Hello! Are you looking for a therapist that is easy to talk to, meets you where are, and gives unconditional support? Then I would like to welcome you! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and a graduate of the University of South Florida. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for you to grow. I will never claim to have all the answers, but I will walk with you as you find them yourself. My specialties include working with adults and adolescents specifically: LGBTQIA+ and BiPOC adults and youth, college students, teenagers, and neurodivergent folk that are dealing with depression, anxiety, and life changes. I am also sex, kink and poly allied and I come armed with a lot of knowledge of different life and love styles. I am here to support and help give you a space you are safe!

I use an eclectic mix of CBT, humanistic, strength-based, trauma-informed, ACT, feminist and experiential therapies.

I provide a safe and comfortable environment that allows people to be open, honest and judgment-free. I am deeply compassionate and work closely with my clients to create a sense of attunement and connection.

Even after just an intake appointment, I feel super comfortable and confident with Rebecca. She is a great listener and I FELT understood & listened to. I am greatly looking forward to continuing my dive back into therapy with her :)

She is so warm and kind in every session. I never feel any judgement from her, no matter what I need to share with her. She is phenomenal and I finally feel like I have found the therapist for me.
