Online Therapy for Individuals and Couples in Minnesota & Florida
I’m a therapist who help people and couples when life feels really hard. Most of the people I work with are men and women in relationships with each other. Many come to me when they’re feeling hurt, lost, or scared their relationship might fall apart. If you and your partner are fighting all the time, feeling distant, or just can’t seem to fix things, I want you to know you’re not alone-and things can get better.
Even though I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I work with all kinds of people. I have a lot of experience helping men and women who are married or dating each other, as well as people from different backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ folks.
My way of helping is gentle, caring, and never judgmental. When you’re stressed out, anxious, or overwhelmed, I help you slow down, breathe, and see what’s really going on. We’ll talk through your worries and pain, and I’ll give you tools you can use right away to feel calm and in control. My approach helps couples talk without yelling, listen without shutting down, and start feeling close again-even when things seem hopeless.
I also help people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or feeling different from others. No matter what you’re facing, my goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and less alone. Together, we’ll find ways to ease your stress and bring back hope.
If you feel like you’re at the end of your rope, or just want someone to talk to who gets it, I’m here for you. We’ll work together to heal old wounds and help you feel stronger-both as a person and as a couple.
If you’re ready to feel better, let’s talk.

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and Florida. I have 30 years experience in the helping profession and 7 years as a therapist. I believe that insight without action leads to stagnation and frustration. It is valuable to talk about problems and issues but without a plan of action, clients often become discouraged. Much of my work will involve helping you identify a next right step in addressing challenges.
Hi, I’m a therapist who believes therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or clinical to be effective. I help people sort through stress, self-doubt, relationship tension, and life transitions—with clarity, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor. My clients often tell me they chose me because I feel relatable and real, and because I’m not afraid to laugh with them even when things are tough.
I’m straightforward and down-to-earth. I’ll meet you where you are without judgment, help you challenge what’s keeping you stuck, and walk alongside you as you make sense of what’s working—and what isn’t. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I believe in real conversations, real growth, and helping you feel like yourself again (or maybe for the first time).
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, or just trying to feel more grounded in your life, I’m here to help you reconnect with your strength, your clarity, and your sense of possibility.
You don’t have to be perfect or polished. Just bring yourself—we’ll take it from there.
About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with 26 years of professional experience come this August. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for new interns.
Originally from Brooklyn, NY, and East Brunswick, NJ until age 23, then moved to Pembroke Pines, Jupiter, now residing in Sarasota, FL.
I have personally conquered Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Major Depression, Anxiety, OCD, CPTSD, Addictions of Gambling, Sex, Cars, and Weed, Codependency, Divorce, Custody, and Parenting Issues.
I have the ability to mend relationships, as I have brought my relationship with my wife from shambles to diamonds, and our "ship" is still moving North in the direction we both want, despite our differences and disagreements along the way. There is no more all-or-nothing thinking or engagement in back-n-forth arguments or break-ups; instead, there is peace, love, cooling off, and acceptance of our different love languages, personalities, and brain designs.
I am 6 years and 7 months sober from marijuana, as well as from the addictions of gambling, sex, and buying expensive cars beyond my means.
I am a firm believer that we learn something new or reinforce a life lesson every day.
Personal and Professional Growth equates to extra Health, Happiness, and Longevity.
I have 9-year-old fraternal twin boys, 2 stepchildren, ages 25 and 26, 2 cats, and 2 dogs.
Welcome! I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in helping individuals navigate the complexities of substance abuse, mental health challenges, trauma, and relationship difficulties. My work is rooted in a deep understanding of the unique struggles that many face, from the impact of childhood experiences to the ongoing challenges of adulthood. I offer support through adult child therapy, guiding individuals in healing from past wounds and cultivating healthier relationships with themselves and others. In addition, I provide adaptive parenting strategies to empower parents in navigating the ups and downs of life.
My path to becoming your therapist is somewhat unique compared to others in the field. Over the years, I have built a diverse professional background that began with a career in sales. I then transitioned into the Long-Term Care Industry, where I served as both an Admissions and Marketing Director and a Director of Social Services. In addition to these roles, I have been actively involved in my community, working as an HIV/AIDS Intervention Specialist and a Substance Abuse Counselor. For a decade, I also had the privilege of serving as a Licensed Pastor.
On a personal level, my life has been enriched by becoming a husband, a father, and more recently, a grandfather. Throughout my journey, I have experienced many of life’s joys and victories. At the same time, I have learned valuable lessons from self-inflicted setbacks and from dealing with the consequences of choices that cannot be changed.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples.
My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy.
I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility.

Hello, and welcome. I am a compassionate and collaborative therapist dedicated to helping adolescents, adults, and couples navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, stress, self-esteem issues, and life transitions, and I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood.
My practice is grounded in evidence-based and culturally responsive approaches that honor each client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work alongside clients to increase self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and foster emotional well-being. Hi, I'm Kim. I am a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist who believes that healing happens through genuine human connection. As an immigrant, bilingual professional, and someone who has navigated significant life transitions and challenges, I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help and carry life's burdens alone.
My approach is collaborative, authentic, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while also feeling supported and challenged to grow. I believe that every person has strengths, resilience, and the capacity for change, even when they feel stuck or overwhelmed.
In our work together, I combine empathy with practical, evidence-based strategies to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, improve relationships, and move toward the life they want to create. My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling understood, empowered, and hopeful about their ability to navigate life's challenges.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I've spent my career supporting children, parents, and families through some of life's most challenging moments. My background includes working in the NICU, early childhood mental health, and supporting families navigating trauma, medical complexity, parenting stress, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.
I am especially passionate about working with women during pregnancy and postpartum, parents, caregivers, and individuals who have spent so much time caring for others that they've forgotten how to care for themselves.
I help high-functioning adults reconnect with themselves and learn to trust their own judgment again.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who have spent years taking care of everyone else while quietly struggling themselves. They often appear successful on the outside but privately feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they used to be.
You may be recovering from betrayal, navigating a difficult relationship or divorce, struggling with perfectionism or people-pleasing, healing from trauma, or facing a major life transition. Somewhere along the way, you may have begun second-guessing yourself, losing confidence in your instincts, or wondering why life feels so much harder than it looks from the outside.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together, we'll make sense of the patterns keeping you stuck, calm your nervous system, reduce shame, strengthen healthy boundaries, and build the confidence to make choices that align with your values instead of fear or self-doubt. Therapy should leave you feeling understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools that make everyday life feel lighter.
Life can be hard, and I know that not only from my professional experience, but from my own personal journey. I’ve been working in the mental health field for over six years, but my perspective as a therapist has also been shaped by growing up in a multicultural family, with a Mexican mother and British father, experiencing poverty, becoming the first in my family to attend college, and having the opportunity to experience many different cultures and parts of the world. Those experiences have taught me that no matter how much or how little we have, we are all human. There are no perfect parents, perfect relationships, or perfect people—we’re all imperfect people trying to make sense of life, navigate challenges, and become better versions of ourselves.
Hello, and welcome.

I am trained in a variety of evidence-based clinical interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other trauma-informed therapeutic approaches. These modalities allow me to support clients in processing difficult experiences, developing healthy coping skills, and building resilience.
I believe that healing occurs within a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship. My goal is to empower clients to gain insight, overcome obstacles, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Seeking help is a courageous first step, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward healing, growth, and recovery.
Hello, my name is Larry and I have been helping people find contentment, purpose, and fulfillment in life for many years. I work with clients from ages 12 -112 and have a warm and pragmatic approach to life and therapy. I work with individuals, couples, and families in discovering congruence that has been a proven part of my life as a husband, father, and grandfather. My wife and I have seven children (five from birth and two from adoption). We will look at life as a classroom and use every experience for growth and strengthening for one's self and others. You may be the woman everyone thinks is strong-the one wh appears capable and keeps life moving-while privately feeling anxious, depressed, disconnected or close to falling apart. My style is safe, honest, collaborative, and real. I use clear expectations, thoughts, emtions, and practical tools. I bring 20+ years experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and serve women in Florida and North Carolina. Therapy is not about becoming someone else, it's about feeling safe enough to reconnect with your voice, worth and authentic self. Together, we explore how stress responses, thoughts, emotions, earlier experiences and relationship patterns may be keeping you stuck or causing you to react in ways that no longer feel like you.
