Hi, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Master's degree in Psychology and have been practicing in this field for over 6 years. Currently I have over 2 years of experience working in the field of addiction, my experience entails providing individual therapy, family therapy, group sessions, crisis intervention, and diagnosing. I assist individuals in addressing their areas of concern in a non-judgmental and compassionate manner.
Hello, my name is Megan. I appreciate you taking the leap to want to do something different in your life. I know how hard talking about some of these big life issues can be like the death of our person, living through the struggle of infertility and acknowledging the weight of our anxiety is too much. Sometimes, we are stuck in our loop and yet, we do not have the perspective how to shift the big feelings to make you start to feel better.
In the beginning of working together, I want you to feel comfortable sharing your story. Everyone arrives wanting a witness to their grieving at different stages of their process. Your relationship is to different each person had a different relationship to their person. I believe the importance of listening to what is said in the room or what is not said. Many times we are not able to verbalize our pain of trying to live without our person. I think a very necessary part to our healing is to be witnessed by another. My goal is to always create safety in the room. I am a fairly transparent therapist sharing sometimes my personal journey to connect and help clients realize they are not alone in their pain.
I look forward to joining you in your healing journey.
We are more than conquerors! You already have the capability to make changes that help accomplish your goals, experience healing, and combat the most difficult symptoms. However, we were never meant to go it alone. The therapeutic relationship is a partnership—it is teamwork. It is joining forces with one another. One of the greatest attributes I can offer in this alliance is empathy. Non-judgmental exploration will afford the understanding necessary to determine what is hindering satisfaction. I am Kimberly Jones: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over 10 years of experience in offering psychotherapy to all ages. My expertise is couple’s therapy encompassing marriage and relationships. You will be provided a safe space to bring your most complex matters as I am confident in supporting honest dialogue. In addition, mediation during difficult discussions and understanding the anatomy of an affair's impact on both partners can also be provided. I would assist in managing the threat of divorce, post-separation, and co-parenting. In the healing pursuit, individuals will experience neutrality, intimacy repair, trust building, improved communication, and conflict resolution. These are all skills necessary to strengthen the relationship and introduce a new way of seeing life together.
As an LMFT, I focus on seeing men and women with anxiety and depression by helping them feel more independent, develop their self confidence, set new boundaries with family, and bring new joy and peace back into their daily lives. I am licensed in both Texas and California, and love to see clients remotely for virtual sessions.
In addition to my clinical experience, I also have a background in religious studies and am passionate about seeing clients from various cultural backgrounds and LGBTQ+. Whether you are starting therapy for the first time, returning, or looking for a better fit, all clients are welcome.
My goal in my counseling is to help my clients live deeply fulfilling lives. I help clients increase their psychological flexibility through various tools and approaches including evidence-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to change their thought patterns. I use experiential approaches including Hypnotherapy to work with subconscious minds and remove blocks that are deep in their psyche. I also provide mindfulness training, which is one of the key techniques for the clients to be more present and accepting in their lives, rather than react reflexively.
Each individual's struggles are complex and tied to many factors including their social environment, their physical health, the phases of their lives, skills they already possess, etc. In other words, change can happen in a variety of ways and that's what counseling can help with, pointing out the direction and even the next steps that can help the client to get to their goals and intentions.
I work with clients experiencing sleep disorders, chronic pain, anxiety, mood issues, ADHD, career counseling, and those who simply need a tune-up.

My professors used to tease me and call me the "thermometer" because I had so many degrees. I actually love learning (I do not love studying) and am a true "book worm." I have piles and piles of books scattered in every nook and cranny. I also built my own telescope when I was in high school. I have seen several stars (Arcturus and Vega) and Neptune through high powered telescopes which were jaw droppingly beautiful. I have also done walk on roles in two professional Shakespeare productions (Henry VI, part 1 and 2) at the Old Globe at Balboa Park and the experience was amazing. Highly recommend.

Hello, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I’m a California native who graduated from the University of Southern California in 2019 with a Masters in Social Work degree and have been working in the mental health field for 7 years. My passion is for normalizing mental health in order to reduce the stigma often associated with it. We need to get comfortable talking about our mental health.
As a LMFT, it’s important for me to hold space and meet clients where they are. I will walk with you along your journey, while also making sure we do not avoid the hard stuff. I blend evidence-based tools with deep empathy. I will ask questions that will encourage you to explore and process feelings, while also helping you to reframe and rewrite the stories that no longer serve you.
I’m Steven Frank. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), licensed in California and living in Seattle, Washington. The way the law works is that if I have a California license, I can live outside of California, but can only work with California residents. For that reason, all my work is perforyemed online through telehealth. I see primarily adults and seniors in my practice and while I work mostly withindividuals, I will also see couples when needed.
I’ve been licensed since 1983 but actually began to “grow” a private practice beginning in 1990. While most of my experience has been with clients dealing with depression and anxiety, over the last 4-5 years I’ve been more focused on the treatment for symptoms of trauma and abuse. I’ve been trained in EMDR (a specific treatment for trauma), and will use that method as needed, when appropriate, and with your understanding of the process, and consent.
By the way, my first job experience (before beginning my schooling for the MFT license), was in the California State Hospital system as a psychiatric technician. I was a member of a hospital inpatient treatment team that treated people with severe mental disorders. This was excellent training for working with clients who are seeking help, but on an outpatient basis.
Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I've been a therapist for twelve years specializing in teens within the school setting. Since expanding outside of schools, it has been exciting to bring those skills into practice with adults who are exploring new paths into their future. I am passionate about helping you address issues from the past that may be impeding you in the present, then finding your own strength and wisdom to create your ideal future.
I get satisfaction from being a voice of reasoning for others through my genuineness. I consider this a life purpose for me. I am driven by a deep desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those struggling with their mental well-being. I believe in providing a safe space with a non-judgmental stance while supporting the patient through his or her emotional well-being and encouraging autonomy.
I have experience working with children, families, and individuals as a social worker since 2003, and as a licensed clinical social worker since 2017. Prior to training as a therapist I worked as an advocate for children, youth, and families in various community based non-profits. Witnessing families succeed as I helped ease their burdens led me to the path of clinical social work! I consider it a privilege to be invited and entrusted with the task of walking alongside you during a challenging moment in your life. Seeing you grow and succeed is one of the best rewards I could ask for.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, adults, and families through life’s challenges. Through a compassionate, client-centered approach, I help individuals build resilience, gain insight, and develop the tools they need to heal, grow, and lead more empowered lives.
I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.). My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from various evidence-based modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), mindfulness-based techniques, narrative therapy, and solution-focused approach. I tailor my interventions to your specific needs, working collaboratively with you to determine what works best.
My communication style is caring, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I aim to create a safe space where you feel heard, validated, and supported. Expect me to be an active listener, ask insightful questions, provide compassionate feedback, and empower you with coping skills and strategies for growth.
