Therapy is about building on your strengths, providing you with a safe environment to look within yourself and empowering you with the tools you need to make that desired change. I received my education from Nova Southeastern University earning a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have worked with adults and provided counseling in Spanish and English. Individuals struggling with their mental health, depression, anxiety, problems related with substance abuse, and family problems working both individually and in group therapy. When an individual seeks therapy it is often because they want to move forward in a different way. Let us work together towards this change.
