Hello! My name is Lidia Conners, a Clinical Social Worker with two decades of experience. I have successfully treated a diverse population of adults and older adolescents with mental health inquiries specifically with anxiety, depression or trauma. I came to this field as I believe in the potential we all have and understand that at times certain perceptions or an overactive /underactive nervous system many times keep us stuck and rob us from living our best lives. I strongly believe in contributing to the well-being of clients using a client-centered, caring/compassionate individualized approach.

You carry big responsibilities, and it’s been heavy for too long. I work with executives, founders, business owners, and high-performing professionals who balance demanding careers with the responsibilities of being partners and parents. Together, we transform overwhelm, perfectionism, chronic stress, and work-life imbalance into clarity, resilience, and purposeful action. We will identify blind spots, remove roadblocks, and build workable boundaries so you can lead well at work, show up at home, and feel grounded in your relationships. Constant stress and exhaustion aren’t the cost of success. Drive and focus don’t make you immune to anxiety, burnout, sleepless racing thoughts, shame, manipulation, family complexity, or the echo of old injuries. Excellence doesn’t require perfection and saying no is okay. With over a decade of experience across multiple states, I blend psychotherapy with practical solutions by offering confidential, results-focused care tailored to your unique world. I also provide corporate mental health training, parent coordination, custody evaluations, co-parenting, reunification, and other psycho-legal consultations all delivered with discretion, expertise, and a deep understanding of high-stakes environments. If you’re ready for focused, actionable support, I’m here to help.

*Currently accepting new clients via teletherapy, and in-person.* I am ready to help you! I have been a therapist for 10+ years and my mission is to help you find balance in your life. I view therapy through a holistic standpoint, in which I use the mind and the body to help you get to the wellness that you so deserve. I became a therapist because I wanted to help clients navigate the stresses of work and life and make meaningful changes that would improve their mental well-being. At the first session, you can expect a non-judgmental and an easy-going conversation to build up a therapeutic alliance. At the moment, I practice in-person and over tele-health, giving us the flexibility to connect conveniently and safely. I received a Master's degree in family psychology, in 2010, from Hardin-Simmons University in Texas. I engage others by helping them feel comfortable while also being solution focused. I prescribe to a Cognitive behavioral approach which helps others see life's problems and solutions in a better light. I work with individuals ages 5-100, families, adolescents, marriage or relationship counseling, premarital counseling, and parents who need some guidance raising their children. Some areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, bipolar, problem solving, relationship specialist, communication skills, anger management, coping skills, relaxation exercises, and panic attacks.

Life can look completely fine on the outside while feeling exhausting on the inside. You may be carrying anxiety, trauma, people pleasing, self-doubt, or simply the weight of trying to hold everything together. If you're looking for a therapist who is genuine, down-to-earth, and willing to meet you where you are, you're in the right place. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if this is your first time. You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you're ready for a therapist who will listen, laugh with you when appropriate, challenge you gently, and help you make meaningful changes, I'd love to meet you. Clients who come to me are strong, and often need a compassionate, listening ear of someone who "gets it." Perhaps you're someone who has never seen a therapist, or maybe you are a seasoned pro. Either way, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop healthier patterns, and move toward the life you want. Welcome. I am here for you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida since March 2007. I have over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy and assessing adults, families and children in multiple settings. I consider myself skilled using a variety of clinical interventions (expressive arts with cognitive-behavioral, client-centered and trauma-informed approaches) in three languages: English, Spanish and French. I am a Colombian born immigrant who came to the US to further my education and practice as a psychotherapist. During my years of experience in psychotherapy I learned to incorporate the creative side of the human brain to facilitate expression and better flow the emotional communication. I have helped many people work through coping with life changes, stress, depression, anxiety, trauma and other multiple issues... I thrive in connecting with the person and developing trust, hope and faith in the therapeutic -and creative- process. My main focus is to provide a safe space for open conversations -via TeleHealth or in office- that allow the person to find their own path towards growing and healing. I have lived a long and colorful life. Like everyone else, I've made good and bad choices and learned from each. I have 22+ years experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field. I DO NOT JUDGE, AT ALL, PERIOD. I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My role is to offer another perspective, a way to see life more fully and function better, no more, no less. I don't pretend to have all the answers but only one slice of wisdom. I just share what can help someone. Some people are not yet ready to be helped. Yet for those who are feeling lost on life's journey and are willing to listen and learn, I'm here to assist. My life work can be summed up in three words, "offering people hope. " "The wound is where the light enters." - Jeladdin Rumi "A coward dies a thousand deaths, a brave man only once." Martin Luther King Jr. "Wouldn't take nothin' for my journey now." - Maya Angelou "The past is gone, and there is left only a blessing." - Kahlil Gibran "Be true to yourself, and you will be false to no one else." - William Shakespeare "How very lucky are we, for just a moment to be, part of life's eternal rhyme." I am a qualified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC). I help clients determine whether their loved one might have a pathological condition, to understand what that means, how to avoid such relationships in the future, reduce their internal conflict, and determine whether they want to end the relationship or manage it. Often, my clients have a relationship with a person who has no diagnosable condition, yet the relationship would be considered "toxic" in that it repeatedly causes my client emotional distress. I am excited to provide perspectives and strategies to assist. I grew up in Florida and graduated from FSU with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. I began my career in a county jail mental health unit, where I became proficient in crisis intervention, assessments, and group therapy. Since then, I have worked at an air force base, offering therapy to individuals and families, as well as a substance/mental health rehab program for the Veteran's Administration. I have also volunteered with survivors of gun violence who are grieving and/or coping with trauma. I love being a therapist! It’s humbling to be a part of my clients’ lives as they heal, grow, and go after their goals.

I am caring, compassionate, and a very good listener. I am a Christian, wife of a Veteran, mother, and grandmother. My heritage is Caribbean-American. I grew up in South Florida with four sisters and two brothers. I was very independent at a very young age and willing to help out wherever. I am a musician starting with piano in elementary school, then clarinet in middle school, and bass clarinet and bassoon in high school. I love music and find it beneficial in every aspect of life. I decided to grow my family before pursuing a career. I decided to pursue a career in the mental health field because of a family member being diagnosed with a severe mental health disorder. I earned my AA in Psychology, then a dual degree in Psychology and Behavioral Science. After my undergrad, I went on to receive my master's in social work. I have worked with Veterans, homeless, hospice, young adults, children, elders, couples and individuals with severe mental health diagnoses. In my pursuit to help my family member, I became even more passionate about mental health and reducing the negative stigma attached to it. This passion I share with everyone I encounter.

My areas of expertise include working with issues related to gender identity, sexuality, and non-traditional relationships (including polyamory and open relationships). I also bring both clinical expertise and personal insight into the challenges that arise in connection with personality disorders such as Narcissistic, Borderline, Avoidant, and Antisocial Personality Disorders. In particular, I help clients process and heal from the emotional trauma that often accompanies relationships impacted by these dynamics. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique experience. Whether you are seeking support around identity, relationships, or recovery from difficult past experiences, I provide a safe and affirming space where growth and healing are possible. Outside of my work as a therapist, I find joy in activities that keep me grounded and creative. I love traveling and exploring new places, tending to my garden, playing the piano, working out, and cooking. I also have a passion for interior design and creating welcoming spaces. Most importantly, I value quality time with my family, friends, and my dog, Batman, who always manages to bring a smile to my day.

My name is Dr. Olushola Bakare, and my work centers on helping people recognize the strengths they already carry. Just as a fish is built to swim and a bird to fly, I believe each of us has our own natural way of moving through life, and my role is to help you find and lean into yours. I work with adults and older adults who are ready to feel more grounded, confident, and understood, in a space that is safe, warm, and free of judgment. To help make sure we are the right fit from the start, I want to be upfront that my practice does not currently include couples counseling, medication management, or completing disability, FMLA, or legal paperwork. I work with adults 18 years and older. If any of these are part of what you are looking for, I am happy to help you find a provider whose practice is built around that support.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of Arizona and Indiana. I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary. I have had the opportunity to work in and gain knowledge from a diverse collection of settings that include elementary, middle and high school, hospital chaplaincy department, private practice and private agencies working with families in the child welfare system. Each of these settings has provided me with hands-on experience working with individuals and families in crisis, as well as those who are faced with navigating some of life’s challenges such as divorce, loss, and addiction. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I love a systems approach, understanding that we do not exist in a vacuum, but rather are part of larger systems. I take a non-judgmental, warm approach to therapy and I believe in tailoring my therapy towards my client's individual needs. Together we will establish goals and design a path towards a healthier way of being. I draw from a multitude of therapeutic techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy. Clients who work with me have a desire to change. Whether facing everyday challenges that are holding them back from living a fulfilling life or struggling with family dynamics that have caused distress or trying to navigate through grief, my clients can learn to use their insight to find new ways of functioning that better serve what they want from this life. My clients can see a future for themselves that brings peace, happiness and healing. The first step towards seeking help is often the most difficult. Nice to meet you, I am Jackson. I’m a therapist whose journey to this work began behind the bar, where I learned the art of truly listening and connecting with people from all walks of life. My clients often tell me that talking with me feels like catching up with a good friend—comfortable and real—while also knowing they’re in the hands of someone clinically grounded and thoughtful. I draw from psychodynamic and relational approaches, always emphasizing the importance of genuine human connection in the healing process. I’m trauma-informed and bring my own lived experiences into the room, helping clients feel seen and understood without judgment. My lifelong commitment to health and wellness—including earning a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, surfing, and practicing yoga—deepens the mind-body awareness I bring to my work and has been pivotal on my own path. Whether we’re unpacking the past or navigating the present, I strive to create a space that is compassionate, authentic, and attuned to your whole self.

As a Licensed Psychotherapist serving clients in Florida, Georgia, New Hampshire, and Texas, I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and reconnection. I believe that true healing is not just about the mind, but also about honoring the body and nurturing the spirit. This belief has shaped my Somatic Insight Therapeutic Approach—one that gently invites you back into relationship with yourself. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, I have seen how powerful it can be when we slow down and begin to listen to what the body is holding. Together, we create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your inner experiences with curiosity and compassion. By weaving together mindfulness, body awareness, and evidence-based therapeutic practices, I help you tune into your emotions, understand your nervous system, and move through your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. Our work together is collaborative and personalized. We may integrate reflective conversation, breathwork, and gentle somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body, build self-awareness, and find a sense of grounding and steadiness within. My intention is to support you in feeling more at home in yourself—more connected, more resourced, and more empowered in your healing. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life transitions, or the lingering effects of trauma, you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to walk alongside you with care and intention, as you rediscover your strength, reclaim your story, and move toward a deeper sense of balance, peace, and wholeness.
