I am an integrative therapist who draws from person-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral approaches to provide individualized and compassionate care. I have extensive experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, women’s issues, and life transitions. I tailor the therapeutic process to each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and goals, ensuring that treatment is both personalized and meaningful.
My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship. I come alongside clients in their journey, helping them develop effective coping skills, uncover and understand maladaptive patterns rooted in past experiences, and build greater self-awareness. Through this process, clients are empowered to reconnect with their authentic selves, strengthen resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. My goal is not only to reduce symptoms, but to help individuals thrive with confidence, clarity, and a deeper sense of purpose.
At a young age, I came to the United States from Pakistan through an arranged marriage. My experience as a young woman fresh to this country inspired my journey to making a difference in the community through activism and therapy. I went through my own therapeutic journey and now am excited to help my clients empower themselves in their narrative paths.
