She later pursued specialized training to become a Registered Play Therapist through the Association for Play Therapy, giving her a strong foundation in child development and family dynamics.
Throughout her career, Rachel has gained diverse clinical experience in schools, community mental health, substance use treatment, and correctional settings. She has worked with individuals, families, and groups and developed extensive experience supporting children and adolescents who have experienced trauma and other emotional challenges. While this work shaped her clinical foundation, Rachel's practice has naturally evolved over the years.
Today, Rachel specializes in working primarily with adolescent girls and adult women. She enjoys helping clients navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, perfectionism, stress, and the many demands that come with balancing careers, relationships, family, and personal growth.
