I am a licensed professional counselor (PhD, LPC, NCC) with years of experience supporting individuals across a wide range of mental health challenges. I am deeply committed to helping people explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe, supportive environment. My approach integrates evidence-based strategies with compassion and understanding, so clients can gain clarity, build resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
During our first session, I focus on getting to know you, understanding your goals, and exploring your current challenges. Together, we will discuss your history, identify what’s most important to you, and begin developing a plan that aligns with your needs. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing and can start making meaningful progress immediately.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to combine empathy with practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to each client’s needs. I am skilled at helping clients develop insight, manage emotions, and navigate complex challenges with confidence. I foster a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel supported and empowered to explore themselves fully, gain clarity, and make intentional, lasting changes that improve their mental health and overall quality of life.
My ideal clients are individuals who are motivated to understand themselves better, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful changes. They may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or relational difficulties. I work best with clients who are open to exploring their emotions, learning new coping strategies, and taking an active role in their growth, seeking a collaborative, nonjudgmental, and supportive counseling experience.
I provide person-centered, integrative counseling that is tailored to each client’s unique needs. I help clients understand and manage their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and build resilience. My approach draws from evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and strengths-based methods, to support clients in navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I focus on fostering self-awareness, intentional behavior change, and meaningful engagement in life, helping clients achieve personal growth and long-term well-being.
