I’m here to walk beside you as you figure things out—whether that’s making sense of the past, dealing with hard relationships, or just trying to feel more like yourself again. I’ve worked with people who didn’t even realize how much they were holding in until they had someone to talk to. I know that reaching out can feel scary or uncomfortable. That’s okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. You don’t need to call what you’re feeling “trauma” or “anxiety” if that doesn’t feel right to you. All you need is the sense that something needs to shift—and the willingness to take that first step. Outside of work, I’m grounded by my own healing practices, community, and culture. Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida. I graduated from New Mexico Highlands University in 2021 after several years working with women, children, and families in community-based agencies. My approach is humanistic, trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and grounded in attachment theory. Using a strengths-based approach I use narrative, solution-focused, nature, integrative therapies, mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork. Although we will be meeting virtually, I encourage people to get outside as often as possible! ​

I'd first like to recognize the strength it has taken to reach this stage in your growth and healing. Seeking assistance can often be an overwhelming task, but you're on the right path! I have had the privilege of accompanying people on their path towards "something better" for roughly ten years, of which the last four have been spent as an independently practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am relaxed, direct, and I strive to make every moment within our work together as productive as possible. I'm accessible and easygoing. I also happen to think that I'm pretty funny, so at least I have that going for me!

I help teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, panic, deal with self harm, eating disorders, feelings of emotional abandonment , have better relationships, maintain sobriety and to live a life of happiness. I am eclectic in my orientation and offer a holistic, integrative approach to client centered therapy, using cognitive behavioral techniques, motivational interviewing, stress management, meditation and yoga practices which I learned growing up in the Himalayan mountains. I enjoy working with clients from multicultural backgrounds whether they are adults, teenagers, couples or families.
