Finding a therapist you can identify with, feeling heard & accepted can be a challenging feat. Therapists are not one size fits all. We are people with problems, just like you. I offer you over 20 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment world. I have an undergraduate degree in psychology (2001) and a graduate degree (2006) in professional counseling. With working 10 of those years in a hospital setting, I also have a decent handle on possible medical issues you might need to be referred for. After more life experience, I became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2016 and opened my private practice.
I can't tell you all the answers to life's problems, but together we can come to what the best decision will be for you in particular. Your goals and values are worth exploring. Your likes and dislikes matter. Your happiness is not selfish.
Hi, I’m Kristina. I’m a licensed therapist who takes a relational and trauma-informed approach to healing. My work blends evidence-based practices—such as CBT, parts work, and mindfulness awareness—with intuitive insight to help clients move beyond survival mode and reconnect with their authentic selves.
I believe therapy should be both practical and transformative. Each session is a space to slow down, feel seen, and build tools that support real-life change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, or relationship struggles, we’ll work together to uncover the patterns shaping your story and create new pathways toward clarity and confidence.
Clients often describe my style as warm, grounded, and empowering. I bring compassion, humor, and directness into the room, balancing emotional depth with actionable guidance. You can expect to be challenged when needed—but always with care, respect, and collaboration.
My goal is to help you feel more at home within yourself, trust your intuition, and create a life that reflects your values rather than your past pain. Healing isn’t about “fixing” who you are—it’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

Hi, I’m a licensed professional counselor with over five years of experience supporting adults through life’s most overwhelming and uncertain moments. Whether you’re feeling stuck in anxiety or depression; struggling with unresolved trauma; navigating grief; or facing challenges related to ADHD, low self-worth, or major life changes, know that you don’t have to face it alone.
I believe therapy should be more than just a space to talk: it should be a space to grow. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. You are the expert in your life, and I’m here to help you reconnect with your inner strengths, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.
With over five years in the field, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they’ve moved through deep pain and into lasting change. I offer a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up just as you are. Together, we’ll work toward goals that are meaningful to you; whether that’s building healthier coping skills, understanding your story, or creating more balance and connection in your life.
My style is warm, engaged, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I view therapy as a partnership rooted in trust, honesty, and hope. Healing looks different for everyone; and whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it alone.
If you're ready to begin your journey, I’m here to walk beside you. Let’s take that first step together.
I’m a marriage and family therapist working with all ages and backgrounds, so your struggles won’t surprise me. But everyone faces challenges a little differently. That's why unlike advice-givers, I’m here to help you figure out what’s causing your worries and what you'd like to do about them. I listen and support you to find answers that fit you, turning problems into growth.
Do you find yourself buying every self-help book but still feeling stuck? Maybe you're the "therapist friend" who has it all figured out for others but can't seem to make progress yourself? Or perhaps you're tired of being told "you're so self-aware" while still repeating the same patterns? And what about that family trauma your family swears never happened? Yeah, it's still showing up in your life today. I get it.
Hey! I'm Dr. Ré (Ray), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Financial Social Worker (CFSW) and holistic therapist based in Dallas, TX. I help self-aware Gen Z and Millennials get unstuck, break generational patterns, and figure out this thing called adulting through therapy that goes beyond just talking about it. I blend evidence-based practices with mind-body approaches to create real, lasting change and healing.
Are you a parent worried about your child’s anxiety, big emotions, or past stressful experiences? Or are you an adult looking for trauma-informed therapy in Spanish or English?
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), NCC, and EMDR-trained therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in supporting parents and children using child-friendly EMDR and virtual play therapy, as well as providing EMDR therapy in Spanish and English for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and life transitions.
My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. I integrate EMDR, CBT, ACT, and creative interventions such as art and play to help clients feel safer, more regulated, and more confident as they move forward.
I have several years of experience treating individuals, families, and adolescents using a holistic, empathic, and trauma-informed approach. Watching friends and family struggle with mental health and substance abuse issues fueled my passion for helping those who struggle with these difficulties from a place of understanding, patience, and empathy. I received a BA in psychology first, which led to obtaining a substance abuse certificate. I gained experience working with families and individuals and, after some time, I was ready to further my education and obtained a Master of Social Work. This helped me expand my clinical skills and learn more targeted therapy modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, psychoanalytical care, and art therapy. I found these approaches are a great synthesis of neuroscience, trauma, and creativity.

My clinical background began in healthcare, where I provided social services, care coordination, and case management to patients experiencing acute and chronic medical illness. In 2020, I expanded my work to support adults with life event changes, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, family stressors, career pressures, motivation, and self-esteem.
I am committed to building a trusting relationship through listening, honesty, and empathy. I look forward to supporting you and helping you take the first steps to feeling better.
I’m a North Carolina licensed clinical mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through some of life’s toughest challenges. My work focuses on helping people heal from trauma, manage anxiety and depression, rebuild after divorce, and navigate complex emotional issues such as bipolar disorder, eating disorders, grief, and chronic medical illness. I also provide support for those struggling with self-esteem, sleep issues, and life transitions.
I bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to therapy and believe in creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered. Whether you’re facing something recent or carrying pain from the past, I work with you to build practical tools for healing and growth.
A proud North Carolina native, I hold a B.S. from Western Carolina University, an M.S. in counseling from Webster University, and a doctorate in psychology from Liberty University. I’m passionate about helping you find clarity, strength, and hope—one step at a time.
