Do you find yourself constantly questioning yourself, overthinking conversations, or wondering why your relationships leave you feeling confused, anxious, or emotionally drained? Maybe you've become so focused on keeping the peace or meeting everyone else's needs that you've lost sight of your own. Many of the adults I work with begin to realize these patterns didn't start overnight. They often developed in childhood or through painful relationships that shaped how they see themselves, trust others, and respond to conflict, stress, and rejection. Even when you know something isn't healthy, changing those patterns can feel incredibly difficult. As a bilingual (English-Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of experience, I help adults move beyond simply managing symptoms. Together, we'll explore the deeper patterns driving your anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or relationship struggles while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. My goal is to help you better understand your experiences, strengthen your sense of self, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

I’ve worked in a men’s trauma center as well as in private practice, so I’m very comfortable sitting with the heavier stuff that most guys have learned to keep to themselves. My style is direct, non‑judgmental, and very relational, think real conversation, honest feedback, and a focus on what actually helps you feel and live better, not just “talking about your feelings” for an hour.

I provide a warm and genuine atmosphere and understand that “one size does not fit all." I'll do my best to meet you where you are and really get to know you and your specific concerns. I treat the whole person to maximize growth. Do you feel like your 'fight-or-flight' response is stuck on high? I specialize in helping clients understand the unique wiring of ADHD, depressed, and anxious brains. By exploring the science of why you feel so restless, unmotivated, or overwhelmed, we can separate your worth from your symptoms. My goal is to help you stop fighting your brain and start working with it, using evidence-based techniques that actually click for your unique mind. Therapy shouldn't be another place where you have to perform. In our sessions, fidgeting is encouraged, eye contact is optional, and your unique way of processing the world is celebrated, not 'fixed.' I provide a warm, non-judgmental space for adults with ADHD and anxiety to unmask and find balance. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths to help you navigate a world that wasn't exactly built for minds like yours. If you're tired of feeling like your brain is a browser with 50 tabs open, you’re in the right place. I help individuals with ADHD, PTSD, depression and anxiety and more move from 'overwhelmed' to 'organized' by building practical toolkits for time management and focus. We won't just talk about your challenges, we'll actively troubleshoot the obstacles keeping you stuck so you can feel more in control of your day-to-day life.

It never ceases to amaze me just how often I have to try to convince others that they are worthy SIMPLY because they exist. This includes you! I want to know who communicated to you that you are not enough and why you value the opinion of said person(s); these types of harmful beliefs are learned, not innate. Let's unlearn them together. Most of my early clinical work has been with children and adolescents with focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, trauma and various behavioral and emotional issues. I have worked in high-intensity and high-crisis environments from school to hospital settings. I am passionate about working with and creating a safe space for folks who belong to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I understand that belonging to a marginalized/oppressed group can result in barriers to achieving and maintaining optimal mental health. I am a cis/het woman doing my best to provide care that is equitable and gender-affirming. I'm always learning and growing as an ally; you will always be safe here. I am also always looking at things through a trauma-informed lens. I'm a busy working parent who understands how hard it can be to do it all. I am currently pursuing a certification in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders to be able to better support soon-to-be and new parents; this particular journey is no joke! I approach our first session with wanting to know what prompted you to book the session. This is because people usually book a therapy session with an issue in mind, or with a problem to solve. I assure you that if you are motivated to change your mindset and ready to work on yourself, that you will be able to feel more peaceful and calm with just one session, and you will leave knowing that you will be able to solve what is going on. We tend to be harsh and critical of ourselves thinking that will promote change when that only causes us to procrastinate and feel depression and anxiety. To address this I offer you my book endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama on self-forgiveness- find it on Amazon and in Barnes & Noble, "The Chiron Effect: Healing Our Core Wounds through Astrology, Empathy, and Self-Forgiveness." I offer you my podcast- "All Things Therapy," which can be found on iTunes and Spotify. It is a mental health and wellness-focused podcast with over 425 episodes related to mental health, fitness, and personal transformation for you to dig into. I intend that the show augments therapy and gives you a resource to look for topics you are facing in the show titles and then listen and apply what is offered and see how that changes things for you.

"You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think." -A.A. Milne We all struggle at times to see our inner strengths and capabilities due to the life experiences which have shaped us. I work in the belief that we each have everything we need to achieve a fulfilled and successful life already present within us; sometimes we just need a little help accessing it. Using a multi-modality approach I encourage my clients to work in the small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring us to self awareness, acceptance, and lasting change. I began my working career as an EMT in pre-hospital and Emergency Room settings. The desire to further my education and better serve my community led me to pursue becoming an LMFT. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandman University and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a dual emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Counseling from Brandman University. I have additional training and experience in Clinical Pastoral Education from the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base and have worked in both residential treatment and clinical settings. I have four sons and two grandchildren. In my off time I enjoy spending time in nature, photography, and attending baseball games with my husband of 25 years.

Maybe anxiety creeps in, thoughts get stuck on repeat, or there's a heaviness you can't quite shake. These are the kinds of crossroads I help people navigate. Hi! First, I want to thank you for visiting my page and giving me an opportunity to see how my therapeutic style can assist you with reducing your distress and increasing your life satisfaction. I am so honored that you have decided to review my profile and see if I am a good fit for your journey. I have been working as a therapist with a variety of mental health disorders and systemic family dynamics since 2015. I initially pursued a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and decided that was an unfulfilling career direction for me. Upon deciding to pursue a master’s degree, I decided to pursue the MFT field. Becoming and MFT was the career goal I had as a teenager, so you could say that pursuing the field is a lifelong dream come true. My methods of therapy are person led. I like to provide space, and safety to assist you with addressing the reasons you made the brave choice to pursue therapy. I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). It is a gentle, evidenced based method that uses mindfulness and increases coping skills to assist with achieving therapeutic goals. Additionally, I utilize the technique of Brainspotting that assists with deeper, difficult to resolve trauma. I am LGBTQ+ affirming therapist. I work with clients who are questioning, in their transition process, as well as those who are working on their mental health unrelated to their sexual and gender orientation. If necessary, I can consult with you if you need me to provide gender affirming letters when required for insurance and surgical and hormonal procedures. I really appreciate the time that you took to read through all this information, and I hope that it helps you make an informed decision.

Hello and welcome. First of all, I would like to congratulate you on your courage to take the first step in selecting a therapist. The thought of sharing intimate thoughts, struggles, and personal experiences can be overwhelming and frightening. I hope to help you feel confident that you have come to the right place to express your needs and work on feeling better. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) from California. I have over 12 years experience in providing services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, trauma, and other challenges. I have had the pleasure of working in various settings. For about seven years, I worked at a community mental health agency treating children, adolescents, adults, and families with a variety of needs especially those who have experienced trauma. I have found that each individual comes with their unique story and background. My first experience using telehealth was during the pandemic. With the increase of mental health needs, I discovered the importance of being able to provide services through the telehealth platform. It inspired me to continue to reach those clients who desire telehealth for various reasons. Life can be busy with schedules and finding time for therapy is not always easy. Telehealth can make therapy a little easier.

Greetings to All - I began the journey to become a therapist after leaving the military and battling cancer. I have been seeing clients since 2009 and have worked with children, adults, couples, veterans, and all manner of presenting issues. I specialize in helping people recover from trauma and especially complex or relational trauma. My style is to engage you with thought provoking questions, challenge disempowering thoughts and narratives, bolster your self care and self esteem, and help you value yourself in the same way you would someone you respect and admire.

Hi there! My name is Michael. I have my master's in clinical psychology, focusing on marriage and family therapy LMFT. I did my internship at Glendale Adventist Hospital, dual diagnosis program. I have extensive experience with Individuals experiencing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, OCD, trauma, couples therapy, and life transitions. You have lived a life experience that no one can teach about in a grad course. My philosophy is you will teach me much more than the classes I took. I look forward to hearing your story with compassion and empathy; you'll feel seen and understood. I take many CE units (I joined an unlimited program), read work related books just for fun, and truly enjoy my work and private life. I'm grateful for everything! Outside the office I have two adult children, love to water ski, play drums, race cars, and fix things.

I am a LPCC based in California, offering bilingual therapy in English and Spanish. With over ten years of experience, I provide culturally responsive, evidence informed care to adults and parents. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity development, and major life transitions, including relationship changes, loss, and shifts in family, work, or personal roles. Many of the individuals I work with feel disconnected from themselves, stuck in familiar relational patterns, or uncertain about how to move forward after a separation or significant life change. My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. As a Latinx immigrant, I bring a deep understanding of cultural identity and the complexities of navigating multiple cultural contexts into my work. I also draw from my lived experience as a parent to a nonbinary adult, which informs my commitment to gender-affirming and inclusive care. My approach is collaborative and empathetic, focused on helping clients reconnect with themselves, find emotional steadiness, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

Hi, I’m Cynthia. These are tough times, and many people are struggling. If you’re anxious, down, or facing life transitions or relationship issues, I’ll help you process it all, build coping strategies, and move toward the life you want. As a first-gen Latina, I understand issues around cultural identity, bias and assimilation. Please note: I don’t specialize in eating disorders, trauma, autism or substance use. Telehealth is not an adequate platform for working with suicidality. If you are suicidal, you can call 911 for the police, 988 for the national suicide hotline, or go to the nearest hospital.
