I value quality time with my family, friends, and my dog, Batman, who always manages to bring a smile to my day.
I am a licensed clinical therapist working to help people overcome emotional issues, fears, and challenges in their lives. My aim is to help you achieve your goals and transform into the best version of yourself. My work involves assisting people in reducing their anxiety, alleviating depression and finding a higher purpose in one’s life to attain greater states of peace and fulfillment. I have worked in the field of mental health and addictions for over 10 years and am committed to helping people transform their lives for the better.
Thank you for taking time to learn a little about me. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional with over 28 years of counseling experience in clinical, private and educational settings. I practice Client-centered therapy. For those who are unfamiliar with Client-centered therapy it is based on the practice that the CLIENT is best able to decide what to explore and mark as a goal of treatment. I empower all my clients without compromising empathy. Whatever the reason any individual, couple, or family comes to me, I challenge their skillset to solve problems and restore resolve; not simply provide short-term solutions. The first step to achieve this is to build a rapport with essential empathy and unconditional positive regard.
I believe in relationships. Seems a little elementary but one's physical, mental, and overall wellness is dependent on relations that we have with each other. No matter how large or small one's family is, and/or social circle we were all meant to establish and grow relationships. No level of true self-reflection would escape this fact. I witnessed this to be true in all of my clients as with myself.
I currently reside Central Florida with my wife, son, and three daughters. As a family we enjoy an active lifestyle supportive of one another and the family dynamic.
I welcome the opportunity to work with you, feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Hi, I’m Nicole, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over two decades of experience helping children and families. I became a therapist because I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, understood, and supported through life’s challenges. I work with children and adults experiencing anxiety, navigating big life changes, or healing from trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative and I tailor each session to your unique needs. I’m passionate about helping people build resilience, find clarity, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Florida Atlantic University, and my own journey as a trauma survivor has deeply shaped both my understanding and my approach to therapy. I bring empathy, warmth, and a nonjudgmental presence to every session, because I know firsthand how powerful it can be to feel truly heard and supported. My goal is to help you move beyond simply surviving to genuinely thriving. I use evidence-based techniques—including mindfulness, CBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused interventions, and person-centered therapy—tailored to your unique needs and goals.
You do not have to stay stuck in the thoughts, emotions, or patterns that are holding you back. My goal is to provide a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood as you work toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs.
I practice Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, a strengths-based approach that emphasizes what is already working and helps identify the resources and abilities you may not yet recognize in yourself. I also incorporate evidence-based strategies such as acceptance, mindfulness, and behavioral activation to support growth and help clients develop effective tools for lasting change.
I have experience working with individuals experiencing OCD, anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns. I understand how challenging it can be to reach out for support, particularly when you have been managing difficult thoughts, emotions, or behaviors on your own. My aim is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a practical plan for change.
Hello, I'm Jess
For more than 14 years, I have helped people learn to manage the worlds they live in. As all of us, I have many roles and identities as well. I am not just a therapist, I am also a wife, mother, former military spouse, sister, Disney adult, and so much more. I love to work with others by getting to know them as a whole person, understanding the systems they live in, and how they interact with the world. Together, we can discover and explore the challenges you are experiencing and work to get you back on track. I will work with you to understand your areas of need and help identify your strengths and how to best use them in your life.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to audiobooks, going for walks in the park, watching Netflix, and baking.

I'm so happy that you reached out for help. I am Taneisha Riley. Since childhood and into my professional career, I have always held one thing above all—helping people navigate difficult circumstances and situations, finding solutions that allow the average person to live with greater purpose and fulfillment. This quest to change lives led me into the counseling field. My treatment approach is holistic, attending to your mental and emotional well-being. I also offer marital and couples counseling, as well as Christian counseling. I believe it’s not enough to treat the body if the mind remains off-balance. My treatment regimen is holistic—attending to your mental, and emotional well-being. I can also be of service if you are seeking marital and/or couples counseling and Christian counseling.
Do you find yourself appearing capable and composed on the outside while quietly carrying a constant sense of pressure, responsibility, or emotional exhaustion on the inside? Many high-functioning professionals and women are skilled at managing work, relationships, and expectations, yet still feel overwhelmed by the invisible weight they carry.
I am a licensed therapist dedicated to creating a safe and affirming space where your experiences are heard, respected, and explored without judgment. My counseling approach honors the complexity of your life and the cultural, relational, and personal factors that shape how you show up in the world. Together, we examine the patterns that contribute to stress, over-responsibility, emotional urgency, and difficulty prioritizing your own needs.
In therapy, we work to slow down the cycle of constant doing and shift toward greater clarity, regulation, and self-understanding. This process often includes identifying long-standing patterns, strengthening emotional boundaries, and building healthier ways of responding to stress, relationships, and internal pressure.
My goal is to support you in processing life’s challenges while reconnecting with your strengths and capacity for balance. At the center of my work is the belief that meaningful change begins with awareness, followed by intentional repair and compassionate growth—an approach reflected in the Break. Repair. Heal.™ framework that guides my practice.

Are you experiencing challenges that are interfering with your emotional health and wellbeing? Do you feel your past experiences are affecting your ability to reach your full potential? Do you need a safe space to process your thoughts and feelings and engage in self exploration?
I am a licensed psychotherapist who believes the most important catalyst for change is the relationship between therapist and client. My goal is to partner with you to reach your desired goals in a therapeutic environment. We will take the necessary steps together to foster positive change while creating individual strategies for self-empowerment.
I have been trained in EMDR therapy which is a theory based on the belief that our brains have a natural system for processing information and experiences so that we can keep what we need for wisdom, learning, and growth. Sometimes disturbing experiences overwhelm the processing system, or we don't have the information we need for our brains to make sense of what happened in a healthy way. EMDR uses eye movements and other right-left stimulation to activate your brain's processing system so you can successfully process the experience and let go of what's not useful to you.
I believe our past effects our present and future- both in adaptative and maladaptive ways. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to inner peace, self-love, and fulfillment.
I am a licensed mental health counselor dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges with confidence and compassion. My focus is on helping you find balance, strengthen your emotional well-being, and develop the tools you need to thrive. Together, we will work toward creating a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard and supported.
I’m a licensed therapist who strives to see families and parents learn new ways, techniques and strategies on how to cope with real life changes and see individuals learn about themselves and begin to process life challenges. I enjoy the traditional Florida lifestyle of exploring nature, the springs, the beaches and all the hiking trails and state parks Florida offers.
I am a Marriage Family Therapist, and I have been in practice for over 25 years. I am a firm believer that the system in which an individual was raised has an impact on how an individual's personal relationships, behavior pattern, and life choices are interconnected with the issue they face in their life. The good news is that we all have the ability of changing the patterns we want to change in our lives. It is your own personal story, and you decide on the ending.
I lead with a warm, supportive approach rooted in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention. I’ve worked with children, older adults, and families, using both family systems and cognitive behavioral techniques to support healing and growth. I value genuine connection and strive to empower my clients while linking them to meaningful community resources and support networks. I have more recently worked with older adults and their families to support life transitions and interpersonal challenges that may come with change.
Hi there and welcome! First and foremost, I'd like to say how proud I am of you for reaching out and seeking help in your personal journey of healing and growth. I graduated from the University of North Florida in 2007 with my Bachelors Degree in Psychology and in 2010 with my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling. I spent the first 7 years of my career working in in-patient psychiatric care hospitals where I would provide individual as well as group and family therapy services to patients dealing with issues included but not limited to Suicidal attempts, Bi-Polar Disorder with psychotic episodes, addiction issues and schizophrenia. I also began my clinical management experiences while working in-patient psychiatric care. The last 8 years, I have been working outpatient, non-for-profit practice as well as private practice with specialties in addressing Trauma, Anxiety, Addiction issues and Family/Relational issues, specifically related to Attachment Theories. I truly believe that anyone with the courage to reach out for help and the willingness to work, can achieve change and become the best version of themselves. Hi, I'm Katie, a Licensed Clinical Social.
Helping and supporting others has been a driving factor in my life; therefore, I began my career as a teacher. My education and experience in the classroom greatly influenced me; however, I saw how difficult it is to learn when one is struggling with many emotional and mental health needs. While in graduate school, I transitioned to working with families in more of a case management role. During that time, I started noticing how the adults I worked with were often struggling and had not received the help they needed. After completing graduate school, I began working in an inpatient hospital that treats mental health and chemical dependency. After several years working with patients individually and facilitating group therapy, I transitioned to managing an intensive outpatient mental health program for senior adults. In this role, I facilitated group therapy and met with patients individually at times. I greatly enjoyed getting to know my clients and cheering alongside them as they made progress. While I value group therapy, I recognize that it is not the right fit for everyone. Therefore, I have set up a private practice to meet the needs of individuals in ways I was unable to do in previous roles. I believe change is possible and that each person has strengths and life experiences that they can draw upon to help themselves move forward. My passion is helping clients utilize what they already have, learn additional tools for coping, and develop healthier ways of thinking.
I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping clients understand themselves, heal, and grow. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and develop practical tools for lasting change. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, offer steady guidance, and walk alongside you at a pace that feels right for your healing journey.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, practicing social work and case management since 1996. I have worked in various settings including outpatient clinics, residential, jail, nursing homes, and case management in client homes. I currently run intensive outpatient groups as well as individual counseling with individuals of all ages. I believe that movement and change is essential to growth and practice this personally and encourage it professionally. I have a passion for walking alongside my clients and provide tools to help them navigate through life challenges and come out the other side a stronger and more balanced person. I believe that without change there would be no butterflies.
Hi there! I'm Katee! If you were to ask my clients to tell you about me, they would say I am extremely easy to talk to, very bubbly, down to earth, and relatable. I have been in this field for almost 9 years and have lots of experience working with those struggling with self-esteem, finding purpose in life, work and other life related stress, anxiety, difficulty with family relationships, communicating your needs and wants in a way that others hear you, and other co-occurring conditions. I come from a place of total support and honesty with zero judgment.

Hi, I’m Carmen Bales, LCSW. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a background in hospice and medical social work, where I’ve spent years supporting people through grief, life transitions, chronic stress, and uncertainty.
In therapy, I offer a calm, supportive space for adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck—even when they appear “high-functioning” on the outside. My approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from talk therapy, expressive arts, and body-based (somatic) awareness to help clients reconnect with themselves and make sense of what they are carrying.
You do not need to be “creative” to work with me. Expressive and reflective tools are used gently and always at your comfort level. I believe healing begins with being seen, understood, and supported—rather than being rushed to fix or change yourself. If you choose to have sessions with me, you will be truly seen.
I started a life-long career in the psychology field in Colombia as a clinical psychologist. My passion for the field and helping clients live better lives led me to pursue further accreditation as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, transplanted in Miami, Florida. As a licensed therapist with over 30 years of experience, I help clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and practical tools for lasting change. My practice is trauma-informed and affirming, meaning I recognize the ways past experiences, identity, and systemic stress can shape emotional wellbeing—and I hold space for all of it without judgment.
I specialize in supporting adults facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, burnout, grief, identity exploration, and relationship struggles. I also have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, veterans, healthcare workers, and nonprofit leaders—people who often carry a unique blend of resilience and emotional burden. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to understand yourself better, therapy with me offers a safe place to explore what matters most.
Clients who work with me often say they feel deeply seen and empowered to make meaningful shifts in their lives. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. Instead, I tailor our work to your needs, drawing from a variety of approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, insight-based work, and solution-focused strategies. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, develop healthy coping patterns, and create the kind of life and relationships that feel true to you.
Healing doesn’t always happen in big moments—it’s often found in the quiet recognition that you deserve to take up space, to rest, to feel, and to grow. I’m here to walk with you in that process.
Hi my name is Orly Krupkin, LCSW and I'm glad you're here. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m glad you reached out. I work with adults navigating life transitions, stress and anxiety, grief and loss, caregiver challenges, midlife concerns, and relationship issues - including maintaining healthy boundaries and building more fulfilling connections.
My style is warm, collaborative, and supportive. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools to create meaningful change.
I strive to offer a safe and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. You don’t have to go through this alone; I’m here to help you move forward one step at a time.
Hi, I’m Cyndi Oberdan, and if you’re reading my page, I can tell that no matter what you are going through right now, you have COURAGE. Maybe you don’t feel brave, but it takes COURAGE to ask for help, and Courage to venture “into the unknown.”
I would be honored to journey with you on this new adventure of yours.
I have been serving people for over 15 years. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in 2006 from the University of Florida in Recreational Therapy. Later, in 2013, I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University.
Over the last 15 years, I have had the privilege to work in a variety of settings. I started off working with individuals diagnosed with a developmental or intellectual disability and their families. I had the privilege of running a family respite program, and later the honor to manage a Community Habilitation program where I assisted individuals ages 13 to 60+ with achieving their goals. (These goals varied from basic life skills, to enhancing academic skills, to developing coping skills, all while increasing socialization and connection). Later I worked in Child Welfare, as a Child Protective Investigator; investigating allegations of abuse/neglect and ensuring child safety. I have also worked with families, assisting them with getting to the root of their issues while strengthening the family unit. Lastly, I have worked as a medical social worker, both in the hospital and in the outpatient Clinics, as well as in the Emergency Department. I provide crisis intervention, case management, and counseling services; assisting patients with trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and socioeconomic barriers.
I use an eclectic approach to meet the needs of each individual client. Treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness.
I’m Maylin Gonzalez, LMHC-QS, IMH-E®, a therapist specializing in women’s mental health across life stages, including pre/postpartum care, intimacy before/after children, identity shifts, and parenting support. I provide a warm, grounding space where women can explore their emotions, understand themselves more deeply, and navigate life transitions with clarity and steadiness. My work blends clinical skill with compassion to help you feel supported, seen, and empowered in your journey.
Struggling with addiction can feel isolating—but you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you are dealing with substance use, alcohol dependence, or trying to make sense of repeated relapses, I offer a space where you can be honest, understood, and supported without judgment.
With over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) in Florida, I’ve worked alongside individuals at every stage of recovery. I understand how complex addiction is—and how much strength it takes to ask for help.
I specialize in working with people navigating addiction, trauma, mental health challenges, and major life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care to support meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy works best when it’s a collaborative process—where your voice is valued and your goals guide the work we do together.
I also bring a personal understanding of the recovery process, which allows me to meet clients with both clinical expertise and authentic empathy. Whether you’re newly sober, returning to recovery, or just starting to question your relationship with substances, you’ll be met with compassion, honesty, and real support every step of the way.

I believe in equipping my patients with the most effective and up-to-date tools that counseling has to offer, entirely devoting myself to my patients with professionalism and empathy, helping them in the process of overcoming suffering and achieving quality of life.
In my extensive career first as a medical doctor and psychiatrist in my home country and now as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the United States, I’ve worked with a significant population of patients in hospitals and private clinics, dedicating myself to people presenting problems such as anxiety and depression; issues related to the different stages in women’s lives; couple’s conflicts; and, in my recent experience as a counselor, I have diversified my line of work to also focus on helping immigrant patients in the process of adjusting to new settings.
If you would like to seek counseling with me, know that progress is possible and that you can count on me to help you improve your quality of life. It is my unwavering commitment to support you and help you achieve the well-being you deserve.
I have 12 years of clinical experience working with teens, young adults and adults. In addition to working with common mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, etc., I have broader experience working with children of divorce, trauma, grief and LGBTQAI+ populations.
We all have a fundamental need to feel known, cared for and understood and I am honored to have a career in which I can be that person for others. The therapeutic process is hard to explain and better to be experienced. As we feel known, cared for and understood by not only another but with time, ourselves, it’s a special kind of magic that can bring about deep healing and shifts.
A little bit about me; I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and have also lived in Boston, Massachusetts and Boulder, Colorado. I am now back home, married and a mother of two wild and wonderful boys. Some things that I love are music, nature, hidden gems, good food, deep talks, movies, a good workout, and adventure!

I've spent the last ten years accompanying people toward something better as an independently licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults who are ready to make real changes but aren't sure where to start. I'm relaxed, direct, and focused on making every session count. I also happen to think I'm pretty funny, so at least I have that going for me.
Greetings, my name is Zekecia Bennett, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am a Florida native with over fifteen years of experience in social work. I earned my bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of South Florida and my Master of Social Work from Walden University. I love the therapeutic process and have a strong desire to empower others by enhancing their well-being through psychotherapy.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and clients often describe me as thoughtful, relatable, humorous, open-minded, a good listener, and a creative problem solver. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical, giving you space to be heard while also helping you move toward real change. Before becoming a therapist, I served in the United States Air Force for four years. When I transitioned out of the military, I felt drawn to a helping profession, and social work quickly became the perfect fit. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages and backgrounds, as well as their families.
