I have extensive experience implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals develop coping skills, challenge unhelpful thoughts and beliefs, and promote emotional regulation. I have helped adults struggles with depression, anxiety, addiction borderline personality disorder.
