Hi, I'm Shelly — a licensed professional counselor with a passion for helping people find their footing when life feels overwhelming. My journey in mental health began decades ago in music therapy, working in psychiatric settings where I first witnessed the remarkable capacity people have to heal when given the right support and a safe space. That foundation shapes the way I work to this day — with attunement, creativity, and a deep belief in each person's capacity to heal. I specialize in anxiety, OCD, trauma, and addiction recovery, using evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build real, lasting skills rather than just temporary relief. I have a particular heart for neurodivergent individuals — including those with ADHD and autism — who may have spent years feeling misunderstood. You do fit — sometimes it just takes the right space to discover that. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Good therapy isn't just about insight — it's about leaving each session with something you can actually use. I'll meet you where you are, move at a pace that feels right, and work hard to make sure our time together is meaningful. For clients who desire it, I welcome the integration of faith and spirituality into our work. I believe healing touches the whole person — mind, heart, and spirit — and that for many people, faith isn't separate from their healing but central to it. I hold that with care and without pressure. Whether you're navigating a specific struggle or carrying a weight you've held for too long, you don't have to do it alone. Reaching out is the hardest step — and I'm really glad you're here. I'd love the opportunity to connect.

As a social worker for twenty years, I have seen both the incredible hardships that people face as well as human resilience and adaptability. I became a therapist because I believe that healing happens best when we feel seen, heard, and accepted—just as we are. In therapy sessions, I use humor, warmth, and genuine respect to create a safe and supportive space for that purpose.

Navigating life between 11 and 25 can feel overwhelming. I specialize in supporting adolescents, teens, and young adults as they juggle school, family, identity, and the pressure to always be “the strong one.” My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to explain your background to be understood, a space that honors your story, culture, and values. I show up with empathy, honesty, and cultural understanding. I’m not here to “fix” you but to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of what you’re carrying and creating room for reflection, healing, and growth. Whether you’re managing anxiety, family stress, identity questions, or just trying to feel like yourself again, I provide therapy that’s real, relevant, and safe. ***Please note: Appointments after 3pm CST are reserved for clients ages 11–18 (middle or high school).

I'm Stef, a licensed clinical social worker and registered yoga teacher. I work primarily with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or stretched too thin by the demands of life. I also specialize in women's mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. I became a therapist because I know how easy it is to get caught up in taking care of everyone else while ignoring your own needs. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I am warm, direct, and genuine. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and sometimes includes humor when it helps. My background in both mental health and yoga informs the way I work. While we'll focus on understanding thoughts, emotions, and patterns, I also pay attention to how stress shows up in the body and how healing often involves reconnecting with ourselves as a whole person.

My name is Miguel Lopez, a Hispanic male (He/Him/His) and U.S. Army combat veteran who brings a unique perspective to my work as a therapist. Fluent in Spanish and passionate about guiding people through life’s challenges, I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Walden University, a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University, and an Associate’s in Criminal Justice from Pikes Peak State College. With over a decade of experience as a caseworker, substance abuse counselor, and therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse clients facing real-life struggles and in need of daily support. Life can be tough, and we all face difficult moments—whether it’s a breakup, divorce, grief, the loss of a loved one or pet, or even a job loss. In these times, having an unbiased person to offer support can make a world of difference. I see trauma as an unexpected part of life that is often hard to process, but with the right help, it can be managed and overcome healthily. I’ve personally experienced more than my share of trauma, grief, loss, sadness, depression, and substance use, and I sought help to work through them. My approach to therapy is centered on helping people in the best way possible, always with an open mind. I often use Maslow’s hierarchy of needs as a guide, because I believe mental health is hard to prioritize when physical needs aren’t met, or issues like homelessness or substance abuse are present. I enjoy working with clients from age 5 to older adults who face Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, and other mental health or substance use challenges. It’s easy to fight battles alone and suffer in silence, but you don’t have to anymore—together, we can work toward healing and a better future.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been providing mental health services since 2013. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of New England and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wyoming. Throughout my career, I've worked with individuals who have experienced trauma, and I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and their strength. I also work closely with parents to build more structure and consistency in their homes, while supporting their own mental health growth. I started out working in the homes and communities of my clients through an intensive program, working with the families of children who were at risk for out of home placement, such as residential treatment or psychiatric hospitalization. This program was a 6 month therapeutic intervention, helping parents to better understand their children's needs, as well as helping children develop regulatory skills to help them be more successful, in their homes and communities. I provide virtual outpatient therapy to Colorado residents, working with individuals aged 15 and up who are struggling with daily functioning and searching for their true, authentic selves. My approach blends evidence-based methods, tailored to support you through distress and toward healing. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, without judgment, and building a path forward together at a pace that feels right for you.

Before I worked as a counselor I worked as a technical writer and software tester, and then as a caseworker in social services. I have also been a studio engineer with much work in audio and video editing and got to spend a year on the film festival circuit for a documentary I made about being an independent musician. All of those experiences I feel are helpful in working with clients from different backgrounds and perhaps in understanding that most of us want to find something meaningful in this life and often feel that we still don't know what our real calling.

I’m Dr. Eunice Joo, a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps individuals and couples gain deeper clarity about their thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns. My goal is to help people understand the underlying beliefs and assumptions that often shape their reactions, conflicts, and life decisions. When these patterns become clearer, people are better able to make healthier and more meaningful choices for their lives. As an immigrant myself, I understand the unique cultural challenges that many people experience while living between different cultures and value systems. The process of navigating identity, expectations, and belonging can often create confusion, inner conflict, and emotional stress. In my work, I help clients sort through these experiences so they can develop a clearer sense of identity, regain confidence in their values, and learn how to engage with different cultures without losing their own sense of self. My counseling approach focuses on identifying distorted thinking patterns and emotional triggers that may keep people stuck in cycles of confusion, self-doubt, or relational conflict. By helping clients recognize these patterns, I support them in expanding their psychological perspective and developing practical ways to respond more thoughtfully rather than react impulsively. For clients who value faith, I also offer Christian counseling that integrates biblical wisdom, prayer, and personal faith reflection with sound psychological insight. My goal is to help people experience healing, restore their sense of dignity and purpose, and move toward a more grounded and meaningful life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples. My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy. I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility. Welcome! I’m Marianne, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Taking the step to start therapy can feel empowering, confusing, or a bit scary all at once. Because of that, my top priority is to provide a warm, relaxed, and completely judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. I want you to know that I have a lot of deep empathy for people going through hard times because I have been there myself. I get how heavy and overwhelming life can feel, and I know firsthand what it takes to find your way through the dark. You truly do not have to carry it all alone. I am right here for you. Whether you are navigating daily anxiety, processing grief, or working through acute trauma, we will navigate it as a collaborative team. I lean on proven, practical tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help you find real relief and feel more grounded. My goal is to always provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that moves at a pace that feels safe and right for you. I am here whenever you are ready to share—let's take that next step together.

I am a Colorado and South Carolina Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience working with: individuals in the midst of grief and other major phase-of-life transitions like divorce, job loss, legal challenges, etc.; teenagers who are struggling with a variety of mental health challenges; couples and families that are struggling to find common ground; and fractured families prior to, during, and after divorce. Building strong families, even through divorce or custody battles, incarceration, or other prolonged periods of estrangement, is a particular area of focus for me. I offer reintegration therapy services for parents and children who have experienced short- and long-term separation or alienation. I love working with families who want to find a way to function better post-divorce. In addition, I spent a decade working for the Alzheimer's Association, which included counseling individuals and families who were facing a diagnosis of dementia. Prior to venturing into the counseling field, I ran a non-profit that operated a 100-bed homeless shelter, a family transitional housing program, and an eight-unit supportive housing project for Veterans. I have a heart for working with military veterans and their families -- having 22 years of service in the US Air Force myself. I served on Active Duty for 6 years, and after a break in service, completed another 16 years as a Reservist. My spouse served alongside me, with each of us deploying twice. Our son is currently serving as well. Therefore, I have been the deployed service member, the spouse left to manage things back home, and the mom watching her "baby" deploy to far-off places. There is almost no part of military service I do not understand through first-hand experience.
