Hi, I’m Shahnoor, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering decolonized, deeply insightful, trauma informed therapy for people who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, create meaningful change, and break out of a survival pattern.
My work goes beyond simply managing symptoms. Together, we explore the patterns, protective responses, inner child wounds, relationship dynamics, and inherited beliefs that may be shaping your life beneath the surface. Through deep insight, compassionate shadow work, and honest self exploration, we make space for the parts of you that have been silenced, abandoned, or forced to survive.
My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in the understanding that healing does not happen in isolation from identity, family, culture, power, or lived experience. Therapy with me is a space to untangle what belongs to you from what was imposed upon you, reconnect with your authentic self, and move through old wounds with greater clarity, self trust, and intention.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you. You are not broken. It is about meeting yourself more fully, understanding the wisdom beneath your defenses, and transforming the wounds and patterns that keep you disconnected from your power. Together, we can uncover the roots, honor the ways you learned to survive, and build a life that feels more aligned, liberated, and fully your own.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an integrative approach to my work. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over ten years of experience, I specialize in trauma-informed care, CBT, and DBT to support individuals and couples. I am committed to fostering growth and resilience through a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Welcome! I'm Patricia Soto, a compassionate Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist committed to guiding individuals towards mental well-being and empowerment though all seasons in life. With a focus on addressing depression, self-esteem, anxiety, grief, life transitions, work-related stress, and challenges within relationships and families, I'm dedicated to helping you harness your innate strengths and work on your journey to healing and happiness.
Reaching out for help can be a very vulnerable experience, but also a great attribute of strength and resilience. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma in their life. Whether it's from childhood neglect, sexual assault, natural disaster, sudden death or other life circumstances. Trauma often creates patterns and loops that extend into many areas of a person's life, and can be challenging and painful to navigate. Sometimes the way people survive their trauma brings them more pain, adds to the chaos, and reinforces negative beliefs that perpetuate the cycle. I work to empower clients to understand and alter unhealthy cycles to strengthen and better their lives.
I am fluent in ASL American Sign Language and have worked with Deaf clients leaving domestic violence in both a shelter and outpatient therapy services. I have spent 2 years in correctional settings working with severely mentally ill patients and supporting their family members navigating having children with mental illness. I have also spent 2 years working with foster youth and foster parents in providing support to their placements, promoting healing and preserving relationships.
Note that online scheduling is limited. Broader scheduling options will be available to regularly scheduling clients. Please also note that I do not provide opinions about disability or fitness to return to work or other activities for clients who are not well-established at the time that the request for such opinion is made.
My career has enabled me to work with a variety of populations in the mental health field. My work is rewarding and feels more like a calling than a job. My goal is to provide my clients support and provide a safe space for them to express themselves. I listen and I care. Together we collaborate to create an individualized treatment plan to address your specific concerns. I make myself available, I’m flexible, and I am invested in your growth.
My name is Sandy Hagan, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of combined social services and mental health experience. I am currently licensed in the state of California, and I have been providing mental health therapy services to individual, couples, and families for more than 5 years. My dedicated work, genuineness, and passion as a clinician/therapist have been demonstrated in a variety of settings, which includes but not limited to: outpatient treatment programs, behavioral hospitals, residential treatment centers, hospice agencies, shelters, hospital settings, etc. I provide both in-person and telehealth services.
I work confidently with various populations of all ages, and I am culturally competent. I enjoy helping clients who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, chronic pain/chronic illness and ADD amongst many other issues, or those who just needs someone to listen during difficult times. I honor myself on building rapport and connection with my clients and creating an environment that fosters trust, safety, connection and growth.
My therapeutic style is trusting, safe, and warm. I am where you are at in your journey through these difficult times. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach includes the following, but not limited to cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral therapy, seeking safety, mindfulness and meditation, trauma informed, grief and loss, etc.
I await our healing journey!

Therapy has changed, and thankfully so. The old idea of spilling your heart out to someone who feels distant, judgmental, or out of touch does not work anymore. So let’s not do that.
I’m Jessica Milgrome, a licensed mental health clinician with 15 years of experience, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and a National Certified Counselor. I work with women navigating anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, burnout, and major life transitions.
My approach is modern, direct, and judgment-free. Therapy with me is a real conversation. No awkward silence. No walking on eggshells. No wondering if you said the wrong thing. We talk openly, focus on what actually helps, and skip techniques that do not fit your real life.
Sessions can be video or phone. If video feels too intense some days, that is okay. Therapy should feel supportive, practical, and human.
To share a bit about myself, I’m a big fan of stand-up comedy because laughing really is life. I look forward to Mondays for Spotify’s Discover Weekly playlists and live by the mantra, “When words fail, let the music speak.” I also share my life with six dogs.
I’m here to help you organize your thoughts, build confidence, set boundaries you can keep, and move forward feeling clearer and more grounded.

I warmly invite individuals from all cultural backgrounds, body sizes, sexual orientations, and identities to explore and embark on the healing process with me.
You don’t have to struggle alone!
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive place to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you are carrying. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients gently explore the parts of themselves that may feel overwhelmed, stuck, protective, or hurt. My hope is that through our work together, clients feel less alone, more self-compassionate, and more able to move through life with greater clarity and ease.
In our hectic world we often find ourselves afraid to take risks that could jeopardize the stable lives we have created for ourselves. We remain in jobs, relationships and old patterns that no longer work, while symptoms such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger and self-defeating patterns keep us from making real changes to our lives.
If that sounds like you, you are stuck. We can feel lost and alone when we are unable to move forward, whether in work or a personal relationship. Therapy can help you break free of that and thrive.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on teens, adults, and couples. I have worked with clients on concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family reunification.
I received my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I also minored in sociology.

My name is Dr. Sheilly Arora, and I have been a practicing psychologist for nearly 20 years. I genuinely love what I do and consider it a privilege to help people navigate life's challenges and improve their overall well-being.
I specialize in several evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety, chronic pain, insomnia, and PTSD. My primary clinical focus is **Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)**, the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for chronic sleep difficulties. It is incredibly rewarding to see how transformative this approach can be, and I look forward to helping you achieve more restful sleep and a better quality of life if insomnia has been affecting you.
Originally from the East Coast, I completed both my internship and postdoctoral training in California and have proudly called it home ever since. I feel fortunate to live and work in a community where I can do meaningful work helping others every day.
This version reads naturally for a professional website, highlights your expertise in CBT-I, and conveys warmth without sounding overly formal. If your audience is primarily veterans or patients in a medical setting, I can also make it feel a bit more approachable and relatable.

Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) offering telehealth services to individuals throughout California, Virginia, and Florida. I am the founder and clinical director of Theraperspectives Counseling, a remote telehealth private practice. My training ranges across modalities with specific focus in EMDR, mindfulness-based and psychodynamic approaches to support clients in developing insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. I have worked in this field since 2015 in various behavioral and mental health clinics, along with all levels of recovery treatment centers with addiction and dual diagnoses. I spend much of my free time with family and friends, dancing, reading, and traveling to new places near and far. All of which I look forward to integrating such activities, like or unlike these, within our therapy work together to better support your healing journey.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). I specialize in supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early transition into parenthood.
My experience working with families in the NICU is what really sparked my passion for this work. I saw firsthand how overwhelming, emotional, and isolating that experience can be—especially for parents of medically fragile or hospitalized newborns. That work continues to deeply shape how I support clients today.
I work with people navigating a wide range of perinatal experiences, including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity shifts, and the emotional challenges that can come with becoming a parent. This period of life can bring a lot of unexpected feelings, and it’s not uncommon to feel unsure, anxious, or unlike yourself.
I also recognize that opening up during pregnancy or postpartum can feel especially vulnerable, particularly when there’s fear of being judged or not feeling like the parent you “should” be. Many people carry a lot silently during this time, and it can take real courage to reach out for support. I aim to create a space that feels steady, supportive, and grounded, where you can talk openly about what you’re going through without feeling like you have to filter or hold back.
If you’re navigating a difficult pregnancy, postpartum experience, or early parenting challenges, you don’t have to go through it alone.

I’m a relational therapist who works with adults and couples seeking a more intentional, connected, and fulfilling way of living. Many of the people I work with feel caught in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, overfunctioning, or burnout—often finding it difficult to relax, be present, or feel truly connected to themselves or others.
I am in-network with Kaiser, Aetna and other insurance.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned, integrating insight-oriented and experiential work with practical tools. I support clients in understanding the patterns shaping how they think, feel, and relate—including the impact of upbringing, culture, and expectations—so they can reconnect with their internal compass. My goal is to help you align with your values and feel more grounded, authentic, and at ease in your life and relationships.

In my practice, I utilize a person-centered, solution-focused approach that prioritizes client autonomy and self-determination. I collaborate closely with clients to identify their unique challenges and barriers, empowering them to develop realistic and meaningful short-term and long-term goals. Together, we explore and optimize the therapeutic tools that clients have already been using, while considering the introduction of additional strategies when appropriate. My goal is to support clients in creating actionable plans that align with their values and aspirations, fostering resilience and sustainable growth in both their present lives and future endeavors.

Mr. Briceño is a therapist who values depth, presence, and intentionality in his work. He was drawn to this field through a desire to better understand himself and support his immediate family through difficult experiences, and that curiosity continues to guide how he practices today.
His professional journey has included working with individuals across the lifespan and life circumstances from ages 4-106. This has shaped his respect for resilience and the complexity of human experience. Those experiences reinforced his belief that therapy is most effective when it is grounded in empathy, reflection, and genuine human connection.
He approaches this work thoughtfully and with care. Is intentional about how he shows up with clients, prioritizing presence and understanding over labels or quick solutions. He values honest conversation, self-awareness, and creating spaces for people to explore their experiences in a way that feels grounded and respectful.
At his core, therapy is about understanding—understanding ourselves, our patterns, and what matters most to us. Supporting that process, and witnessing growth that comes from clarity and insight, is what continues to motivate him in this work.
