Hi there! Welcome. My name is Dr. Richards and I have over 16 years of expert training and experience in the field of Education, Counseling & Psychology. I thoroughly enjoy providing mental health services to individuals and their families in need of treatment.
Even when you’re feeling hopeless, stressed, or overwhelmed, those moments don’t last forever—they’re part of a season, not your whole story. With the right support, you can move through them. My goal is to help you gain clarity and direction so you can reach your full potential and reconnect with your purpose. Regardless of your past fears, setbacks, or self-doubt, change is always possible!
I use Cognitive-Behavioral, DBT-informed, and interpersonal treatment approaches to tailor each session to your individual needs. I also administer screening tools as needed to help better identify symptoms related to depression and anxiety.
Together, we’ll build coping strategies that work for you, incorporating techniques such as poetry, music, art, movement, and writing according to your interests and needs. I’ll support you in identifying and working through negative, self-defeating thoughts and patterns that may be holding you back.
In a safe, nonjudgmental space, we’ll work through challenges, strengthen self-compassion, and help you move forward with greater confidence and intention.
For couples struggling, I help to identify root issues that negatively impact your relationship and incorporate evidence-based resources to start the process of change in a practical, healthy way.
My name is Olga and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of NJ, AZ and FL. I have a lot of experience working with a diverse population of clients with different diagnosis and in a variety of mental health settings including inpatient, outpatient, psychiatric hospitals, group homes, private in home therapy, schools and virtually (audio, audiovisual and livechat). I specialize in ERP for clients experiencing symptoms of OCD and HRT for clients experiencing BFRB's and tic disorders. I am eclectic in my approach to therapy and some of the alternate treatment modalities that I use include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused brief therapy, mindfulness based therapy, etc. I hope to build a strong and trusting relationship with all of my clients and I believe that therapy should be a safe and non-judgmental environment where client's can work toward their goals.
I’ve always been interested in understanding people — how life experiences, relationships, stress, and challenges shape the way we cope and move through the world. Over time, I realized I found a lot of meaning in helping people work through obstacles, gain perspective, and feel less stuck in the things weighing them down. I know it can be hard to ask for support, especially when you’ve been trying to manage everything on your own. I want clients to feel comfortable being honest about what they’re facing while also working together to find practical, concrete solutions that help life feel more manageable and move them toward meaningful, lasting change.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and my Master’s degree in Social Work with a clinical focus from Capella University. Over the past 14 years, I have worked with children, teens, adults, couples, and families across in-home, outpatient, and telehealth settings. I’ve supported people through some of the most difficult periods of their lives, including severe anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, family conflict, crisis situations, and overwhelming life stress. Working in a variety of settings and with diverse client needs has taught me how to meet people where they are, adapt to challenging situations, and help clients find realistic ways to move forward.
I see therapy as a place to be real about what’s not working and figure out what needs to change. Some clients come in feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected in relationships, overwhelmed by responsibilities, or frustrated by patterns they can’t seem to break. My role is to help people make sense of what they’re experiencing, develop practical tools that actually fit their lives, and regain a stronger sense of control, stability, and confidence moving forward.
Welcome!
I’m so happy to have you here!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with individuals across a variety of populations and age ranges. My name is Daniel Llerena. I have worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 7 years providing client-centered mental health services. Throughout my clinical experience, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating a wide range of emotional, mental health, and life challenges. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, respectful, and nonjudgemental environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and comfortable exploring the concerns that brought them to therapy. I believe therapy is a collaborative process. I incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions while tailoring treatment to each person's individual needs, goals, values, and circumstances.

I am an LCSW with a private practice in NY and CT. I have earned a BA in Psychology and an MSW in Clinical Social Work, both from New York University. I have over 20 years of experience working with children and adults of all ages with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, strength based and mindfulness approaches.
Hi, I’m Viviana.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, with a special focus on perinatal mental health — including pregnancy, postpartum, and fertility challenges. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your story, heal from past hurts, and feel more grounded and empowered in your life. Together, we’ll work toward understanding yourself more deeply, breaking free from patterns that no longer serve you, and building a future filled with hope and resilience.
Hi, I am an LCSW and practice in the state of Connecticut. I have my MSW from U-Conn School of Social Work and have been practicing for over 30 years. Throughout the years, I have primarily worked with teenagers and their families in a psychiatric hospital based clinical day school. That includes direct experience with Special Education services, PPT meetings, IEP's (Individual Education Plans) and behavioral challenges within the school setting.
For more than 25 years as a social worker, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they identify their strengths, clarify their goals, and build the skills needed to create meaningful change. Over the years, I have learned that growth rarely happens in a straight line. It often begins with small steps, honest conversations, and the willingness to try something new. I believe every person has the capacity for growth, even during life’s most difficult seasons, and that healing is possible when people feel supported, respected, and understood.
My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I blend evidence-based practices with humor, grace, and gentle persistence to help clients move toward the life they want. In our work together, we will focus on what is already working, identify patterns that may be getting in the way, and develop practical coping skills that fit your unique needs and values. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where you can speak openly, explore challenges without judgment, and feel encouraged to keep moving forward, even when progress feels slow.
I also believe therapy should be both practical and empowering. Together, we will look for creative solutions, build resilience, and strengthen your confidence in handling whatever comes your way. Change is not always easy, but you do not have to navigate it alone. My goal is to help you reduce your struggles, reconnect with your strengths, and discover the tools you need not just to cope, but to thrive in your daily life and relationships. Whether you are facing stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, or a major life transition, I will meet you where you are and work with you at a pace that feels manageable, hopeful, and grounded in your strengths so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
At the heart of my practice is the idea that "we're all walking each other home." This guides how I show up with clients—as a fellow traveler who is committed to creating a space where you are safe, supported, and valued. I have extensive experience in grief and loss, whether from the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or the loss of a beloved animal companion. I also have experience working with individuals living with acute or chronic illness, as well as with those recovering from addiction or substance use disorder. Additionally, I support caregivers with their own unique challenges.

My main approach is client centered, collaborative and grounded in evidence- based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy( CBT), strength based therapy and mindfulness techniques to help clients understand and recognize how their thoughts, feelings and behaviors impact the way they think, feel and act. We can use that knowledge to recognize patterns which will help to change your life in a positive way. When you are ready to leave your stress and discomfort behind, I am prepared to help you. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who blends clinical precision with genuine human connection. I don’t believe therapy should feel distant or scripted, it should feel intentional, focused, and grounded in real conversation. I’m engaged, attentive, and not afraid to ask the thoughtful questions that move us past surface level insight.
Clients work with me because I balance warmth with direction. I’ll validate your experience, but I’ll also help you challenge patterns that no longer serve you. When appropriate, I bring a grounded sense of humor and authenticity into the room, because meaningful work can still feel approachable.
If you’re looking for therapy that is purposeful, collaborative, and designed to create lasting change, you’ll find that here.
