Past 30 years, I have been fortunate with children, tweens, teens, adults, couples, families. In our therapy conversations my patients have comfortable, confidential opportunities to talk about their personal journey and what they want to explore, revise, change, and work on emotional concerns that face them today. Our therapy sessions are formatted to support your thoughts, feelings and emotions in a relaxed manner.
Our first conversation(virtual) is meet(get to begin to learn more about each other) and greet(taking this moment to share what brings you to therapy and what are your expectations and letting me know about your life, challenges, achievements,and emotional obstacles.
Therapy is direct(CBT, DBT motivational interviewing, humanistic, rational emotive, reality therapy, psychodynamic, exploring past experiences as they impact on who you are today.
Adults between the ages of 30 to 50 dealing with midlife transitions, parenting challenges, identity issues, lifestyle choices, work life juggling obstacles while also looking relationship roadblocks and positively accepting growing older, maintaining friendships and pursuing leisure activities which bring joy and self accomplishment. Develop effective life styles' plan for meaningful, productive, stimulating, challenging, educational, and fulfilling daily, weekly and monthly options.
