I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, based in Florida. I began my Professional work in 2019 and worked tirelessly with older teenagers, adults and seniors. However, I also did many hours of internship at a Counseling center and also at a Mental Health Facility, where I gained invaluable experiences. I am passionate about:
Preparing engaged couples for marriage and helping married couples build healthy marriages.
Supporting individuals through grief, divorce, separation, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life challenges.
If You Desire Faith-Based Counseling
For clients who request Christian counseling, biblical principles and prayer may be thoughtfully integrated into the therapeutic process while also utilizing evidence-based clinical approaches.
I love helping people and I am so excited for you that you are considering engaging in services! I believe in an integrative approach to therapy which means focusing on the whole person rather than one problematic behavior which is most often only a symptom of underlying issues. In order to most effectively address your emotional or mental well-being we must also address your physical, biological, social, and psychological functioning. If you are ready to make changes to allow you to more fully enjoy your life then I am eager to assist you towards your goals.

I'm Eduardo Florez, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering telehealth therapy across Florida — including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville. I specialize in treatment-resistant cases where previous therapy hasn't worked, and in couples therapy for communication breakdowns, infidelity recovery, high-conflict patterns, and emotional disconnection. I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and major life transitions, with particular focus on veterans, first responders, and high-functioning professionals dealing with burnout and perfectionism.
My approach is direct, strategic, and pattern-focused — drawing on Gottman Method, CBT, and DBT to give you practical tools you can use immediately. I challenge what keeps you stuck rather than just processing feelings.
Bilingual (English/Spanish), LGBTQ+ affirming, evening and weekend appointments available, most insurance accepted.
I work with high-functioning adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, emotional pain, or self-sabotage—even after years of traditional talk therapy. My approach integrates trauma-informed, somatic, and nervous system-based practices with subconscious reprogramming. Together, we’ll gently uncover and shift the deeper beliefs and survival patterns held in your body, creating healing that is not only insightful, but embodied and lasting.
I'm Juan Carlos Martell, a Miami-based LMHC serving clients across Florida since 2019, and founder of Psych Life, Inc. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation; not a clinical evaluation. When you sit with me, you're not a diagnosis or a case file. You're a person navigating something difficult, and you deserve to be met with warmth, honesty, and genuine understanding.
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Existential Therapy to help you work through what's weighing you down while reconnecting with what actually matters to you. CBT gives you practical, evidence-based tools to shift the thought patterns keeping you stuck. Existential therapy invites us to go deeper, exploring questions about identity, purpose, and the kind of life you truly want to build. Together, they create change that's both practical and meaningful.
I work with adults, teens, couples and kids in navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-doubt, and the quiet question so many of us carry: "Is this really the life I want?" Sessions with me are warm, direct, and free of jargon. You'll leave with tools you can actually use; not just insight, but real strategies for your everyday life.
Outside the therapy room, I'm a published author of The Adventures of Kevin and Friends, a children's mental health book series designed to help families talk openly about emotions like anxiety, depression, and bullying. I'm also the creator of PsychLife on Instagram, making psychology accessible to people who never thought therapy was "for them," and the founder of MindfulPractice, an upcoming mental health app rooted in CBT, ACT, and mindfulness. Everything I do comes back to one mission: making mental health real, relatable, and within reach. You don't have to figure it out alone. Be the artist of your own life.

Hi. I am an experienced Masters Level social worker who returned to train for my LCSW in my late 40's early 50's. Prior to that, I was a 35 year veteran of hospital based, social work and crisis intervention. This combined experience, forged a professional style based upon helping people cope with unspeakable suffering, loss and drastic life changes. This has helped shape how I approach psychotherapy in that I have seen time and time again that no pain is too great to be lessened and that there is always a solution, even small, that can help transform a life into something better. I believe that therapy works best when there is a working combination of insight and action and much of my work will involve helping you identify a next right step in addressing the challenges you face.

I specialize in ERP for clients experiencing symptoms of OCD and HRT for clients experiencing BFRB's and tic disorders. I am eclectic in my approach to therapy and some of the alternate treatment modalities that I use include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused brief therapy, mindfulness based therapy, etc. I hope to build a strong and trusting relationship with all of my clients and I believe that therapy should be a safe and non-judgmental environment where client's can work toward their goals.
I am a highly skilled and compassionate therapist known for delivering deep and transformative results. With a deep understanding of human behavior and a personalized approach. Therapy isn't just about talking. It's about getting results. I offer the kind of therapy which provides my patients with the results that they are seeking.
I am an experienced Psychotherapist (25 years) who is licensed to provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
I am an honors graduate of Northwestern University , The Family Institute at Northwestern University, and The Chicago Institute for Psychoanalysis. While completing my graduate studies, I was chosen to be mentored by several of the top Family Therapy Theorists in the United States.
I have taught at Northwestern University, as well as, Lake Forest College as a faculty member. I have been a Clinical Fellow at the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy for over 20 years. My goals for each patient are individually thought out according to a collaboration between patient and therapist. I can teach you how to become your own best advocate. My objective as your therapist is to assist you in becoming the best you can be in the environment in which you live. People start to heal the moment they feel heard. I look forward to joining you as your therapist.
Howdy! I'm Gabe! If you find yourself overwhelmed with thoughts that go by faster than you can catch them, or frozen in place in front of the many what-if's your mind has cooked up, you're in the right place! My focus lies in anxiety and related disorders. I am training to specialize in OCD, phobia, and panic disorder treatment, specifically in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP, or sometimes ExRP) in a manner that is compassionate, gentle, and effective. In addition, I also work to provide effective treatment to those struggling to enjoy things, feeling very low, or hopeless. I graduated from UCF in 2021 and right away fell into working with high-need clients with nonprofits Florida, but now have licenses in Indiana, Maryland, and Virginia as well. I have over 5 years of experience working as a therapist.
As a disclaimer, I don't use AI notetaking in my practice. I believe in privacy first and foremost.
My name is Andy and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and Navy Veteran with 11+ years of experience. I am a dedicated and compassionate clinician committed to supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. In addition to my therapeutic expertise, I am also fluent in Spanish. As a military veteran, I also know how the military lifestyle affects the family. I have extensive experience in addiction counseling, EMDR therapy, and family counseling.
What typically surprises people is that I am the 11th of 13 children - all from the same parents. Growing up with so many siblings has given me a great opportunity to learn about family dynamics and effective discipline. My parents did a great job of maintaining a safe and well-behaved home, and I use their example as a template while also incorporating my own experience as a parent for working with families today.
As for my approach to therapy, I use several different theories depending on the need of the client; however, my primary mode is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It just fits my personality. If you are looking for a therapist who focuses solely on your emotions and how you're feeling on any given day, then I will not be a good fit for you. On the other hand, if you're looking for a therapist who not only does all that but who will also listen to everything you say (as well as the meaning behind what you say) and then challenge your thinking habits to help you find more effective and productive thinking patterns, then I'm on board for that. I learned a long time ago that many clients do not want things "Sugar Coated", but rather prefer their therapist to be respectfully bold and blunt. If this is who you are looking for in a therapist, then let's get to work.

With over a decade of experience as a caseworker, substance abuse counselor, and therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse clients facing real-life struggles and in need of daily support.
Life can be tough, and we all face difficult moments—whether it’s a breakup, divorce, grief, the loss of a loved one or pet, or even a job loss. In these times, having an unbiased person to offer support can make a world of difference. I see trauma as an unexpected part of life that is often hard to process, but with the right help, it can be managed and overcome healthily. I’ve personally experienced more than my share of trauma, grief, loss, sadness, depression, and substance use, and I sought help to work through them.
My approach to therapy is centered on helping people in the best way possible, always with an open mind. I often use Maslow’s hierarchy of needs as a guide, because I believe mental health is hard to prioritize when physical needs aren’t met, or issues like homelessness or substance abuse are present. I enjoy working with clients from age 5 to older adults who face Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, and other mental health or substance use challenges. It’s easy to fight battles alone and suffer in silence, but you don’t have to anymore—together, we can work toward healing and a better future.
