I am a Psychologist licensed in California and have provided psychotherapy to individuals for over 30 years. I am also a lifelong artist and I am interested in how the creative process functions in our lives. I help people connect with their true potential that may have been ignored or forgotten in their search for meaning and purpose in their lives.
Hello, my name is Jennifer, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. Over the past 17+ years I have predominately worked with children and adolescents and their families. I specialize in working with this population. My goal is not to just treat the child, but also to equip the parents to be able to help their child in the home. My goal is "parent as therapist." While I love my time each week with my client, the parents are the ones doing the real work in the home. As a parent, I know that one of the most difficult feelings is seeing your child struggling and not knowing how to help. My goal is to help the child while also training up the parents to heal the entire family. My preferred methods of treatment are CBT and PCIT as I believe they offer tools to help families quickly and effectively.
I’m a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and insight-oriented, blending practical tools with deeper exploration of patterns. I create a grounded, supportive space where clients can gain clarity, better understand their emotional responses, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change. I value building strong therapeutic relationships and meeting clients where they are while helping them move forward at a pace that feels steady and manageable.
I truly believe each individual is the expert on their own life and trust that through treatment, they will learn more about themselves and gain confidence as they contribute in their healing process. My vision for therapy is to aid each client in gaining awareness about who they are and how they came to be with an empathic and client centered approach.

Hi! Hola! Welcome to my page! I'm a bilingual, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from Notre Dame de Namur University in Clinical Psychology and have been practicing for 8 years. I enjoy working with families, youth, and adults navigating through life challenges that include grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, generational relational trauma, and life stress.
Making the decision to start your journey in mental health (or pick it back up) can be one of the scariest and most nerve-wracking things in this world. Bearing your soul and sharing the deepest, darkest, and most vulnerable parts of yourself with a virtual stranger is one of the bravest choices you can make. Are you ready to take that first step? I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) practicing in California for over 7 years. I've worked with children, teens, and adults from all backgrounds and walks of life. The majority of my work has been with individuals experiencing severe mental illness in community mental health. I have worked extensively with individuals and families in crisis to provide a safe and honest space to work through whatever is holding them back from leading the life they want to lead.
I am a trauma-informed, Emergency Responder and Public Safety Certified Clinician (ERPSCC), Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC), and am trained in TF-CBT. I aim to provide an environment where you are never afraid to share those dark thoughts or memories for fear that it will be "too much" for the therapist on the other end. I also strive to provide culturally-competent treatment for my clients, by attending trainings focusing on the LGBTQ+ community, persons of color, non-traditional relationships, and other communities with their own unique challenges.
I love to find unique ways to build rapport and communication with my clients. Don't know where to start with how you are feeling? Give me a song that describes your week. Struggling with maintaining eye contact over a computer screen? Let's do some coloring to ease you into it. You are unique and your treatment should be too. Are you ready to open the door to healing?
I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist who focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where people can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. My approach blends evidence-based practices with genuine connection to help clients build insight, resilience, and confidence. My style is collaborative and empathetic, communicating in a way that feels grounding and approachable. This combination makes clients feel both heard and guided.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with 9 years of experience. My clinical experience is working with individuals who are dealing with cancer and chronic illness, both from a personal and clinical perspective. I have successfully helped clients navigate through challenges such as anxiety, depression, and OCD. I enjoy the creative collaborative process of utilizing Exposures and Response Prevention with my clients. Clients learn somatic techniques to help with anxiety and OCD. I am also trained in EMDR which helps reprocess triggering or traumatic thoughts. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and ultimately find healing and growth.
Hi, I'm Casandra, and I'm glad you are here! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with a master's degree from the University of Southern California. I decided to become a therapist because I love being able to help others. One of my favorite things is getting to know others and helping them to discover (or re-discover) who they are. Getting to help others realize their potential and overall improve their mental and emotional well-being is something I enjoy doing and consider it such a privilege.
Greetings. I’m David Joel Miller, licensed in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Professional Clinical Counselor. Before entering private practice, I worked as a substance abuse counselor and for my local County Behavioral Health. I specialize in helping clients navigate life’s transitions and overcome depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders.
After working as a substance abuse counselor and then a marriage and family therapist, I also completed the requirements for licensure as a professional clinical Counselor. I am also a certified life coach. I think of myself as an indoor mountain climber. I don’t like getting out in the cold and rain, but I do like taking on new challenges. I read a great deal and have learned a lot, but I continue to learn more things each day. Like most people my age, I have the frustrations of coping with technology. But one of my interns taught me how to answer texts, and now my younger family friends are teaching me how to use iPads and streaming videos. I hope that these experiences give me some insight into how things are changing and how some things don’t change at all. I’d like to accompany you as you try to work through your life challenges.
Change is hard, not having the tools, direction and support make the process even harder. I can help you identify areas that may be keeping you stuck. I also provide wellness and behavioral health coaching in addition to traditional therapy.
The atmosphere that is created in the therapy session is one of warmth, safety, and acceptance. I have a straightforward, interactive approach to treatment. I am passionate about my work and strongly believe in the healing benefits of therapy. Reach out to me, I’d love to help you help heal, connect, & thrive. Together we can create the life you want.
I am a straight-forward but empathic therapist, who also appreciates the same from her clients. I also believe in the social work mission of starting where the client is, so sessions are based upon that analogy. I have experience in many areas, including hospital, foster care, group homes, forensics, Veterans, home health, etc. I received my Masters of Social Science Administration from Case Western Reserve Univerity, and my Doctorate of Psychology from California Southern University. Although I have a doctorate degree, my scope of practice does not fall under psychological testing, pharmacological practices, nor community services. I only do individual therapy so if you need case management (such as letters), family/couples therapy, psychologicial testing, or medication, please refer to those licensed or practicing in those areas.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides counseling to adults and couples using a trauma-informed approach. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and I help clients process and heal from complex life experiences.
I bring a unique depth of experience to my work, having served 25 years as a police officer and over 13 years supporting first responders through peer support programs. I am also a certified domestic violence counselor with experience working with both adults and children impacted by trauma, and a U.S. Army veteran with four years of active-duty service.
Hello, I'm Elysa Thangchaipinyokul, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving adults throughout California. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and have over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions.
Raised in a first-generation immigrant family, I understand how culture, family dynamics, and life experiences can shape emotional well-being and relationships. I strive to provide a supportive, culturally responsive environment where clients feel understood, challenged, and empowered to grow.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be heard, gain insight, and develop practical tools to create meaningful change. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
Welcome! I'm Mia Grajeda-Willard, LCSW. I am the proud spouse of a Marine Corp. veteran and the granddaughter of a World War II veteran. These amazing humans are proud of their military service and the legacy it provides their families for generations to come. While that is true, what is also true is that transitioning from military life back to civilian life was a struggle for them, as I know it is for many veterans and their families.
I have committed my career to serving those who served this country by walking alongside veterans, and their family members to affirm their identity, transition back to civilian life, heal from painful traumas, and reconcile ruptures in relationships that may have resulted in challenges from military life or pre-military childhood upbringings.
Hi, I'm Dr. Alysha! Are you ready to Empower your Mental Health?
By creating a safe place for processing and expression, I support persons on their unique healing journey to strengthen authenticity and resiliency. My overall approach uses psychodynamic talk therapy, offering space to those wanting to explore new perspectives, reframes, and change.
When we internalize or suppress our emotions and experiences of adversity, we may be faced with lasting emotional trauma that impacts our entire well-being. However there is power in validation and relatability and that is why I utilize a client-centered, strengths-based method, with consideration for relational, intersectional, and social justice contexts. I don’t consider myself an advice giver, but instead, I will collaborate with you to recognize your choices and help you make the best one for yourself.
My objective is for you to feel empowered by reducing emotional burdens, developing coping strategies, identifying resources, and enhancing your strengths. You will be treated with respectful, objective, non-biased assistance. I believe that with the right amount of support, guidance, and compassion, our capabilities are endless.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and furthered my education at Antioch University Los Angeles, where I obtained a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I’ve had the privilege of working with different demographics in a range of therapeutic environments. I’ve worked with teens in the high school setting, with individuals struggling with substance abuse and eating disorders, as well as patients with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, trauma, toxic relationships, and co-dependency.
I generally combine the use of both humanistic and client-centered psychotherapy in my work. With that said, I tailor my services to each client and their clinical needs. While accompanying my clients on their journey of change and growth, I provide them with unconditional compassion and acceptance. My goal is to cultivate an authentic human connection with my clients by creating a safe and comfortable space to explore, promoting growth, and facilitating change.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, mood-related concerns, or life transitions. I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I strive to offer a warm, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic space. My approach is structured and goal-oriented, beginning with a comprehensive assessment to better understand your experiences, strengths, and needs. Together, we work to identify meaningful goals and develop a plan that supports lasting and positive change.
I bring extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood dysregulation. I began providing therapeutic services in 2009 in a school-based setting, supporting students through mental health interventions as part of their IEP services. Since 2018, I have worked in private practice with adolescents and adults, using evidence-based approaches such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build practical skills and greater emotional balance.
At this time, my telehealth practice is available for older teens , as younger children often benefit most from in-person treatment. We can access this through intake and rapport building as needed.
I hold a Master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, and completed my supervised clinical training through the Los Angeles Unified School District. My work focuses on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and applying evidence-based strategies to support improved functioning and overall well-being.
Please note: I do not provide psychological assessments, disability evaluations, or documentation for emotional support animals. I also do not participate in court-related cases, including custody or other legal matters.
I am a skilled, empathetic therapist who is committed to providing you with support, insight, and practical tools. You have more strengths and fewer weaknesses than you realize. Working together, we explore you, letting you see yourself as you really are and always have been - worthwhile and loveable. You can learn and move forward. Seeing a licensed therapist often provides new ways to work through the issues and fears holding you back. No matter the obstacles, we will find solutions together.
My goal is to help you feel comfortable in your own skin and make wise decisions for your life. We disarm obstacles and implement techniques building confidence, competency, comfort, and trust in yourself. "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain." Vivian Green

Are you feeling stuck, disconnected in your relationships, or noticing patterns that you don’t fully understand? You may be wanting to explore deeper—unpacking core beliefs or unresolved experiences that are impacting how you relate to others and to yourself. This process of gaining insight and gently challenging those patterns can be a meaningful step toward healing and growth.
I have experience working with BIPOC individuals, women navigating anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, and individuals experiencing challenges with emotion regulation. I also support clients who are working toward feeling more like themselves again—reconnecting with a sense of balance, clarity, and emotional grounding.
Finding a therapist who feels like the right fit is an important part of the process. If what you’re reading resonates with you, I would be honored to support you in this work. Our sessions—whether weekly or biweekly—are a dedicated space for you to slow down, reflect, and focus on your needs.
My current availability is during daytime hours, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and I am not offering evening appointments at this time.
I look forward to walking alongside you in your healing journey.
I’m a depth‑oriented psychologist who helps clients slow down, understand the patterns shaping their lives, and connect with the parts of themselves that need care and clarity. My style is warm, steady, and collaborative—I move at your pace and create a space where you don’t have to navigate difficult emotions or experiences alone. I’m especially attuned to trauma, anxiety, and attachment‑based patterns, and I work with clients who want more than symptom relief—they want insight, meaning, and lasting change.

I provide individual counseling as well as couples therapy, helping partners improve communication, resolve conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. Couples are welcome to attend an initial assessment together using their insurance benefits when applicable. This first appointment allows us to better understand your concerns, identify treatment goals, and determine the best path forward. If ongoing couples therapy is recommended, those sessions are offered on a private-pay basis, and we'll discuss the available options during the initial appointment.
Whether you're beginning therapy for the first time or continuing your journey, I look forward to supporting you in building the skills, resilience, and confidence needed to create meaningful and lasting change.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. After more than 30 years as an educator, minister, counselor, and consultant; I realized that the one thing I am most passionate about is working one-on-one with others – watching them discover clarity, restoration, hope, and passion. Psychotherapy is the single endeavor where I get to bring all that I am to all that I do.
Greetings. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am dedicated to assisting individuals and families facing a range of challenges, providing support and guidance throughout their healing journey.
Just as each tree grows in its own way, shaped by its environment and experiences, everyone’s journey is unique and deserves to be heard. I believe that through understanding and support, we can nurture this growth together.
I have been in the psychology field for over 20 years now. I love what I do and helping every client become successful. The relationship between the client(s) and myself is important in achieving the goals we set together. How our past experiences have influenced our current lives is a key issue. I feel that support systems in our daily lives are important to examine. The issues of separation, loss, freedom, dependence and independence are crucial to examine as one leaves home and parental influences. I work with individuals, couples, teens and families.
Every session is different because every client is different, as are their problems. I'll encourage you to talk and explore, in a structured way, your feelings and experiences. Whatever the technique or clinical approach, psychotherapy is not a magical cure, it is a process to help you find the capacity for improvement within yourself.
Psychotherapy aims to help you gain insight into your difficulties or distress and enable you to find more appropriate ways of coping or bring about changes in your thinking and behavior. Psychotherapy involves exploring feelings, beliefs, thoughts and events, sometimes from childhood, in a structured way to help you do it safely.
I have a website that has 16 courses on it for you to do self paced sessions. I also have book I wrote on that website. If you are interested in taking a look, just copy and paste the link into your search bar. Here is the website: https://amber-bersi-mft.mykajabi.com/
Therapy can feel uncertain or even overwhelming — and that's completely normal. I use practical, straightforward tools to help you understand how your thoughts affect your feelings and actions. More importantly, I help you see the strengths you already have — because you have them, even if no one has pointed them out lately. I believe every person deserves to be heard without judgment. Whatever brought you here, my goal is to help you find a way forward that works for you.
My practice is focused on a client-centered, humanistic approach that encompasses the treatment of individuals as a whole person. My approach offers a calming and non-judgemental environment to allow the space to explore different pathways to healing. I integrate interventions from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral therapy, mindfulness and person-centered therapy as well as solution-focused therapy. I try to empower clients to draw on natural strengths for motivation and to develop resilience towards change so that they can continue to grow and heal. I focus on replacing negative coping skills with healthy stress management so that my clients can feel empowered, embrace change and lead fulfilling lives.
I am an LPCC in California and an LPC in Texas. My educational background consists of earning my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master's in clinical counseling, and a Master's in Addictions. I am a National Certified Counselor and am a certified addictions counselor.
My past clinical experience includes working for a crisis center where the majority of clients experienced issues related to suicide, homicide, domestic violence, and child and elder abuse. These issues impact people of all ages, races, and ethnic groups. I have also worked for a county-based permanent assisted housing development where all of the clients have experienced episodes of homelessness, and have been significantly impacted by issues of trauma, depression, addictions, domestic violence, and child abuse.

I entered this field to help marginalized voices find their strength and advocacy. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped with the tools to build a better path forward.

Hello, my name is Megan. I appreciate you taking the leap to want to do something different in your life. I know how hard talking about some of these big life issues can be like the death of our person, living through the struggle of infertility and acknowledging the weight of our anxiety is too much. Sometimes, we are stuck in our loop and yet, we do not have the perspective how to shift the big feelings to make you start to feel better.
In the beginning of working together, I want you to feel comfortable sharing your story. Everyone arrives wanting a witness to their grieving at different stages of their process. Your relationship is to different each person had a different relationship to their person. I believe the importance of listening to what is said in the room or what is not said. Many times we are not able to verbalize our pain of trying to live without our person. I think a very necessary part to our healing is to be witnessed by another. My goal is to always create safety in the room. I am a fairly transparent therapist sharing sometimes my personal journey to connect and help clients realize they are not alone in their pain.
I look forward to joining you in your healing journey.
We are all faced with challenges. These challenges can create limitations that interfere with gaining a sense of self, forming healthy relationships, and pursuing our goals. I believe we should not allow these obstacles to dictate how we respond to the environment around us. Learning healthy coping skills, challenging negative self talk, and setting effective boundaries can facilitate desired outcomes in our daily life. Given the opportunity, I would enjoy working with you right where you are. Let’s get to work!
Welcome! I am genuinely glad that you are here. It isn’t always easy to put your trust and safe keeping of personal feelings and experiences into another, so I am honored to get to know your story. I have had the privilege of working with children, teens and adults from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, who have various relational preferences, etc. What I want to convey is that everyone is welcome here! A little about me- I have spent many years working as a school based Mental Health Therapist, so I very familiar with the unique experiences of school educators, administrators, and other supporting staff. I have been involved in Special Education and IEP meetings, and have supported parents and students in this area. Additionally, I continue to dedicate myself to the research and understanding of complex relationships and various attachment styles, and enjoy supporting my clients in those areas. I am also well versed and comfortable in supporting my clients through anxiety, depression and the processing of grief/loss. I would like you to know that I genuinely care about the emotional well-being of my clients, and my hope is that you feel safe and comfortable in sharing with me.
I strive to create a safe space to explore your emotions, feel aligned with the world around you, and develop tools you need to thrive in all aspects of life. My clients will tell you I bring warmth and respect for diversity and identity into our sessions. I am passionate about empowering others as they embrace their authentic selves while navigating life's complexities.
