Hi, I’m Annielle (Ann-yell), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and therapist with over 10 years of experience in mental health and social work. Your first session will be an intake, which is simply a chance for me to get to know you. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your history, and the goals you’d like to focus on. I’ll ask a few questions to understand your needs, and you can share at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports your healing and growth. You can expect a warm, empathetic and authentic experience where I strive to create a safe place for you to be yourself and share as you feel comfortable.

Communication: My niche lies in improving communication within relationships. I have a strong track record of helping couples understand each other on a deeper level, fostering mutual respect for their differences, and enabling them to appreciate each other's strengths. I specialize in guiding couples towards finding effective solutions to recurring problems, ultimately enhancing their overall relationship dynamics. Confidence and Self-Esteem: Another area of strength is boosting clients' confidence and self-esteem. I am passionate about helping individuals learn to truly love themselves and find inner peace. Through our work together, clients can build the self-assurance they need to navigate life's challenges with greater resilience and positivity. Trauma Support: I have extensive experience in providing support to individuals who have experienced trauma. In a safe and empathetic therapeutic environment, I assist clients in processing their traumatic experiences. Through our work, clients learn to rewrite their narratives, enabling them to move forward in a positive direction, free from the burden of their past traumas. Life Transitions: I specialize in helping clients navigate significant life transitions.
