Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work who serves clients in both Colorado and Texas. I received my masters in social work in 2022 from Metropolitan State University of Denver. I have since been working with clients to develop coping skills, set boundaries, manage relationships, and support through life transitions. My goal is to provide a holistic and client-centered therapeutic experience, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, I aim to empower clients to build resilience, achieve personal growth, and navigate their life's challenges with confidence.
I love working with people who are curious about making change - whether it's healing, growing, learning, or exploring their identity and goals. I’m Octavia Gallon, a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. My goal is to help you build confidence, improve emotional balance, and create meaningful changes that lead to a more fulfilling life.
Hi, I’m Josh Burke, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy across, Colorado, New York and Vermont. I’ve spent over 12 years working with individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and major life transitions.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. Because of that, I place a strong emphasis on building a genuine, trusting relationship from the start—one where you feel supported, understood, and able to be honest about what you’re going through.
My approach is both relational and goal-oriented. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), which means we won’t just talk about what’s wrong—we’ll also focus on what matters to you and how to move toward it in practical, meaningful ways.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or navigating a significant transition, our work will center on helping you better understand your experience, develop new ways of responding to stress, and take steps toward the life you want to live. I tailor therapy to each person, recognizing that no two paths forward look the same.
I believe change is possible—even when things feel difficult—and I aim to walk alongside you in a way that feels collaborative, grounded, and forward-moving.
In and out of the therapy room, I show up as an authentic, warm, and grounded human being. Clients often describe my presence as a balance of steady calm and active engagement. I listen with deep curiosity and without a shred of judgment, creating a sanctuary where you can drop your guard. I balance gentle validation with honest feedback. I will kindly challenge you when necessary to help you grow. I do not believe therapy has to be cold or clinical. We will laugh, celebrate your wins, and navigate heavy emotions together. I view you as the ultimate expert on your own life. We operate as equal partners in your healing journey. My clinical framework is flexible and integrative. I reject one-size-fits-all treatments, drawing instead from multiple evidence-based modalities to treat the whole person. My approach to therapy is shaped by a deep respect for the human experience and the resilience it requires to navigate modern life.
Hi there! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida. I received my Master of Social Work from at the University of Central Florida. I'm a Florida native, where I've raised my children as a single mom and business owner. I have learned to roll with the punches and enjoy helping others not only survive, but thrive in adversity.
I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges for the past 30 years. It’s truly an honor to support people through difficult times and be part of their journey toward healing and growth. I’ve supported individuals working through trauma, addiction, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain—often carrying pain they’ve held for a long time. Together, we begin a journey of healing and change, uncovering what’s been holding them back and building a path forward that feels meaningful, empowering, and aligned with who they truly are. My approach is warm and grounded in evidence-based practices. I strive to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. The work we do together can help you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
Hi! My name is Rachel, and I have a passion for supporting all people through the many unique journeys and roads of life. I view therapy as a space where we both bring expertise and respect to our work. I approach getting to know a client from a strength-based and trauma informed lens. This means I will always see the good in you, even if it may feel hard to see within yourself. I am here to provide a listening ear, a new perspective, and see if things could be better. I am not here to judge your past, rather, reflect on how you were (and are) doing the best you can at any given time. We all have struggles, and I work to connect with you on a human level. While I do not make light of dark experiences, I often use humor and sarcasm to help us connect. Sometimes we laugh so we don’t cry; either or neither is okay in our work. Your goals, hopes, worries, and safety are my priorities, with you always consenting to what we discuss and do in session. I also use my experience with my own chronic illness, neurodiversity, and trauma to help clients feel less alone in their struggles.
Hello, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and everyday stressors. I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years and have a wealth of experience with multiple types of people. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood and comfortable exploring what’s been weighing on you. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and help you move toward meaningful and lasting change.
Do you find yourself constantly overthinking, feeling anxious, stressed, or emotionally exhausted? Maybe you’re the person everyone else depends on, but no one realizes how overwhelmed you feel. If so, you’re not alone. You don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
Hi, I’m Ash! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, self esteem, perfectionism, people pleasing, and difficulties with emotional regulation.
I believe therapy should be more than just a place to vent. It should be a place where real change happens. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal oriented. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, develop practical coping skills, gain insight into unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I integrate evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness based interventions, and Motivational Interviewing. Every client is different, so I tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and experiences rather than taking a one size fits all approach.
While empathy and validation are essential, I’m not a therapist who simply listens and nods. I’ll provide honest feedback, ask thoughtful questions, gently challenge unhelpful patterns, and help you build practical strategies you can use outside of our sessions. My goal is for you to leave each appointment feeling heard, supported, and equipped with tools that make a difference in your everyday life.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with relationships, navigating a major life change, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to help you build confidence, improve emotional well being, and create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with individuals across all stages of life, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
I specialize in helping others with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem/self-confidence, imposter syndrome, career exploration, and relationship issues.
Seeking help is a huge first step, and I do my absolute best to make the entire therapeutic process as smooth and easygoing as possible by embracing a positive, eclectic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2008, from Texas A&M University, and his master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2015, from Sam Houston State University. I believe every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and create a life that reflects who they truly are—not simply who they have learned to become through pain, trauma, or life experiences. As a therapist, I am naturally curious, compassionate, and deeply invested in understanding each person's unique story. Rather than viewing people through the lens of a diagnosis, I strive to understand the experiences, relationships, and beliefs that have shaped them.
Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to while also appreciating that I ask meaningful questions that encourage deeper reflection and lasting change. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where clients feel genuinely seen, challenged when appropriate, and supported as they work toward becoming the healthiest version of themselves.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Doctor of Natural and Bioenergetic Medicine, I have dedicated my career to understanding the profound dialogue between the mind and the body. In my years of clinical practice, I began to see a recurring pattern: traditional psychotherapy is powerful, but it often reaches a ceiling when the body’s "biological battery" is depleted. I realized that to truly help my clients heal from the inside out, I needed to bridge the gap between psychological processing and the body’s subtle energy systems.
My approach is built on the premise that your life experiences—your joys, traumas, and daily stressors—do not just live in your memory; they live in your cells and your energetic field. By integrating my clinical LPC background with my doctoral training in bioenergetic medicine, I offer a unique, 360-degree therapeutic experience. We don't just talk about the obstacles in your life; we work to shift the underlying energetic and physiological patterns that keep those obstacles in place.
Whether you are navigating the heavy fog of depression, the constant hum of anxiety, or the complexities of unresolved trauma, my practice is informed by a deep understanding of human bioenergetics. This allows us to look beyond surface-level symptoms to explore how your environment, your lifestyle, and your body’s unique energy pathways are impacting your emotional resilience. My mission is to guide you toward "Integrated Health"—a state where your mind is clear, your nervous system is regulated, and your spirit is fully aligned.

As a social worker for twenty years, I have seen both the incredible hardships that people face as well as human resilience and adaptability. Feeling lost in the chaos of life or the tough stuff most therapists won’t touch? Tired of therapy feeling like a cliché? Not here. And if you’ve made it here, you’re probably not looking for surface-level therapy and you’re in the right place! Hi, My name is John’Neiska "JoJo" Williams and I am a licensed professional counselor in the states TX, GA LA, CO, SC, and ID and I can assure you, you’ve come to the right place.

I work best with individuals experiencing high-functioning anxiety or ADHD, and Borderline personality disorder. I am also trained and experienced in working with other personality and dissociative disorders.
Therapy isn’t just venting and I’m not here for small talk. I have a laid-back vibe, but make no mistake I’m here to challenge, teach, and help you grow with real change. No clichés, no endless “How does that make you feel?”
That’s why I incorporate behavioral and specialized approaches, including Ketamine Assisted psychotherapy, creative expressive play, and counterintuitive skills, all tailored to fit your needs. So if you’re tired of basic coping, ready to understand your patterns, and open to doing deeper, active work, this space was created for you. Let me help you find the power of the grey area.
