A little more about me; I was born and raised in Florida. I did my undergraduate at Florida State University, and moved to Virginia to attend Eastern Virginia Medical School, where I studied clinical counseling and received my Master’s in Art Therapy. As a military spouse, we relocated many times, having to redevelop my career each duty station, which gave me a myriad of experiences with various populations. This has lead me to focus on occupational counseling and the effects of stress on our mental health.
