I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults in a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe exploring their experiences and working toward meaningful change.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I believe that each person has unique strengths, experiences, and goals, and I strive to tailor treatment to meet the individual needs of every client. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients develop insight, build resilience, and create lasting change.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, substance use concerns, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and challenges related to self-esteem and identity. As a former Division I athlete and immigrant, I also have a special interest in supporting athletes, high performers, and individuals navigating cultural transitions, performance pressures, and major life changes.
My goal is to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I view therapy as a partnership and work alongside clients to identify strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward a life that aligns with their values and goals.
