Hello and Welcome! I’m grateful you’re here and choosing to prioritize yourself, even if it didn’t feel easy to take this step. A little bit about me: I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 16 years of clinical experience working with people across a wide range of life challenges from anxiety, depression, and chronic stress to relationship struggles, health issues, chronic illness or pain, life transitions, parenting pressures, and trauma recovery. I’ve supported clients in individual, couples, family, and group settings. Many of the clients I work with are used to being the strong one, the one that holds everything together for everyone else... but who don’t often have space to tend to their own needs.
In our work together, we’ll slow things down enough to understand what’s been weighing on you and why sometimes it feels so hard to move forward. Therapy with me is practical, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more grounded, steady, and confident in your day-to-day life. We’ll work on quieting the critical inner voice, easing anxiety and stress, and creating space for choices that feel more aligned with who you are and what you need right now.
If you’re ready for support that feels warm, thoughtful, and real... and a place where you don’t have to hold everything together... I’d be honored to walk alongside you :)
My name is Matt Gleason and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have had experience with both children and adults with a variety of struggles including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and psychotic disorders. I work collaboratively with you to work toward your personal goals and dreams. I consider myself client-centered which means that you are the expert on your own life and I want to work on what YOU find the most valuable in our sessions together. I utilize evidence based therapeutic modalities as well including CBT, DBT, Positive Psychology, and Motivational Interviewing. I am culturally responsive and utilize trauma informed care. I also exercise cultural humility with all of my clients and enjoy working with clients who may have been stigmatized including LGBTQ+ and all different racial/ethnic backgrounds. I enjoy working with all different faith/spiritual backgrounds. I can't wait to start our work together and look forward to helping you begin your therapeutic journey.
I am a bilingual and first generation Honduran American Marriage and Family Therapist who is based in California, born and raised in Los Angeles area. I received my masters at Pepperdine University and have been practicing therapy for the past 6 years. Over the past couple of years I have specialized in working with young and older adults from 18-70 years dealing with depression, anxiety and past traumas such as sexual, physical and emotional abuse.
Hello, i'm Randy. Despite having the title of being a therapist, I believe that no matter how many years of work experience a therapist has, and no matter how many credentials/degrees a therapist has, all of that goes out the window if they don't have the ability to click and level with their clients. Initiating therapy services may feel like a leap of faith; as one would have to initiate a process in which they will be meeting with a therapist who is a complete stranger to them in the beginning. So congratulations on taking the first step for seeking treatment !
I have worked with a variety of clientele throughout my career in the mental health field; which consisted of 3 years of working with adults, and 3 years of working with children/adolescents aged 3-17, as well as the adult population. My goal is to provide support to adults who are experiencing difficulties reaching their full potential in life due to both internal and external hardships.
Welcome! I'm Mia Grajeda-Willard, LCSW. I am the proud spouse of a Marine Corp. veteran and the granddaughter of a World War II veteran. These amazing humans are proud of their military service and the legacy it provides their families for generations to come. While that is true, what is also true is that transitioning from military life back to civilian life was a struggle for them, as I know it is for many veterans and their families.
I have committed my career to serving those who served this country by walking alongside veterans, and their family members to affirm their identity, transition back to civilian life, heal from painful traumas, and reconcile ruptures in relationships that may have resulted in challenges from military life or pre-military childhood upbringings.
It's time for a change. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, frustrated, or held back by self-doubt, perfectionism, ADHD-related challenges, or imposter syndrome, know that you do not have to keep living this way. Change is possible, and you don't have to figure it out on your own. The life you want is often closer than it feels, and taking the first step can make all the difference.
I help leaders, athletes, and performers develop greater self-confidence, resilience, and self-awareness so they can perform at their best. Whether your goals involve improving your career, strengthening relationships, enhancing performance, becoming a more effective leader, or simply feeling more fulfilled in everyday life, I am passionate about helping people overcome the obstacles that stand in their way.
My approach combines more than 20 years of experience in military mental health with a specialization in sport and performance psychology. This unique background allows me to understand challenges from multiple perspectives and tailor strategies to your specific needs. I recognize that success is not just about working hard; it is about understanding yourself, leveraging your strengths, and developing the skills necessary to thrive under pressure.
Together, we will identify what is holding you back, build on what is already working, and create a practical plan to help you move forward with confidence. My goal is to provide a supportive, challenging, and results-oriented environment where you can develop the tools needed to create meaningful and lasting change.
You have already taken an important step by exploring your options. The next step is deciding that your growth, well-being, and future are worth investing in. I invite you to take that step today by scheduling an appointment and beginning to build the life you want to live.
You deserve to feel well and live your most authentic life. I provide tools to help you embrace a deeper understanding of yourself, strengthen your coping mechanisms, improve your mood, and thrive with increased daily functioning, self-efficacy, self-esteem, self-awareness, and authentic self-expression.
When life feels overwhelming, our minds can convince us that we are alone in our daily challenges and during our most difficult times. We get used to handling it on our own. I believe there is a better way. Working with a psychotherapist who can deeply connect with where you are on your healing journey can be transformative. Transformation might look like addressing symptoms, resolving a problem, or seeking something more. By guiding you to deeper insights and clearer understandings, together, we are better able to confront the barriers that may be holding you back from the life you want to live.
As a therapist I am very down to earth and practical. I meet clients where they are and provide them the tools that can be useful in everyday struggles. I listen to what has worked and what has not worked and work with them to find a solution that fits their life and lifestyle. I am direct and work collaboratively with my clients.
Trauma, Anxiety, PTSD, and Grief Therapy—Helping You Feel Safe, Empowered, and in Control Again
When you've experienced trauma, it can feel like your mind and body are constantly on alert, making it difficult to trust yourself, connect with others, or find peace in everyday life. You may struggle with anxiety, overwhelming emotions, intrusive memories, grief, self-doubt, or feeling stuck in survival mode. Healing is possible, and you do not have to navigate it alone.
I specialize in helping individuals recover from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, childhood wounds, grief, and difficult life experiences. Using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can process painful experiences without judgment, develop practical coping skills, and build greater emotional resilience. Together, we will work to help you feel more grounded, strengthen your confidence, improve your relationships, and create a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your values. My goal is not only to help you manage symptoms but to support lasting healing and personal growth.
"You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think."
-A.A. Milne
We all struggle at times to see our inner strengths and capabilities due to the life experiences which have shaped us. I work in the belief that we each have everything we need to achieve a fulfilled and successful life already present within us; sometimes we just need a little help accessing it. Using a multi-modality approach I encourage my clients to work in the small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring us to self awareness, acceptance, and lasting change.
I began my working career as an EMT in pre-hospital and Emergency Room settings. The desire to further my education and better serve my community led me to pursue becoming an LMFT. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandman University and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a dual emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Counseling from Brandman University. I have additional training and experience in Clinical Pastoral Education from the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base and have worked in both residential treatment and clinical settings.
I have four sons and two grandchildren. In my off time I enjoy spending time in nature, photography, and attending baseball games with my husband of 25 years.
With all of my clients, the priority is to connect – connection breeds trust – trust breeds comfort – and when you’re comfortable within your environment, you have a good foundation from which to start venturing down the path of your individualized therapy. When you feel comfortable enough to be honest about your anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, relationship struggles, trauma, or life stressors, real work can begin.
The reason why I choose the work I do, is because psychology is incredibly dynamic – no two people are the same. Many of us share similar moments in life, but the way in which those experiences affect us, is as individualized as each person I work with. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, your story deserves its own structure.
I'm a CA and OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns. I bring both deep clinical experience and a very human understanding of how hard it can be to ask for help.
My approach is collaborative, honest, and practical. I use evidence-based modalities such as DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and systems-based work, always tailored to your goals and lived experience. Therapy with me is about gaining insight, building skills, and creating real, sustainable change.
Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling more grounded, more confident in their choices, and better equipped to handle emotions and relationships with clarity and self-trust. My goal is to help you feel less overwhelmed, more connected, and more aligned with the life you want to build.
Through connection, empathy and a non-judgmental approach, I offer ways to help you discover what may be blocking you from finding your true path in life. By not seeing an individual for what symptoms they have or what is affecting them, I am more interested in helping you find what is the cause of symptoms and how to process them.
I work with adults from all backgrounds. I am also open to any culture, belief, identification or orientation. All are welcome. I base all individual therapy on a client-focused approach and adapt sessions to the needs of each person.

Hello! I love meeting people where they are, and helping them transition to their next best thing. Whether it be transitioning from college to adult life, or perimenopause ladies rocking into their next best self, I love being there to support when you're unsure and to reflect and help processing things that just making sense...yet! Transitions can make us anxious for trying something new, or depressed from letting something go. Hi — I’m Zach Rehbein-Jones, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Wisconsin and California. I specialize in helping adultsnavigate anxiety, depression, and substance-use challenges. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, I draw on both professional training and personal experience — I’ve been in recovery for over seven years — to create a warm, strength-based space. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you tap into your resilience and build meaningful, lasting change.
Do you find yourself constantly questioning yourself, overthinking conversations, or wondering why your relationships leave you feeling confused, anxious, or emotionally drained? Maybe you've become so focused on keeping the peace or meeting everyone else's needs that you've lost sight of your own.
Many of the adults I work with begin to realize these patterns didn't start overnight. They often developed in childhood or through painful relationships that shaped how they see themselves, trust others, and respond to conflict, stress, and rejection. Even when you know something isn't healthy, changing those patterns can feel incredibly difficult.
As a bilingual (English-Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of experience, I help adults move beyond simply managing symptoms. Together, we'll explore the deeper patterns driving your anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or relationship struggles while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. My goal is to help you better understand your experiences, strengthen your sense of self, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based out of Northern California. I began working in mental health in 2012 and have a deep passion for the work that I do. I graduated with my Master's in Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix in 2019 and have been practicing as a therapist ever since. My career began in community based mental health, where I passionately served impoverished families, those navigating addiction, and crisis management. I value taking time to build strong relationships with the clients I serve and moving towards therapy full time has allowed me the space to cultivate long lasting relationships with clients.
Hi, I'm Juliana! I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2014; graduated from Cal State Northridge in 2008. I value the importance of human connection and collaboration. The relationship and connection which a client and therapist develop between them is the single biggest factor for successful psychotherapy. Thank you for taking the first step in taking care of yourself and your needs.

You might be at a turning point. Drained by work or the people around you, disconnected from whatever used to give things meaning, or trying to find your footing after a major life change. Maybe anxiety creeps in, thoughts get stuck on repeat, or there's a heaviness you can't quite shake. These are the kinds of crossroads I help people navigate.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Sacramento. My background spans community mental health, residential treatment, and crisis intervention, with a focus on addiction recovery, trauma, and complex life transitions. Before that, 15 years in the arts and nonprofit world gave me a close-up view of the burnout that people who give a lot of themselves often carry quietly.
Hello! I’m excited to be a part of the team at Grow Therapy. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and I completed my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from California Lutheran University in 2016. The way your course of therapy unfolds will depend on a number of things, including your goals for therapy, your strengths, and your history. In our sessions, I will be focusing on understanding your needs and goals, and getting to know you as a whole person. By exploring your current life and personal history, we develop an understanding of why you think, feel and behave as you do.
Therapy is a place to focus on yourself, which is a rare opportunity in our extraordinarily busy lives. Therapy can help you solve a specific problem, provide symptom relief, gain more general self-acceptance, as well as create personal change. I work collaboratively with individuals struggling with issues including: Anxiety and Panic, Depression, Emotion Dysregulation, Trauma, Insecurity and Fearfulness, Problems with Alcohol and Drug-Use, Grief and Loss, Self-Acceptance, Stress, Sexuality, Relationship Difficulties, and Peak Performance. I utilize evidence-based techniques including CBT and DBT, and have found through experience that these methods combine well with psychodynamic/insight oriented therapies. My knowledge, experience, and care are dedicated to helping clients meet their goals and live a more fulfilled life.
Hello, my name is Jennifer, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. Over the past 17+ years I have predominately worked with children and adolescents and their families. I specialize in working with this population. My goal is not to just treat the child, but also to equip the parents to be able to help their child in the home. My goal is "parent as therapist." While I love my time each week with my client, the parents are the ones doing the real work in the home. As a parent, I know that one of the most difficult feelings is seeing your child struggling and not knowing how to help. My goal is to help the child while also training up the parents to heal the entire family. My preferred methods of treatment are CBT and PCIT as I believe they offer tools to help families quickly and effectively.

I approach our first session with wanting to know what prompted you to book the session. This is because people usually book a therapy session with an issue in mind, or with a problem to solve. I assure you that if you are motivated to change your mindset and ready to work on yourself, that you will be able to feel more peaceful and calm with just one session, and you will leave knowing that you will be able to solve what is going on.
We tend to be harsh and critical of ourselves thinking that will promote change when that only causes us to procrastinate and feel depression and anxiety. To address this I offer you my book endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama on self-forgiveness- find it on Amazon and in Barnes & Noble, "The Chiron Effect: Healing Our Core Wounds through Astrology, Empathy, and Self-Forgiveness."
I offer you my podcast- "All Things Therapy," which can be found on iTunes and Spotify. It is a mental health and wellness-focused podcast with over 425 episodes related to mental health, fitness, and personal transformation for you to dig into. I intend that the show augments therapy and gives you a resource to look for topics you are facing in the show titles and then listen and apply what is offered and see how that changes things for you.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and private practice therapist with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. I’m a therapist who primarily works with men dealing with relationship struggles, trauma, and anxiety that’s started to affect work, family, and daily life. I’ve worked in a men’s trauma center as well as in private practice, so I’m very comfortable sitting with the heavier stuff that most guys have learned to keep to themselves. My style is direct, non‑judgmental, and very relational, think real conversation, honest feedback, and a focus on what actually helps you feel and live better, not just “talking about your feelings” for an hour.
In the field since 1994, licensed since 2001, I spent the first 10 years working with seniors, even leading a bereavement group where we had a relationship and marriage bloom between two of the participants. Since then, I've worked with adults of all ages, many of whom are at a crossroads in some area of their life. My style is eclectic, primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help people learn the skills that can help them function better on a day to day basis as they deal with the impact of life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and communication issues.
Having a hard time getting through the day? Struggling to cope in areas that others make look "Easy"? I have years of personal, professional and social experience in helping people who feel this way. As a clinician I focus on mindfulness and internal growth. My mission is to reach as many people as possible who may be suffering in silence and/or don't feel heard. I hope that through strong professional support my clients can make and achieve their goals. My desire is to assist those who work with me in living their best emotionally healthy lives.
Hello, my name is Enrique Botello. Glad you are seeking support.
Life is not all about sunshine and rainbows but a good thing that they do exist right. Often, life will confront us with emotional obstacles that will make us feel stuck or that there is no hope. I help people to reach their best version of themselves even when life throws rocks at them.
Whether you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or other serious mental health symptoms, there is always hope. The use of evidence-based therapeutic modalities will be a process that will help people at different recovery times. No matter how long the road to the best version of yourself might take you, I will be alongside you.
Finally, although not a requirement, I specialize in working with athletes of all ages. Sports create a lot of pressure in and out of the sport. Whether it is keeping grades up during school to continue to play a sport or a professional athlete having personal problems. I am here for you.
*To ensure enough time for your appointment, please make the appointment on Saturdays at the start of the hour. For example 9:00 am or 11:00 am.
For Thursday evening, it is only scheduled for 6:30 pm.

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist. My Grow practice is focused exclusively on insomnia. I work with clients who have difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, waking too early, or feeling anxious and frustrated about sleep. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), a structured, evidence-based treatment that addresses the thoughts and behaviors that keep insomnia going. Our sessions will focus specifically on understanding and improving your sleep rather than providing general therapy for unrelated concerns. We will use sleep tracking and practical strategies tailored to your patterns, with the goal of helping you sleep more consistently and feel more confident in your ability to manage occasional difficult nights.
Hi there, I'm Edward, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a diverse background in my years working in the mental health field which includes having two Masters in Social Work and Criminal Justice. I have worked with families, individuals, and couples, with issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, thought disorders, and emotional disturbances. I have worked in a variety of different settings that have helped me develop a unique skill set in addressing overall mental health. Some examples include outpatient/inpatient care, hospice, the prison system, and the education system.
My approach is collaborative and I strive to make my patients feel understood and heard throughout the process. I often explain to them that even though I may be the professional, they are the professionals of their own lives and it's just an honor to play a small part in supporting them.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I offer compassionate and professional therapeutic guidance to address problematic situations negatively impacting your overall functioning (in relationships, work, or general overall life). I identify as queer, fat, femme and have a mixture of indigenous and colonizer DNA. I share this first because the way we identify matters. Many reasons and factors stop us from being ourselves around others and often, when we can't fully live who we are, our mental health suffers. If that's you, I'm here to help. We can work through body image issues, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict management together if you're willing to do the work of honestly engaging in therapy with me.
I grew up on the East Coast to immigrant parents from Colombia and lived in SoCal for 15 years and recently moved back home to be near my parents. I have a rescued pitbull that brings me lots of peace and joy and you might see him napping behind me via telehealth sessions. I enjoy hiking, cooking, reading (fiction for fun), and taking care of my indoor plants. I love learning about indigenous wisdom/practices from all over the world, herbalism, tarot, and other healing practices and beliefs that folks use to find meaning and wellness. Last but not least, I really love my job! And I do it because I believe in it and have witnessed many people shift, grow, break patterns and learn new ones that significantly improve quality of life.
If you're curious but unsure if I'd be the right fit for you, email me and we can schedule a 15 minute chat (free of charge) where you can get a better idea and ask a few questions to find out if this would be a good option for you. Please keep your email short and only include your interest in scheduling a 15 minute call and 1 or 2 sentences of what you're looking for. My email is: ericaarizalcsw @ gmail.com

It's easy to overlook our need for self-care when we're busy taking care of other aspects of our lives. Our priorities often revolve around work and our family's well-being, leaving us at the bottom of our list. My aim is to encourage self-determination through therapy. During our therapeutic relationship, we will work together to achieve your goals and find new ways to overcome obstacles and crises. We'll collaborate on identifying your strengths, as it's important to recognize how your current mindset and decisions are impacting the challenges you face in life.
Hi, I’m Fabiola Serrano, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a first-generation Latina who understands the unique responsibilities and pressures that often come with being the first in your family to navigate new opportunities, expectations, and challenges. I also recognize anxiety as part of the human experience and have personally learned how important it is to develop healthy ways to manage it. I work with first-generation adults and teens who struggle with anxiety, low self-worth, and relationship difficulties, especially those who feel overwhelmed by strong emotions, family obligations, or the need to “hold it all together.” My approach blends evidence-based therapies with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and practical coping strategies, including the importance of staying active. Together, we’ll focus on building emotional balance, confidence, and healthier boundaries while honoring your values and goals.

It is essential for me to help you work on your issues without fear of criticism and a secure sense that you feel accepted. I strive to create a safe, productive place for you to grow, learn and change. I take a comprehensive approach in my work so that we may consider your life experiences, biology and social environment - all of which influence who you are. We will work collaboratively to identify and change repetitive patterns that may be getting in your way. I work with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, depression/ mood disorders, anxiety, as well as various other issues as they pertain to relationships. I have had success in working with individuals who struggle with high emotional reactivity, as well as having difficulty coping and self soothing.
Through this journey, we will work together to understand and improve each unique life circumstance.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Master's degree from the University of Michigan. I have been practicing as a clinician for the past 9 years and have been in private practice for the past 5 years. I love my career and what it has enabled me to do. I help my clients normalize their mental health journey.
Welcome to my practice!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and licensed in WA with more than 20 years of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, anger issues, and self-harm ideation and behaviors. I want to get to know you and what might be happening with you that you are seeking counseling for. Many times people come to therapy when they are in some type of distress. Sometimes this is conscious and sometimes not. If you are struggling or distressed for some reason or grieving a loss in life, ( or not sure but something has changed) I would like to see how we can work in therapy.
The way we work will depend on the issues you bring to therapy. I have experience with different approaches to therapy including but not limited to HUMANISTIC THERAPY (includes the importance of personal responsibility, and a positive, non-judgmental approach), STRUCTURAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (includes the importance of family structure and healthy boundaries), GOTTMAN (includes helping couples communicate better, resolve conflicts constructively, and create a shared sense of meaning), CBT (generally includes a short-term approach that helps you identify and change negative or unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior to improve your mood and overall well-being).
