Hi, I’m Brian Mitchell. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, but more importantly, I’m a dedicated partner in your healing. I specialize in helping people navigate trauma and PTSD through a lens of safety and genuine support. Whether we use EMDR, CBT, Somatic, or mindfulness, my approach is never "one size fits all"—it’s tailored entirely to your unique story.
I entered this field to help marginalized voices find their strength and advocacy. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped with the tools to build a better path forward.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in practice in the Inland Empire area since 2014. I believe real change is a gradual evolution (hence my practice name Gentle Evolutions), and there are often many stops along the way. I bring a lot of warmth and genuine curiosity to that process, while also keeping sessions rooted in your therapy goals. I acknowledge the vulnerability that comes with sharing your story and identity with others and aim to create a space where you feel able to share 100% of what is coming to your mind. I provide stability for clients through the difficult times and ensure that we also celebrate the small successes in the therapeutic space.
I am a highly empathetic, positive individual that seeks to assist my clients in finding their worth, self love and myriad of abilities to thrive within life challenges. I enjoyed walking with my clients to find the best version of themselves and who they want to be. I meet my clients where they are and walk with them through awareness and healing process.
I have been a licensed therapist for over 20 years. Currently licensed in California and Nevada. I understand that reaching out and starting the therapy process can be a little overwhelming in and of itself, so I strive to set a pace that is comfortable for my client. If you are ready to dive into the deep end, we will go there. If you need some time to ease into the hard work of therapy, we will go at a pace that feels comfortable. I see myself as a guide in the process of therapy and, at times, more of a teacher, sharing strategies and information. My goal as a therapist is to help you develop the resources and strategies to feel confident in your ability to handle life challenges. Sometimes that involves really getting in touch with the way you think and what you believe, or exploring how you are talking to yourself, or it might involve healing childhood wounds. Since each client is unique I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, I incorporate evidenced based strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and sometimes complimentary therapies such as Guided Imagery. I tend to be eclectic in my approach because each person is an individual, and there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to resolving life issues.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and registered art therapist providing telehealth services to TN and CA residents. As a practicing visual artist for 22 years I understand the psychological, emotional, financial and lifestyle challenges that creatives face in a world that prioritizes capitalism over creativity. I will help you to use your unique gifts and talents in order to live your life in the fullest expression of yourself.
Hello. I am a licensed social worker in California. I began practicing in the mental health/behavioral health field in 2011. I originally was licensed in Maryland in 2015 but then returned to California in 2016. Since starting in the field, I have worked with individuals ranging in age from 4 years old to 75 years old; most experience working with individuals between the ages of 10 and 35. I have experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, depression, anxiety, parenting problems, and relationship issues. I am an ally of the LGBTQI community and can provide a safe, telehealth space for them.
Unfortunately, at this time, I cannot accommodate individuals seeking letters for emotional support animals or those mandated by the court or legal system for therapy.
With that said, my goal in being a counselor, is to assist my clients in meeting their identified treatment needs. I am flexible and willing to do whatever I need to do to assist you and help you in any way that I can.
If when viewing my profile, you feel as though I am a good fit, but my schedule does not meet your scheduling needs, please feel free to send me a message as I may be able to fit you in at a different time. I work evenings and weekends.

I will work collaboratively with you to better understand your journey and assist with healing, finding hope and increasing your ability to cope with life’s difficult challenges.
I’m a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 15 years of experience in behavioral health. I work with adults and adolescents navigating trauma, grief, ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship and family patterns, life transitions, codependency, identity, and spirituality.
My approach is warm, interactive, integrative, and trauma-informed. I draw from EMDR, parts-oriented work, CBT, motivational interviewing, attachment and relational therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices, tailoring treatment to each person rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
My background in addiction treatment deepened my understanding of trauma, coping, and the protective strategies people develop to survive difficult experiences. I am also trained in yoga and have experience with meditation, breathwork, tai chi, and qi gong. When these practices fit a client’s needs and interests, they can become part of our work together.

Hi!
My name is Kerry Caldwell-Collins, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 10 years of experience in the field. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. As a therapist, I deeply value creating a non-judgmental and safe space for my clients to explore their presenting concerns.
Anxiety, relationship issues, connection to your family, parenting, and life transitions are areas where I specialize and have extensive experience. Whether you're grappling with social anxiety, generalized anxiety, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I am here to provide guidance and assist you in developing effective coping strategies. Together, we can work towards reducing anxiety symptoms, improving relationship dynamics, and enhancing your overall well-being.
Therapy can be scary, but you are making the steps to start healing. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important piece in the therapy process. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space with empathy and compassion. I am an empathetic therapist with a passion for creating a safe space where clients feel heard, seen, and supported. I am passionate about helping others find healing and growth in their lives and relationships. I have experience guiding clients toward greater self-awareness and self-empowerment as they overcome life’s challenges. If you're considering therapy, chances are you're carrying something that feels heavy, and you're looking for someone who can help you make sense of it. Change requires courage, self-awareness, and a willingness to try something different - when people are motivated and can learn healthier, more adaptive ways of thinking/feeling, meaningful growth is possible. As a therapist, I am warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, even when you're talking about the parts of your life that feel messy, painful, or difficult to understand. Clients often tell me they appreciate my sense of humor, my kindness, and my ability to challenge them in a way that feels supportive rather than confrontational. I believe therapy doesn't have to feel cold or clinical. Some of our work may be serious, but I also believe healing can happen in moments of connection, insight, and even laughter. My role is not to tell you what to do or who to be. Instead, I work alongside you to better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical tools for change, and help you move toward the life you want to create. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-worth, or navigating a difficult season of life, I will meet you where you are and support you in taking the next step forward.

Hi, I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California for 20 years and I hold a doctorate degree in the Philosophy of Counseling. I enjoy helping people understand how they became the way they are and therefore find ways to leave dysfunction behind.
If you're in your 40s or 50s and feel like you no longer recognize yourself, you're not imagining it. Anxiety that seems to come out of nowhere, a shorter fuse, brain fog, poor sleep, low mood, and feeling like you've lost your spark are all common in perimenopause and menopause. Too often, women are told it's "just stress" or that they should push through.

In our work together, you'll have a space where your experience is taken seriously. I'll help you understand what's happening, build practical tools for managing mood, stress, and focus, and reconnect with who you are and what you want from this next chapter. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches and tailor them to you.
Midlife can be more than something to get through. With the right support, it can be a time of clarity, confidence, and renewal. I'd be honored to help you thrive in it.
