A unique perspective on your life and life phase. You may want a better work/school/life balance. You may be struggling with a deeper loss or trauma. I give a clients the space to seek, find, and triumph, without getting lost. You may have goals you feel are out of reach. You may feel so swept up with others that you’re not even sure what your desires are. No matter what, as your therapist, I am here to help you find your goal and help you reach it with passion.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I believe everyone is an expert in their own life and I look forward to getting to know you and help you find your joy and passion and the life you want to live!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I specialize in depression, anxiety, and trauma around identity, children of immigrants, relationship, and phase-of-life-issues. I can offer a unique perspective around physical disability and learning disabilities whether a client has this disability or has a loved one with disabilities.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with motivated people who feel stuck. Often they are in a transition or a loss. The loss can be great or small. (ex. death, break-up, job, disability/health, identity change, end-of-friendship) People who desire connection who often feel alone (even if they are close with others.) People who want to either strengthen or change their relationships whether it's in work, family, romantic, or platonic. Flawed perfectionists and people with imposter syndrome are always welcome!
