Hi, I’m Nicole, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over two decades of experience helping children and families. I became a therapist because I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, understood, and supported through life’s challenges. I work with children and adults experiencing anxiety, navigating big life changes, or healing from trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative and I tailor each session to your unique needs. I’m passionate about helping people build resilience, find clarity, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Florida Atlantic University, and my own journey as a trauma survivor has deeply shaped both my understanding and my approach to therapy. I bring empathy, warmth, and a nonjudgmental presence to every session, because I know firsthand how powerful it can be to feel truly heard and supported. My goal is to help you move beyond simply surviving to genuinely thriving. I use evidence-based techniques—including mindfulness, CBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused interventions, and person-centered therapy—tailored to your unique needs and goals.
My name is Tahaji Smith. I am currently an MSW graduate, and an LCSW with 20+ years of public service experience. Previously, I worked for 17 years as an Emergency Public Safety Communications Operator for one of the largest law enforcement agencies in the nation, but I decided to pursue a career doing what I love…helping others become the best version of themselves.
Hi, I’m Jennifer.
Are you feeling lost, overwhelmed, or stuck? Have you been trying your best to navigate challenges that feel like too much? You’re not alone. You deserve support, and you can heal and find relief.
You may be going through a life transition, have become more aware of past or present traumas impacting you now, or have faced a recent difficult experience, and are ready to begin your healing journey. I help empower individuals to overcome past adverse and traumatic experiences to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel heard, respected, and supported. I work primarily with adults and specialize in health psychology, using a biopsychosocial perspective to understand the connection between physical health, emotions, and daily life. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches, I provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative and nonjudgmental environment where clients can build resilience and create meaningful lasting change.
Welcome to my page! I am glad you have taken this important step in your healing journey and are considering me to be a part of it. I understand that seeking support is not always an easy decision and may come with hesitation or uncertainty.
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore the barriers and challenges that may be interfering with your ability to live the life you desire. Whether you are navigating self-esteem and self-worth concerns, interpersonal and relationship challenges, or the stressors of daily life, I am here to support you.
I use an eclectic, client-centered approach tailored to your unique needs and goals. I am compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping you build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful change. I look forward to being a guide and source of support throughout your journey.

believe healing is not about fixing what is “wrong,” but about building a kinder, more trusting relationship with yourself. I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating life transitions, issues around identity and self esteem, or feeling the lingering effects of traumatic experiences. Together we will work towards restoring a sense of grounding, choice, and self-compassion. With compassion and curiosity, the survival responses that once protected us can begin to soften opening the door to healing, thriving, and building a life lived with intention.
My approach is heart centered and trauma informed. My work integrates EMDR (technique for reprocessing traumatic experiences), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). As a certified yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner, I value the body’s wisdom and may incorporate mindfulness or somatic awareness into our sessions.
Whether you’re brand new to therapy or returning after time away, my hope is to offer a space that feels welcoming, supportive, and collaborative. I believe that you are the expert on yourself and I am here to help guide you along your healing journey to help you move towards your goals and a life that feels more authentic and aligned.
Each individual presents with unique experiences and challenges. My aim is to meet you where you are at and help you reach the next personal goal you have set whether it be self-discovery or coping with various challenges. I help by bringing humor and empathic listening to every session. I aim to understand your experience in your eyes and feel what you feel. I hope to help you see that others can help you through the challenges that you are facing.
My goal is to help bring a strong connection to the time you spend with me in therapy. The connection made in therapy can lead to strong bonds in your personal life and better decision-making. Through a person-centered and solution-focused approach, we will be able to help you process trauma or discover the person you aspire to be.

Hello, my name is Veronica, and I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 14 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.
My calling is to encourage and support my clients on their journeys to improving their relationships with others and more importantly, with themselves. I believe that each of us has the power to heal and grow as individuals. My goal, through the use of therapy, is to educate, empower, and provide clients with the necessary tools to cope with life’s challenges.
You're exhausted, wondering if anyone is going to reach your teenage son with ADHD. I was that kid and found my way through.
Your son is struggling the same way I did. ADHD, too much homework, too little interest, too many people telling him to just try harder. I didn't get real support until the end of high school. Treatment changed the trajectory of my life.
I went from community college to the University of Florida, then to a Master of Social Work from Florida State. My bachelor's was in Education Sciences with a specialization in Educational Psychology, which means I understand how ADHD plays out in a classroom, where so much of your son's pain probably lives. School is hard enough for these kids already, which is why I see clients in the evenings and on weekends. Therapy shouldn't add to what school is already taking from him.
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or frustrated by patterns you understand but can't seem to change? I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD and neurodivergence, trauma, major life transitions, relationship stress, and the emotional impact of medical concerns.
My style is warm, down-to-earth, straightforward, and collaborative, with humor when it fits. I have 15 years of experience as a therapist, including 10 years working in a neuropsychology-focused setting. Together, we'll make sense of what you're experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical strategies that fit your life and your goals.
Hello. I am a caregiver by nature and have worked in many roles in healthcare. I love helping and healing. I often use art therapy techniques in therapy that heal by putting things on paper to make thoughts and feelings tangible, so we can see them, touch them and wrap our mind around it and what heals. I was born into a musical family and see how music can be a powerful tool to heal, to manage and to cope. My practice is grounded in proven strategies and most of my clients do get better. Therapy works. I have seen it thousands of times at this point in my career. I can only hope that what has helped others will help you meet your therapy goals too.

My name is Shavone Marie Williams-Moss, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I entered the field of social work largely because of my family background; I was raised by a single father while my mother struggled with substance abuse and mental health issues and could not perform her role as a parent.
One day as an adult in my 20's, I saw my mother sitting on a bench on the main street in Kentucky. I welcomed her into my home only to discover she not only suffered from homelessness but bipolar disorder, major depression, and substance abuse. My mother lived with me for a year, after which she passed away. This situation made me wonder, what if, in her younger years, she would have met someone who was supportive, understanding, kind, selfless, and invested in helping her be the best version of her, she could be. It was then that I decided to enter the Social Work Field. I wanted to provide help to those who could not help themselves and aid to those in need.

One of my favorite life mantras is a quote by Eleanor Roosevelt: "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent". Thus, I enjoy helping others embrace their power.
