Online Therapy for Individuals and Couples in Minnesota & Florida
I’m a therapist who help people and couples when life feels really hard. Most of the people I work with are men and women in relationships with each other. Many come to me when they’re feeling hurt, lost, or scared their relationship might fall apart. If you and your partner are fighting all the time, feeling distant, or just can’t seem to fix things, I want you to know you’re not alone-and things can get better.
Even though I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I work with all kinds of people. I have a lot of experience helping men and women who are married or dating each other, as well as people from different backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ folks.
My way of helping is gentle, caring, and never judgmental. When you’re stressed out, anxious, or overwhelmed, I help you slow down, breathe, and see what’s really going on. We’ll talk through your worries and pain, and I’ll give you tools you can use right away to feel calm and in control. My approach helps couples talk without yelling, listen without shutting down, and start feeling close again-even when things seem hopeless.
I also help people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or feeling different from others. No matter what you’re facing, my goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and less alone. Together, we’ll find ways to ease your stress and bring back hope.
If you feel like you’re at the end of your rope, or just want someone to talk to who gets it, I’m here for you. We’ll work together to heal old wounds and help you feel stronger-both as a person and as a couple.
If you’re ready to feel better, let’s talk.

Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the surface, build practical tools for managing anxiety and strengthening self-esteem, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and your relationships.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. We’ll start wherever you are and work from there.
Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida. I attended undergraduate school at Florida State University and ultimately obtained my Masters from Florida International University. I have extensive knowledge and experience with justice involved persons, including those with challenges of addiction, anger control and mental health diagnosis.

Whether you are navigating life transitions, managing mental health concerns, or seeking greater clarity in your relationships, I aim to help you feel understood and empowered. As I often remind clients, our connection to the world is shaped by the people we engage with. Together, we can build on your existing strengths and experiences to create meaningful change and improve your quality
of life.
As an athlete, a family man, and a man of faith, I understand the challenges with adjusting to change associated with leaving a sport or career, you love, before you believe your time is up. I understand what it feels like to develop a bond and the challenges with sustaining such bonds. I also understand seeking growth spiritually when there’s so much temptation and triggers that seem to pull me away for my goals. With that, these experiences are what hopefully keep me humble, motivated, and grateful.
I am a licensed therapist with 34 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. Married for 49 years, I am blessed with three grown children who continue to inspire me. My approach to counseling is grounded in a person-centered philosophy that values empathy, acceptance, and respect, while also maintaining healthy boundaries that support growth and accountability. Drawing from decades of professional experience and a lifetime of personal relationships, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and values. My goal is not to direct or dictate, but to guide and encourage, helping each person gain clarity, develop resilience, and move toward the life they were meant to live.

Hi, I'm so glad you're here! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from Valdosta State University. I was born and raised in Nebraska but have made Georgia my home, and I truly love it here.
I became a therapist because I genuinely care about people and believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, meaningful support. I know that reaching out for help is not always easy, and I want you to know that taking that step says a lot about your strength and your commitment to yourself. My goal is to make sure that from the moment you connect with me, you feel welcome, heard, and comfortable.
I am an animal lover through and through, and that love has found a natural home in my clinical practice. I incorporate pet therapy into my work with clients, and I have seen firsthand the incredible impact that a furry friend can have on even the most difficult days. Whether it helps break the ice, ease anxiety, or simply bring a moment of joy into a hard season, it is one of my favorite tools to offer.
Outside of my passion for animals, I am deeply committed to doing work that matters. I show up for my clients with honesty, warmth, and a whole lot of heart. I believe in meeting people where they are, walking alongside them through the hard stuff, and celebrating the wins along the way — big and small.
If you are looking for a therapist who will be real with you, root for you, and work hard alongside you, I would love to connect. I can't wait to meet you.
My main area of specialty is Trauma-Focused CBT. Lets use what you love! Moves, TV, Poetry, Music, Gardening, Pottery. We'll talk through your struggles, process your grief and your pain each week, but we'll also use your interest and passions to help us work through your pain. We'll always move at your pace and prioritize your comfort.
You're not coming here because you're damaged or broken, you've showed up to this point because of a strength so let's lean in together. It might be uncomfortable at times and it can be difficult to be challenged, but if you've come this far you believe in the process to some degree. Reach out, let's see if we fit.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples.
My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy.
I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility.

A little more about me: I'm a Minnesota native currently living in Florida. I spend a lot of my time as a sports mom on the sidelines at soccer and volleyball games, watching professional hockey (especially the MN Wild!), and being hopelessly bad at gardening in Florida.
Hello, I'm Maggie Lo, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Harbour Mind Psychotherapy. I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, people-pleasing, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients grew up in emotionally unpredictable, critical, or invalidating environments and find themselves carrying patterns that once helped them cope but no longer serve them.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. My work focuses on helping clients understand how past experiences continue to shape the present, develop greater self-trust, and build healthier relationships. I believe meaningful therapy requires time, attention, and a deep understanding of each person's unique story, which is why I intentionally maintain a limited caseload to provide personalized care.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in recurring patterns, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and create lasting change.
My practice is intentionally designed with a limited number of client slots to help ensure I can provide thoughtful, attentive care while maintaining the mental space needed to fully support each client. I value flexibility, quality of care, and prioritizing the therapeutic experience so clients feel genuinely supported throughout their healing journey.
Taking the first step toward feeling better can be difficult, especially when you have been carrying emotional struggles on your own. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy can provide a safe place to slow down, better understand what you are experiencing, and begin making changes that feel meaningful to you.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with more than 15 years of experience, I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, loneliness, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, communication difficulties, and challenging life transitions. I also support people who are struggling with guilt, shame, isolation, or a loss of confidence and purpose.
I provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly and feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and solution-focused. Because everyone’s experiences and needs are different, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to your individual concerns, strengths, and goals.
Together, we can explore the thoughts, feelings, experiences, and patterns that may be keeping you from living the life you want. We will work to identify your existing strengths, develop healthy coping skills, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and create practical strategies that can make everyday life feel more manageable.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process and that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to support and guide you as you build confidence, resilience, and a greater sense of balance. Whether you are seeking healing from the past, support with a current challenge, or hope for the future, you do not have to face it alone. Together, we can work toward meaningful and lasting change.
Hi, I’m Mikaela, a mental health therapist who works with teens, young adults, and individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use, emotion regulation challenges, and difficult life transitions. I also specialize in working with individuals involved in the court system. I’m Joseph Contes, but many call me “Joe”, and if you want you can too. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor, and founder of Crosscurrent Health. My approach to therapy is grounded, thoughtful, and collaborative, with a focus on helping people feel understood while building practical tools for lasting change. I work with children ages 8 and up, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, identity development, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
Over the years, I have worked across a wide range of clinical settings including crisis services, emergency psychiatry, community mental health, correctional environments, and higher education. Those experiences have shaped the way I approach therapy today: calm, adaptable, and centered on meeting people where they are without judgment. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I believe therapy works best when it feels like a steady, genuine partnership rather than a one-size-fits-all process.
My work integrates evidence-based approaches including CBT, CPT, TF-CBT, and family-focused interventions while remaining flexible to each person’s needs, strengths, and goals. I also provide LGBTQIA+ affirming care and strive to create a space where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences openly.
At the heart of my work is the belief that growth happens when clarity meets support. Whether someone is working through past experiences, managing current stressors, or trying to reconnect with themselves and others, my goal is to help them move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and steadiness through life’s crosscurrents.

My mission is to inspire others to live their purpose. For over 30 years, I have counseled individuals, couples and families with their relationships. The #1 relationship problem goes beyond communication. It is learning to resolve conflict and becoming stronger through it. It is about accepting differences as different and not wrong. Whether you just want a stronger relationship or you are in a crisis and do not know which way to turn, the only thing holding you back holding right now is probably fear. Ask yourself: What would love do?
It is important for us to have conscious relationships so that our children will have a better chance of being successful in their own relationships. Otherwise we will watch them repeat our mistakes.
Do it for you; do it for them.
My education is in psychology, counseling psychology, spirituality and hundreds if not thousands of hours in continuing education on multiple additional topics.

Many have tried therapy before and now want deeper, more effective work that identifies patterns efficiently and offers practical tools for change.
For clients seeking short-term or situational support, she also offers solution-focused therapy. This approach supports those facing critical decisions, navigating challenging situations, or needing focused space to process emotions, gain clarity, and determine next steps without long-term commitment.
For individual trauma-focused work, she integrates trauma-informed therapy with somatic processing, EMDR, breathwork, meditative practices, and spiritual insight. Clients remain in control of pace, with emphasis on safety, nervous-system regulation, and integration. This work supports emotional regulation, anxiety management, stress reduction, and release of long-held emotional blocks.
Clients choose her for clarity, depth, and a direct yet compassionate approach focused on meaningful, fast lasting progress.
Hello, and welcome! My name is LaToya Davis, M.A., LMHC, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida with over 16 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adolescents and adults.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and addiction, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and emotional wellness. My goal is to help clients gain insight into the patterns that may be keeping them stuck while developing practical tools to create lasting, meaningful change.
I believe that every person deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Building a strong therapeutic relationship founded on trust, empathy, and respect is one of my highest priorities. I strive to meet each client where they are in their journey, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone and that meaningful growth occurs at an individual pace.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. Together, we will identify your unique strengths, increase self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward achieving the goals that matter most to you. Whether you are struggling with overwhelming emotions, recovering from difficult life experiences, working through relationship concerns, or simply seeking greater balance and personal growth, I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals rediscover their worth, develop self-acceptance, and reconnect with their true values. My work has included supporting those facing substance use challenges, involuntary treatment, emotional regulation difficulties, and serious mental health conditions.
I am deeply passionate about working with individuals who have felt unheard or silenced. Walking alongside clients as they reclaim their voice and rebuild their confidence is at the heart of my work.
I currently offer a sliding scale for private pay clients ($50–$75 based on income) for eligible new intakes. If you’re interested, please reach out to me directly.

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or facing a major life transition? I provide a safe, supportive space where adults can slow down, gain clarity, and develop practical strategies for moving forward. Throughout my extensive career, I've helped people navigate life's challenges both as a licensed clinical therapist and as a healthcare executive leading major hospital systems. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, grief, or a major life transition, I provide a supportive space to gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
Raised in Chicago’s Rogers Park and influenced by my father’s resilience as a Holocaust survivor, I bring a strong foundation of empathy and perspective to my work. I hold a master's in clinical social work from Loyola University and am licensed in Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, New Mexico and West Virginia. I also earned a master's degree in business administration from North Park University and an executive management certification from University of Southern California.
Having lived and worked across the United States and internationally, I bring a broad, culturally informed perspective to my practice. My therapeutic philosophy emphasizes positivity, confidence, and persistence.
As a therapist, I am deeply committed to creating a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. With a foundation in person-centered therapy, I believe in your inherent capacity for growth and self-understanding. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and unconditional positive regard, ensuring you feel heard and valued throughout our work together. I view our therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership, where your experiences and insights guide our sessions. Whether you're navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, or life transitions, I am here to support you in uncovering your strengths and fostering lasting change. Together, we will work towards a deeper understanding of yourself and a more fulfilling life.
As a counselor, I believe that healing begins with understanding — both of ourselves and of the patterns that shape how we live, think, and feel.
My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and compassionate. I deeply believe in meeting clients where they are, and I honor the pace at which each person is ready to move. Growth takes time, and every step forward is meaningful. I hold the belief that we each already carry the strength, wisdom, and resilience we need within us — sometimes we just need help uncovering it. By gently shifting away from unhelpful patterns and learning to embrace more empowering ways of thinking and being, we make room for courage, clarity, and transformation.
Most importantly, I want clients to know that this deep and necessary inner work doesn't have to be done alone. As a counselor, my goal is to walk alongside you — with honesty, care, and encouragement — as you navigate life’s challenges and rediscover what’s possible for you.
It is my desire and goal through the process of counseling to assist each client to help them find restoration and healing from the broken places of their stories and relationships so you have the opportunity to live life as it is intended. To live a life of freedom, hope and abundance to provide a safe nonjudgmental place to empower people with the insight and skills needed to move forward. I have experience and success in helping people with various types of anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, substance abuse, relationship issues, family problems, hard to handle teens.
Alyssa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Therapist. She studied Behavioral Sciences in undergrad where she fell in love with learning about why people behave the way they do. She went on to receive her master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at The University of Houston. Alyssa trained in acute mental healthcare, where she worked with patients to address a critical moment of their mental health in inpatient psychiatric care. From there she moved to outpatient care & individual therapy where she enjoys working with clients on meeting their long term goals & processing lingering issues that hold them back from reaching their full potential.
Alyssa understands that it’s not the happy moments in life that bring people to therapy, but she firmly believes that true strength comes from rebuilding.
