My passion for helping others navigate life's challenges has driven me since childhood. I was drawn to understanding human behavior and relationships, which led me to psychology. What fuels my dedication is witnessing the transformative power of therapy—seeing clients overcome obstacles, develop insight, and cultivate resilience.
I help individuals navigate life's complexities with compassion and insight. My approach emphasizes how the past shapes the future, with a special focus on neurodivergent individuals and child development. I empower clients to embrace their strengths and overcome challenges, fostering growth and resilience.
Hello, my name is De Anna Dove. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the greater Los Angeles area. I’ve been practicing in this field for 3+ years, specializing in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, PTSD, depression, and trauma.
First, congratulations on taking the first step on the journey towards a better you. There are times when we feel a loss of peace and uncertainty due to life circumstances like losing a loved one, experiencing trauma, feeling overwhelmed, family problems, and more. Not addressing trauma or stressors can lead to diminished mental health, which may lead to poor health and a poor quality of life. I am an empathetic therapist with a passion to create a safe space where clients can be heard and seen. I have a passion for helping others find healing and growth in their lives and in their relationships with others.
I am an LCSW and a military veteran specializing in trauma and addiction. I believe that effective therapy must be a safe foundation, built on unwavering commitment and ethical practice. My practice is a collaborative space where rapport is established through trust while a custom plan of treatment is mutually established specifically for resolving resistance to your wellness and achieving long-term stability.
In life, we all go through moments when we need support, clarity, and a safe place to explore what’s getting in the way. My goal is to offer a flexible, creative, and non-judgmental space where you can heal and understand yourself more deeply. I work with older teens, young adults, and individuals navigating big transitions—identity exploration, relationships, school, work, and the pressure of stepping into adulthood. I also support LGBTQIA2S+ clients and provide gender-affirming letters.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Seeking Safety, and the Gottman Method for couples. I value meeting you where you are and using creativity, mindfulness, and curiosity to support your growth.
I'm Sheldon like the TV show! (Big Bang Theory). I help analytical high-achieving adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety and depression untangle their inner world and reconnect with their deeper self-using insight-driven therapy, dream exploration, and a creative lens that helps them uncover what's been buried beneath the surface.
Do you often say, "I'm successful on the outside but exhausted and anxious inside," "overthinking everything, but still feeling stuck," or being in a "constant sense of restlessness or dissatisfaction," or being a person who "struggles to access or name emotions clearly." I help clients have greater awareness and emotional clarity and begin to feel grounded, self-trusting and more internally connected. I hope to reduce anxiety and depression symptoms through deeper insight and ability to recognize and break unconscious patterns. I help clients discover meaning through creative exploration, and dream work. I want clients to increase their confidence in navigating relationships and decisions and moving from analysis paralysis to self-acceptance and expression.
My areas of expertise are in Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Mental Illness, Risk Assessment, Trauma, PTSD and Substance Abuse Disorders.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Board Certified Registered Art Therapist. I received my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Notre Dame de Namur University. Classes in the MFT program also met the requirements for the American Art therapy Association for art therapy.
I am also a Christian and provide therapy from that perspective for those who want their faith to be a part of the therapy process. I believe our spiritual well-being and relationship with God can have a significant influence on all other areas of our lives including mental health. I have a holistic approach to therapy looking at how mental, physical, and spiritual health impact each other in both positive and negative ways.
I have experience in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) supporting clients in gaining a healthier relationship with their thoughts and feelings. I have worked extensively with clients in coping with depression, stress and anxiety, as well as in processing grief, loss, and life transitions. I am passionate about making mental health services more readily available to those who need it and normalizing the need for them.
Hola! I go by Ruth! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). For me, therapy is a place where you can be you, be free of judgment, and, most importantly, connect and feel understood with whatever struggles are taking place. My communication style is warm and encouraging. Creating a safe space and an accommodating environment in sessions is always my priority.
My values as a therapist include openness, non-judgment, empathy, cultural humility, strength based, and unconditional positive regard. My approach is integrative and centers the needs of my clients; I utilize active interventions involving cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused-therapy, motivational interviewing, grief and loss, to name a few. I aspire to cultivate a trusting, safe and empowering space for the people I serve. I place a lot of emphasis on building a therapeutic relationship with patients that allows for authentic self-expression.
I am Karina Ramirez, a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s emotional and relational challenges. I am Brandy Stewart, a licensed clinical social worker in California with 19 years of clinical experience serving children, adolescents, transition age youth, adults and families. I help individuals who struggle with managing relationship issues resolve interpersonal conflicts to promote healthy overall functioning. I also help people manage emotional distress and conflict, as they heal from the past, in order to achieve a greater wellbeing.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that healing happens best in a space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. I don’t come to this work believing that life is easy or that growth happens without struggle—I’ve been through hard times myself, and those experiences shape the way I show up for my clients: with empathy, humility, and respect for how tough life can be.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed practices to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills for everyday life. I work at your pace, honoring your story and your strengths, not just your symptoms.
I work with individuals, teens, and families experiencing emotional distress related to eating disorders, trauma, grief and loss, addiction, suicidal thoughts, relationship challenges, and family disturbances. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted, I aim to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and find steadier ground.
Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reconnect with your resilience, learn new ways to cope, and create a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and aligned with who you are. You don’t have to do this alone—I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
Hi, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my master's in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University in California and have been practicing for the last 8 years. Adversity is a part of life and we all experience it and feel isolated. However, I believe it can be an opportunity to grow stronger. I use strength-based supportive approaches that promote growth and healing. My approach focuses on deep care and respect for you. I value your experiences, thoughts, and feelings and apply a non-judgmental stance making my sessions a comfortable experience. I focus on providing a collaborative and supportive environment where you can express yourself freely.
Hello, my name is Tara. I have been working in the mental health field for over 8 years. I understand that therapy can feel like a significant step, and I congratulate you on taking the first step on your journey. I specialize in helping navigate life transitions, anxiety, and self-doubt. My goal is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself, gain insight, and take steps toward personal growth. Please note I do not work weekends or after 3pm. I want to be transparent with scheduling, if a spot is open that is most likely the time I have available for follow up appointments.
Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my undergrad from California State University of San Bernardino, my Masters and Doctorate from Argosy University in Southern California. I have been Practicing in Mental Health for over 10 years. I have worked with children, adolescent to adults from behavior issue, family to working with those individuals incarcerated.
As a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), I specialize in supporting first-generation individuals and those who have experienced trauma, postpartum, anxiety, depression, and family challenges. My therapeutic approach integrates client-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic work to offer a holistic and personalized treatment plan that addresses both the mind and body.
I deeply value creating a safe, collaborative, and empathetic space where clients feel heard and supported. My goal is to help clients process past experiences, gain self-acceptance, and build empowerment and confidence. I believe that therapy is a partnership, and I work closely with clients to explore their feelings, foster self-awareness, and help them develop the tools to thrive in their relationships—with themselves, their families, and their partners.
Over the past 6 years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, with a particular focus on first-generation immigrants. I offer services in both English and Spanish and find great fulfillment in helping clients navigate the unique pressures and challenges that come with balancing multiple cultural identities.
I started my professional career in child welfare. I transitioned to mental health and primarily work with adolescents, providing mental health resources and interventions and family supports. I am open to meeting with clients during some weekday evening hours and some weekends as well. I hope to provide you the space and support needed to help guide you through your current distress.
You may be coming to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down by patterns that keep repeating in your life or relationships—or by a situation that has disrupted your sense of stability. You might be navigating a loss, a major transition, or ongoing pressure that has left you depleted. Your body and emotions may be holding more than words alone can explain. I offer a relational, trauma-informed space where we can slow down together and create more choice in otherwise habitual patterns of responding. Over time, many people feel more at ease in their bodies, clearer about their needs, and more confident in how they relate to others and themselves.
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist dedicated to helping people, just like you. I use integrative techniques and tools to help you get in touch with your inner thoughts and intuition so you can lead a happier and more thoughtful life. I create a safe and empathetic space where we can truly talk about anything. I am here to be a guide. I love helping people learn more about who they are and how to enjoy their life more. I enjoy watching people learn how to advocate for themselves. I think having the chance to build a relationship with someone who is reaching out during a challenging time is a gift. I look forward to the times when my clients become empowered and grow throughout the process. I am privileged to hear every person’s life story and their experiences. I enjoy exploring how each client would like to change or add to their story.

Hi, I’m Amy a wife and mom of three, including a 6-year-old son with significant medical needs, which has shaped so much of who I am as a person and as a therapist. Life can send us on unexpected journeys that shatter our world, and from my own experience, I believe therapy provides the grounding and skills that make those moments survivable and even transformative. My goal is to offer a compassionate space where you can learn tools, feel understood, and move toward peace at your own pace.
