I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California and a proud first-generation Mexican American. I earned my degree from the University of Houston and bring both professional knowledge and personal perspective to the work I do. I am passionate about walking alongside others in their healing and growth journey. I understand that therapy is not “one size fits all,” and I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. My hope is to be the right match for you as we explore challenges, build resilience, and work toward the changes you seek.
In our first session, we’ll start by introducing ourselves and talking about what brings you to therapy. You can ask any questions you have about the process, and I’ll explain how I work. We’ll start to identify the challenges you’re facing and talk about your goals. From there, we’ll create a plan to guide our future sessions. You can expect a non-judgmental, compassionate environment where your needs and goals are the focus. My aim is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
My goal is always to meet you where you are. You’re the expert of your own life—I’m here to support and guide you through the process. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from ages 1 to 65, and bring a range of tools and approaches to best support your unique needs. Together, we’ll work toward building the confidence and skills you need to navigate life with clarity and resilience.
I enjoy working with individuals navigating the unique experiences of being first-generation, exploring relationship challenges, life changes, and breaking through generational patterns. I also bring experience in supporting children and families with their mental health needs. Whether you’re motivated to make a change or simply seeking someone to walk alongside you, I will meet you where you are with compassion and understanding. My goal is to create a supportive space that empowers you to heal, grow, and move toward the life you envision.

I use Narrative Therapy to help clients explore the stories they tell about themselves and their lives. Often, we carry stories shaped by past experiences, culture, or other people’s expectations—and sometimes those stories can limit how we see ourselves. In our work together, we’ll look at those narratives, identify what’s no longer serving you, and begin rewriting them in a way that reflects your values, strengths, and hopes. This approach helps you reconnect with your voice and take a more empowered role in your life.
