It would be my pleasure to work with you! My name is Kim Sylla and I have been interested in the field of social services since childhood when I enthusiastically listened to the life stories of those around me including friends, neighbors and extended relatives. This interest grew with with my first therapist volunteer experience -- at the age of 20 -- with individuals who had substance use and mental health disorders. Since then I have had a wide array of additional volunteer and work experiences with adults and adolescents undergoing various life challenges at work, school, home and in the larger community. My varied experience, training and education prepared me to use an integrative therapeutic approach that draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and ecological systems theory.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Holding Space Therapy Services. I provide telehealth therapy for adults navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the sometimes messy process of figuring out who they are and what they want.
My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), blending practical tools with honest conversations, compassion, curiosity, and a little humor. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.
My philosophy is simple: You can't control all of it, but you can choose how you show up. Let's make space for what matters.
You may be used to holding everything together while underneath it all, you’re anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, or still carrying things from your past. You might know something needs to change but aren’t quite sure where to start. I’m a Certified EMDR Therapist specializing in anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. I also support women through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, parenting stress, and major life transitions. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, understand what’s been weighing on you, work through difficult experiences, and start feeling more grounded and like yourself again.
I’m a therapist who supports adults who carry a lot—people who often feel like the steady one for everyone else while quietly feeling overwhelmed or disconnected inside. I show up in therapy with warmth, grounding, and a calm presence, and I want this space to feel like somewhere you can finally slow down, breathe, and be fully yourself.
As a queer therapist, a military spouse, and a former minister, I understand what it’s like to navigate identity, belonging, faith transitions, and the pressure to stay strong during major life changes. I provide culturally sensitive and LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and I’m experienced supporting military service members, veterans, and the loved ones who share the emotional load alongside them.
I’m here to walk with you as you explore who you are, heal old patterns, build healthier boundaries, and create a life and relationships that feel more grounded, honest, and sustainable.
Hi, I'm Betsey. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with couples, families, adults, teens and children navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, stress, grief and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and ground in helping you feel understood, supported and empowered. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I use evidence-based practices to help individuals navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and develop practical tools for emotional well-being. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and tailored to each client’s unique goals and experiences.
From an early age, I discovered a strong passion for helping others. During high school, I was deeply influenced by my favorite teacher, a student of renowned psychologist Lawrence Kohlberg, best known for his theory on the stages of moral development. Her mentorship inspired me to pursue a career in the helping professions, where I could make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.
I went on to earn my undergraduate degree in Human Services with a minor in Gerontology, laying the foundation for a career focused on compassion, advocacy, and evidence-based practice. Over the years, I have specialized in working with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including emotional, physical, and sexual abuse.
In my clinical work, I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT), and supportive counseling. My approach is grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to fostering resilience and personal growth.

Greetings!
Are you feeling overwhelmed by day- to day issues? Are you struggling in your relationships, or having difficulties communicating with others? Do you just need a safe space to vent? These are all normal daily occurrences. This may be where you'll begin in therapy. However, the goal is to increase coping skills and decrease adverse symptoms as time progresses.
My goal is to connect with you and truly understand your needs and goals. Expect an environment free of judgment where you can speak freely and show up as your authentic self. My approach is person-centered while utilizing appropriate evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
I help support young adults, individuals, and couples that may be dealing with a range of challenges in their lives related to trauma, anxiety, and depression. Let's work together to identify solutions that can improve functioning and increase life satisfaction.
Hello! I'm Kristyn and have been an LCSW going on a couple of years now. I work with those struggling with substance use disorders day to day, but also work with a variety of clients who have different mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.
I am a big book person and love exploring different worlds through the stories I get to read. On top of that I have two young children and can understand the days that you're doing your best to parent and feel stuck.
I'd love to connect to see if we are a good fit!
I’m a down-to-earth person who enjoys connecting with people and hearing their stories. I’m curious by nature, enjoy learning, and believe there is always room to grow. I value honesty, family, faith, community, and treating people with respect. I also enjoy music, creativity, and working with my hands. My own journey has taught me that life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect it to. There can be seasons when we have to start over, make difficult decisions, adapt to change, or simply figure out how to keep going when things feel overwhelming.
Are you tired of feeling trapped in the same endless cycle? Does the weight of your thoughts feel heavier with each passing day? Enough is enough. It’s time to reclaim your reality, your joy, and your sense of self.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and I have a deep passion for helping people move through anxiety, depression, emotional stuck points, and the challenges that can make life feel overwhelming. I create a space where you can be real, feel heard, and begin making sense of what you are experiencing without judgment.
My approach is warm, genuine, collaborative, and highly solution-focused. I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about the same problems week after week. Together, we work to understand what is happening, identify the patterns keeping you stuck, develop practical tools, and begin making meaningful changes that you can actually feel in your everyday life.
I am naturally someone who wants to understand the “why,” but I am equally interested in the “what now?” What can we do differently? What can we change? What can help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more in control of your life?
My work is rooted in empathy, curiosity, honesty, and collaboration. You do not have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. We start exactly where you are, take things one step at a time, and work together toward creating a life that feels healthier, more fulfilling, and more like your own.
I am a person who has dealt with many hardships which has made me what I want others to be, not just a surviver but a person who fights to thrive. What has led me to social work has been experiencing tough times and recognizing that I could be some of the change and support I felt I needed during the times I felt I had no one.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. With experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and caregiver stress, I provide a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve lasting emotional well-being.
Hi, I’m Laurie.
Are you ready to explore your own inner healing and reconnect with a sense of peace and wholeness? I offer a holistic, mindful, and compassionate approach to therapy that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel seen, understood, and empowered to heal and grow.
In our sessions, we’ll bring gentle awareness to the parts of you that are asking for care and attention. You’ll learn strategies to regulate your emotions, nurture self-compassion, and respond to life’s challenges from a more grounded and centered place. If you experience feelings of overwhelm, stress, or emotional dysregulation, therapy can be a supportive environment to process and integrate these emotions without becoming consumed by them.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience as a school social worker supporting children, adolescents, and families. I am also a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator through Copper Beech Institute and hold certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy from The Embody Lab.
My approach weaves together mindfulness, somatic awareness, and evidence-based practices to support healing on every level—mind, body, and heart. I believe that when we bring awareness to how our bodies hold emotion and experience, we begin to unravel old patterns and open to a deeper sense of freedom and peace.
If you’re seeking a space to reconnect with yourself and move toward healing and wholeness, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
I am an LCSW providing compassionate, client centered therapy. I believe therapy should be a safe space, collaborative and empowering. I’m all about meeting clients where they are and honoring their stories to support their healing. I am here to guide you along your healing journey and provide you with tools to cope with your stressors and challenges. I am deeply committed to helping clients develop a kinder relationship with themselves.
Welcome! If you're navigating life's quiet struggles — that persistent sense of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from who you want to be — I'm here to help. I'm dedicated to providing a grounded, compassionate space where you can feel fully heard, valued, and understood. Therapy with me combines genuine empathy with a sense of humor, making room for lightheartedness even when navigating life's heaviest challenges. Are you faced with worry? Do you find yourself overthinking and experiencing racing thoughts? Perhaps you experience social anxiety. Are you facing a history of family trauma? I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a graduate of Fairfield University. I work with teens, young adults, and older adults on concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and stress. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring what they’re going through and building insight into their experiences.
In my work, I use a collaborative approach and often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I focus on helping clients develop practical coping skills they can use in their daily lives and supporting them as they work through change and build more balance and confidence.
I have always been fascinated by human behavior, the process of producing it and the impact it has on the lives of those involved. From my earliest days of rural living to my time in LA, I truly experienced a journey of wondering in regard to such. Engaging in my own therapy increased my understanding of many of these things. After realizing the inherent value of such work, I was compelled to help others achieve the same by making it a career. I have worked in group and private practice settings since 2004 and currently also assist in running an intensive outpatient program.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most essential factor of therapy. My clients experience a compassionate, inclusive, and nonjudgmental approach, and feel safe, understood, and cared for in our sessions as they explore their needs and obtain the understanding and skills best suited to them.
Welcome to opening yourself up to change. As a social worker with over twenty years of experience, I have walked alongside individuals and families through every season of life. I provide a safe, inclusive space for adolescents, adults, and families navigating complex multigenerational dynamics. Two decades in this field has shown me that while every generation faces unique hurdles, human resilience is universal. I specialize in breaking down intergenerational patterns, bridging communication gaps, and helping families build lasting connections. Wherever you are on your journey, I am here to offer a dedicated continuum of care tailored to your evolving needs.

I work collaboratively with clients to build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, and develop effective coping strategies. I work with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, ADHD and low self esteem.
Greetings!!! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Georgia. I received my Masters from Appalachian State University and have been practicing for over 19 years. I'm systemically trained to help consumers not only understand the world around them, but how it influences how they think and behave. My goal is to assist you in being the best version of yourself.
