Hello I'm Adrian. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and work with individuals, couples, and families. Working from a systemic perspective, I look at how the whole system is interacting and functioning. I use a Narrative approach and Brainspotting. I am interested in the narratives or rules that we have picked up from our families of origin, relationships, and experiences. Often, these rules are helpful in the beginning and become a source of struggle down the road. Brainspotting is a trauma modality. More information can be found at brainspotting.com.

I am a mental health therapist dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the stressors that come with everyday responsibilities. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are — without judgment. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in helping you build practical tools you can use in your daily life. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps identify how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we work to recognize unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I also understand that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor treatment to each person’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. As a first-generation Latina, I have a deep appreciation for how culture, family expectations, and lived experiences shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. I strive to create a space where cultural identity is respected and understood, and where clients can openly explore how these influences impact their mental health and relationships. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with tools that help you move toward the life you want. Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and I am honored to be part of that journey with you. Please note that I do not provide treatment for eating disorders, substance use disorders (including alcohol), or any court-mandated cases. Please note that I do not fill out FMLA paperwork, ESA paperwork, or any other legal documents unless 6 months of consistent therapy has been received. There is a separate fee for paperwork outside of the copay.

Greetings! I’m Letitia, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Georgia, and also licensed to provide therapy in Colorado and Florida. I’m passionate about helping clients discover their purpose, break through barriers that hold them back, and begin living the life they’ve always imagined. Before becoming a counselor, I spent 12 years as an educator, which gave me a deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional challenges that young people face. Today, I work with clients ages 10 through 35, supporting them through the pivotal transitions of adolescence, young adulthood, and early professional life. I understand how it feels to struggle with fear, depression, anxiety, low confidence, or a lack of purpose — because I’ve been there myself. These personal experiences allow me to bring empathy, authenticity, and real-world perspective into every session. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety, ADHD, PMDD, phobias, PTSD, and trauma. I also work with clients coping with grief, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns, as well as those seeking clarity in college, career, and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is integrative, compassionate, and eclectic, blending evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I use humor, authenticity, and flexibility to create a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward lasting change. Clients can expect a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative environment where we’ll uncover strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop practical tools for emotional balance and growth. Together, we’ll create a path toward a more confident, fulfilled, and purpose-driven life.

I’m Will. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from The Ohio State University and my master’s in Clinical Psychology from University of Denver. I see therapy as a space where we can slow things down, sit with what’s really happening underneath the surface, and better understand the patterns, emotions, and protective responses shaping your experience. I’m here to help hold and explore feelings with you, not judge or push them away. We can resist to acknowledge certain emotions because of a lot of things; shame, “shoulds,” self-judgment. beliefs we’ve absorbed from others. But mostly because its just becomes a reflex established in childhood that kept us safe. Feelings do not have to be objectively true or rational (the amygdala tends not to care about that) to deserve our attention and empathy . When we slow down enough to acknowledge and hold space for them, emotions can return to their original purpose: giving us information about our needs, wants, boundaries, and experiences instead of quietly driving behaviors underneath our awareness. I won’t lie — this work can feel challenging and even awkward at first. Most of us were never taught how to truly sit with ourselves. But in my experience, this kind of work creates deeper and more lasting nervous system change than only relying on coping skills to manage emotions. Your emotions and feeling are who you are, when the are free to be expressed and acknowledged my clients find parts of themselves that were previously thought to be loss.

As a mature therapist, I bring together advanced clinical training, accomplished therapeutic skills, and extensive lived experience to support adults of all ages but specifically those who are 40 and older facing anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction, grief and major life transitions. I believe meaningful change happens through a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and a genuine understanding of each person's unique journey. My approach is practical, trauma-informed, and focused on helping clients regain a sense of control, build resilience, and navigate challenges with greater confidence. Together, we work toward healthy, lasting outcomes while fostering balance among mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their strengths, clarify what matters most, and create a life with greater meaning, purpose, and fulfillment. Hello. You have taken one of the hardest steps by looking into and beginning therapy. I have prior medical experience but changed career paths in 2001. I am originally from Texas but have lived in Colorado since 1997. I believe that you are the best historian for your past and I am a guide to help you walk through your present and into your best future. There is no judgment in my practice and all are welcome. I do offer spiritual/Christian counseling if this is something you are looking for. If you choose to attend sessions in the office you will also be greeted by tail wags from a furry friend. Jack and Jill are training to be in the office with clients and are proving proving to be a comfort in session.
