I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Webster University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. My Certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional from Evergreen (2019) and TeleMental Health Training Certificate (THTC) reflect my commitment to providing effective, evidence-based care. I am the founder of Intake Psychotherapy & Wellness, LLC, an online private practice designed to treat the whole person. My goal is to guide my clients in connecting the dots between their emotional, mental, and physical selves, so they can find the balance, wellness, and happiness they deserve. I offer tele-therapy for clients aged 19 and up across the state of Florida, specializing in the treatment of childhood and adult trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, and ADHD. With years of experience working in community health settings with adolescents, adults, and families, I understand how deeply life’s experiences—both positive and negative—shape who we are. That’s why I named my practice Intake Psychotherapy & Wellness: everything we "intake" throughout life impacts us. I help clients unlearn the patterns causing distress and rediscover their strengths, building a healthier, more fulfilling life.
