Hello, My name is Philomena , but you can call me Philo, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida who has been in the field since 2013. My work history is colored with working with Teen Mother experiencing Crisis Pregnancy who opted to parent or place their children for adoption, assessing the Veteran population for biopsychosocial needs, and working in the educational setting as a School Therapist for Middle and High School age students. I have a love for Women, Gender & Sexuality Studies and Social Work Practice with the Elderly and have Undergrad and Graduate Certificates in both areas, respectively.
While my resume and credentials may speak to my professional qualifications, I have many additional experiences that support my knowledge and cultural sensitivity. I offer a zeal for working with older teens, young adults, and women wishing to manifest change in their lives. I have worked with students struggling under social pressures and depression and have a natural knack for life skills, career guidance and helping others adjust to "Adulting." Working as a Psychotherapist at NOLA Adulting LLC, I am able to help in bridging the gap between what formal education has taught us and life experiences. High School has prepared us for solving the quadratic equation, running a mile under 10 minutes, and understanding that in 1492 Columbus sailed the ocean blue, but we are not prepared on how to manage that feeling of emptiness we may experience post graduation and entering the workforce, setting appropriate boundaries in interpersonal relationships, or correct work email etiquette when we are fed up.

Hi, I'm Kayla, a licensed mental health counselor with about three years of counseling experience. I specialize in supporting people who are experiencing anxiety, navigating life transitions or an autism diagnosis, and working to improve their mood and overall well-being.
I believe that a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel safe being yourself and talking openly about your experiences. I also incorporate mindfulness and grounding techniques to help you feel more present, manage difficult emotions, and build practical coping skills.
Many of the individuals and couples I work with are at a crossroads—frustrated, sometimes burnt out, and seeking practical, workable strategies for change. Therapy offers a dedicated, supportive space to identify obstacles and map a path toward meaningful personal growth.
With over 15 years of experience across healthcare, restorative justice, and outpatient settings, I provide telehealth therapy at Grow for adults and couples. My practice focuses on:
*Chronic Pain & Complex Medical Issues
*Anxiety & Phobias
*Fertility & Family Building Support
*LGBTQ+ & Gender-Affirming Care
*Eating Disorder/Substance Use Step-Down Maintenance: Supporting ongoing recovery from substance use or eating disorders following higher levels of care.
*Couples Therapy: Improving communication and relational dynamics (clinical outpatient focus only).
Practice Boundaries & Administrative Policies
To maintain a clear focus on clinical care, please review the following scope boundaries:
*Legal & Forensic Services: I do not provide forensic evaluations, court-ordered treatment, litigation support, or expert witness testimony for legal proceedings, divorce, or custody disputes.
*Disability & Administrative Paperwork: I do not perform disability evaluations or complete short/long-term disability claims; I do not write Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters.
*Telehealth & Medical Requirements: Virtual therapy for chronic pain, ARFID, or medical distress serves strictly as a complementary psychological service. Because virtual care lacks physical monitoring:
A. Clients with ARFID or eating disorders must maintain ongoing care with an in-person physician for routine medical safety.
B. Clients seeking pain reprocessing or somatic therapy must have their pain evaluated by a physician.
******If medical or psychiatric needs exceed virtual outpatient scope, I will assist with referrals to local in-person providers**************

I’m a licensed therapist in both South Carolina and Florida with years of experience working across inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment, detox, and outpatient settings. I’m passionate about helping clients understand what they’re experiencing, gain clarity around their challenges, and develop practical tools that create meaningful, lasting change.
Therapy should be more than simply talking about the same problems week after week. My goal is for you to get the most out of your time in therapy, to leave sessions with greater insight, useful strategies, and a clearer sense of what you can do differently. I work collaboratively with clients who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, ambivalent, or unsure of where to begin, helping turn uncertainty into direction and progress.
My approach is grounded in a “scaffolding” philosophy. Early in therapy, you may need more support and guidance, much like training wheels. As we work together, the goal is to build your confidence, problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate challenges independently. I’m not here to make you dependent on therapy; I want to help you become more equipped to handle life beyond the therapy room.
Change can be uncomfortable, but it doesn’t have to feel impossible. I bring a confident, compassionate, and solution-focused approach to therapy while creating space for honesty, growth, and even some humor along the way. Whether you’re looking for clarity, coping skills, healthier relationships, or simply a better understanding of yourself, I’m here to help you make meaningful progress.
Tosha S. Robbins has over 25 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and military families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, emotion regulation, and family conflict. Tosha combines cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness while utilizing the individual’s strengths to help work through identified issues. It can be difficult to ask for help, and I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
