I provide a supportive, compassionate, and culturally responsive environment where clients can safely explore challenges, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change. My practice focuses on helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals and couples create meaningful change, healing, and growth. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and cultural sensitivity, offering a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences authentically.
My passion lies in helping you gain insight into your patterns, rewrite limiting narratives, and develop tools for lasting transformation. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, as well as supporting unique relationship structures, military and emergency service personnel, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
Using an eclectic and personalized approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed practices, I tailor counseling to meet your unique needs. Whether you are navigating grief, seeking healthier communication, processing trauma, or striving for personal or relational fulfillment, I will walk alongside you with empathy and respect.
I am deeply committed to serving underserved populations and addressing systemic barriers that impact mental health and well-being. My goal is to empower you to discover your inner strength, foster resilience, and create the life you envision, one that feels balanced, safe, and authentic.
Counseling is a journey, and I am honored to hold space for you as you grow, heal, and thrive.
You may have spent your life showing up for everyone else, navigating spaces where you have to work twice as hard to feel seen. I provide expert, culturally-attuned support through evidence-based therapy to help you work through barriers and live fully. Vulnerability isn’t a weakness; it’s your greatest tool for change. You’ve got the vision—let’s build the path to get you there.
Are you looking for a therapist who makes you feel encouraged, heard, respected, and empowered to live authentically? Hi, I'm Brianna. I strive to create and maintain an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative environment that is safe and embracing all cultures and backgrounds. Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working with individuals of all ages. I am licensed in Illinois, Missouri, Florida, Georgia and Arizona. I have over fourteen years of experience in helping individuals with depression, stress, anxiety, anger management, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I often practice as a Christian counselor, however, I work with individuals from all faith backgrounds with a non-judgmental approach. I know that taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage. I am proud of you for taking this step and look forward to walking along side of you on your journey.
Welcome to my profile! I am licensed in Georgia, Florida, and Louisiana. I received my Master of Arts in clinical psychology from Argosy University. I have over 21 years of experience. I am also a Certified Case Manager and have a deep understanding of the healthcare system. My therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion, understanding, and evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). These approaches help clients identify strengths, clarify values, release emotional distress, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over six years of experience, and my goal is to create a warm, supportive, and culturally aware space where you can genuinely feel seen and understood. My work centers on helping people navigate emotional ups and downs, major life transitions, and the lingering impact of early experiences that still shape how they move through the world today. I lean on evidence-based approaches, but I bring them into the room in a real, grounded way—so we’re not just talking about what’s hard, but actually uncovering root patterns and building tools that support real, lasting change. And before anything else, I want to acknowledge that choosing to show up for your mental health is huge. Taking that first step says a lot about your strength and your desire to grow, and I’m here to support you through that process.
I’m Dr. Nwabu, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that healing begins when you have a safe space to slow down, be honest with yourself, and reconnect with who you are. My practice is grounded in the belief that you already carry wisdom within you, and my role is to help you access it with greater clarity, compassion, and confidence.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity, self-worth, and the emotional demands of leadership and everyday life. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and centered on the whole person. Depending on your needs, our work may include mindfulness, somatic awareness, reflection, emotional regulation, and practical strategies for creating meaningful change.
I strive to create a therapeutic environment where you can show up authentically, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My guiding philosophy is simple: You Hold the Answers, I Hold the Space™.
Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) located in Florida. I earned my Master's degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and have been practicing for 8 years. My work primarily involves supporting adults, adolescents, and children in comprehending and processing their past and present traumas. I firmly believe that all mental health challenges have underlying origins, and I guide my clients in uncovering these sources, leading to a significant reduction in their symptoms.
Are you feeling stuck in past trauma, tending to grief, or facing challenges in your relationships, career, confidence, and/or relationship to your body? I work with individuals—especially women—seeking to heal, reclaim their self-worth, and live more empowered lives. You may be going through life transitions, dealing with emotional wounds, or looking for relief from anxiety and overwhelm.
I'm glad you're here. There is a soft, safe place to land.
I am the wife of a Retired Combat Veteran and a mother to four beautiful children. I understand the complexities of being separated from your spouse for extended periods and feeling alone in the relationship and raising the children. Even the most well-prepared and successful person can find themselves wondering how things became so complicated, messy, or challenging, and feel at a loss when it comes to what to do to put the pieces back together. People have been shaped and molded by their past experiences, both good and bad. Often, people feel drawn to focus on the bad experiences, leading to pain and struggles of many kinds.
Hi, I’m Danielle! I’m an English/Spanish-speaking licensed psychotherapist who helps people figure out who they are underneath all the stress, trauma, and survival mode. Healing is not linear (seriously, it’s more like a maze), and giving yourself grace and permission to focus on you is key. I’ve spent the last 6 years helping clients to work through trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, couples therapy, ptsd, and anger disorders—basically, a full tour of the emotional landscape. My goal is to help you rediscover who you are and rise into the upgraded version of yourself.

I am a licensed mental health counselor in NY and FLA working in the field for 8 years in various different roles. I have experience with children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked in group practices to hospital settings helping clients suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, impulsivity, and more.
I use a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy helping clients understand their thoughts and develop ways that they can change their negative thought process to more positive thoughts to better their overall well being.
In our first session, we will get to know one another better and decide what goals are important to work towards making the positive life changes that help you become the best version of yourself.
I began my work in the field in 2007 and have been fully licensed since 2017. I consider myself to be an exceptionally empathetic and caring counselor who meets my clients where they're at. I will push my clients to experience emotions and to sit with them in ways they haven't before. However, I do this in a safe manner where we simply expand the limits each time and create safety in each session to fully allow the client to embrace the process. I strive to help my clients make sense of their life and the experiences they've had. I have great respect for each individual's journey and understand there is value in all of us. I strive for all of my clients to feel seen, heard, respected, accepted, and not judged. From the very first session, my clients feel heard through my exceptional empathic listening skills. I ask evocative questions to get to the heart of the matter and to push the client to think more in depth and perhaps even with a different perspective about struggles or experiences that have caused them strife.

Many people come to therapy after spending months—or even years—trying to handle everything on their own. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burned out, disconnected, or frustrated that despite your best efforts, things aren't getting better. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, therapy can help you regain clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and move forward with greater confidence.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience helping adults navigate complex mental health challenges and life stressors. As a Senior Social Worker with the Department of Veterans Affairs, I have extensive experience working with veterans, healthcare professionals, and individuals facing significant emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about problems—it should help you better understand yourself, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop realistic strategies for meaningful change. Together, we'll build on your strengths while developing practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges more effectively.
I work particularly well with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, ADHD-related challenges, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I also have a strong understanding of the unique experiences and challenges faced by veterans and military families.
Meaningful change begins with a willingness to take the first step. If you're ready to gain clarity, build effective coping strategies, and create a path forward that aligns with your goals and values, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
I am a graduate of Virginia Union University with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and I later went on to receive my Master's degree in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from Howard University. Throughout my studies, my practicum experience consisted of working with the Maryland Truancy Court Reduction Program and Outpatient Behavioral Health Services at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. I received post-graduate, intensive training at the Immigration Evaluation Training Center in the area of extreme hardship waivers, domestic violence (VAWA) & asylum immigration evaluations in Virginia and Washington, DC.
Thereafter, I later went on to work in a variety of settings that have afforded me the opportunity to diversify my work and skill set with different populations and individual needs. This includes addiction, foster care & adoption, community support and residential treatment. My experience has afforded me the opportunity to learn from and support individuals who struggle with everyday life stressors, those that are impacted by mild, moderate, severe and chronic mental illness. My background includes adolescents, young adults, adults, and geriatrics who are struggling with mental health challenges.
In 2017 I began working in leadership at Gateway Homes, Inc. where I gained expertise with serving individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. My practice opened in 2020 and I continue to provide direct services to individuals in the community who are struggling with different social, emotional and behavioral issues that are causing discomfort.
Hey there, I’m Dr. Gittelson (you can call me Dr. G. for short) and I'm a licensed clinical psychologist.
I know how difficult it can be to start therapy, and if you are reading this then you have already taken a step to getting started and that is a huge win! Whether you are seeking therapy in-person or from the comfort of your couch (pet cameos are always welcome), I aim to create a space that is grounded, supportive, and free of judgement. I am so glad that you are here!
If you’re interested, below is a little more about how I developed my clinical background and areas of training:
My path in psychology began at Florida International University, where I earned my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. I later completed my Psy.D. at Nova Southeastern University, with training in neuropsychological assessment as well as clinical work in foster care and the dependency court system. During my doctoral internship at the Mental Health Center of Florida, I worked across community mental health, family court, and private clinical settings with a wide range of individuals and families. I went on to complete my postdoctoral fellowship at Alliance for Psychological Services, where I provided therapy and psychological assessments in forensic and high-intensity settings, including court-mandated work involving family court, dependency court, and the Department of Corrections. Today, I provide both therapy and psychological assessment. My clinical work often centers around anxiety, depression, trauma histories, life transitions, and complex family dynamics. I also have a strong interest in sports and performance psychology, particularly in supporting athletes and high-performing individuals who want to strengthen the connection between mental and physical performance.

I fell in love with psychological studies in high school. Becoming a therapist has fulfilled my curiosity about human existence and my quest for happiness. I used therapy to overcome my own struggle with fears, shame, and self-doubt, which has affirmed my faith in the helping profession. I have learned through training and personal experiences that all human beings have the same basic quests in life and that we all deserve a chance to develop our unique potential, contribute uniquely to the tapestry of life, and be happy. I have also learned that human growth can only lead to spiritual development and discovery. My growth in understanding the common threads of humanity helps me treat my clients with respect and compassion. I have had extensive training in CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, trauma-focused, and insight-oriented therapies. My inclination is to use an integrated approach that meets clients where they are and helps propel them forward to achieve their objectives.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by experiences that are difficult to make sense of - whether that’s anxiety, past or present trauma, relationship challenges, or simply the strain of getting through each day.
I work with individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, whether finding it hard to cope, or functioning on the outside while struggling internally. Many of my clients have experienced difficult or painful life events and are seeking a space where they can feel understood, supported, and free from judgment.
My approach is thoughtful, grounded, and tailored to each individual. I will meet you where you are, at a pace that feels manageable. Together, we will work to make sense of your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical ways to help you feel more stable, more in control, and more like yourself again.
I bring both professional training and real-life perspective to my work, allowing me to connect with clients in a genuine and down-to-earth way. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes—it’s about meaningful, lasting change and having someone alongside you who understands how difficult things can feel.
Reaching out for therapy is a big step, and I aim to make the process as supportive and straightforward as possible from the beginning. An initial conversation can help determine whether working together feels like the right fit, provide a sense of what the process might look like, and address any questions you may have. I would welcome the opportunity to connect.
You want change but don't know where to start. You might be experiencing debilitating emotional, psychological, and/or physical pain. Or depression that leaves you feeling lost and alone. Maybe you have intense anxiety and fear that prevents you from connecting with those you love and that keeps you from feeling accomplished. Perhaps a slow eroding of your self-esteem has taken root and negatively impacting your abilities to see the wonder and awe in the world.
If you are experiencing any of these feelings, emotions, or life challenges, please know that you are not alone. In collaboration we will heal the root of pain and create a path to your heart center where you are free of burdens and able to thrive.
I am a skilled clinician who is authentic, intuitive, and focused. My counseling approach is individualized where I draw from current research in brain science, physiology of trauma, counseling, positive psychology, existential philosophy, and mind sight.
I provide services in a culturally sensitive and trauma informed manner where you feel safe and capable to ignite your curiosity, where you will gain insight into your heart wisdom and intelligence, and where meaningful releases of painful body sensations and memories happens without being re-traumatized. Positive change is possible.
I am here for you.

I am a husband, father and business owner who enjoys traveling, sports, music and chess. I grew up in Fort Myers, Florida and I have 2 children age 14 and 9. I became a therapist after pursuing different career paths in music and sports. I also spent a few years as a medical sales rep before 2020 and discovered a true passion for helping others improve their quality of life within online virtual therapy.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy doesn’t have to feel like sitting in a stiff chair while someone silently nods at you. I bring both professionalism and a sense of humor into the room, because sometimes laughter really is the best coping skill .I’ve worked with teens, college students, and adults for the last 7 years. Some common concerns I have helped navigate are stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, and the big messy in-betweens that don’t necessarily always fit neatly into a diagnosis.
Building great relationships is one of the most meaningful aspects of life.
