Hi, I’m Lhia and I am a Social Worker, counselor, therapist, support person, guide and confidante. With 30 years of professional social work experience I know that resiliency and hope are possible. I believe that YOU can change YOUR world. Let's start this journey together.
I strive to provide my clients with a safe haven to allow for their presence to settle and their existence to be validated. Here you are permitted and encouraged to discover your own strengths, learn your own truth, gain self confidence and worthiness, and believe in yourself! I support people who are feeling lost, struggling with strong emotions, are experiencing significant grief and pain and are READY for CHANGE.
Together, we will tailor a treatment plan and journey that is unique to you, utilizing a strength based and client centered approach. Along the way we will utilize various therapeutic modalities that fit your goals of counseling. I specialize in working with teens, adults and seniors who are experiencing challenges with emotional identification and regulation, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and other significant life transitions including end of life regardless of the age and stage of development. Adjustments to significant medical issues and addressing past trauma are additional specialties.
Hi, Hola! My name is Patricia Leon, and I am a Spanish/English Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Are your children struggling to manage their emotions? Are behavioral concerns affecting their performance at school, friendships, or relationships with others? Are you experiencing challenges with parenting or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life? If so, I may be able to help.
I believe that everyone encounters challenges and struggles throughout life that can sometimes feel overwhelming and impact overall well-being. My goal is to support individuals and families in developing healthier coping strategies, strengthening emotional regulation, building resilience, and navigating life’s challenges within a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from a variety of modalities and interventions. I tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and goals, with an emphasis on personal growth, healing, and meaningful change.
Whether you or your family are navigating emotional, behavioral, relational, or life-transition challenges, you do not have to face them alone. I would be honored to support you on your journey toward greater emotional well-being and resilience.
Hi! I'm Genisis.
I’m a first-generation, bilingual Latina Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and specialize in supporting children, teenagers and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I help people who are feeling tired of feeling “tired”, overwhelmed or stuck. Many clients come in feeling unseen, weighed down, or burnt out. If that sounds familiar, you are not alone and you are in the right place.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine. Though my title says "Marriage and Family," my door is open to individuals, couples, and families alike, because pain doesn't always fit neatly into one category, and neither does healing.
My clients often arrive having carried their struggles alone for far too long. Maybe it's crushing stress that follows them from morning to night. Maybe it's anxiety that hums beneath the surface, never quite letting them rest. Maybe it's a relationship that once felt like home but now feels like a battlefield. Or maybe there's no name for it at all, just a quiet, persistent sense that something isn't right.
I understand that place. I've sat with people in their darkest moments, in psychiatric facilities, in schools, in the quiet corners of their own lives, and I've witnessed both profound suffering and extraordinary resilience. I've learned that healing rarely happens in a single breakthrough. It happens in the steady, patient work of being seen, understood, and challenged to grow.
Now in private practice, I offer something different from the quick fixes and surface-level solutions that so often leave people feeling unheard. I offer sustained, meaningful work, the kind that takes time, honesty, and courage. Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, relationship wounds, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to walk alongside you. Not to rush you. Not to judge you. But to help you find your way back to yourself, one honest conversation at a time.
I’m dedicated to helping adults and families navigate the complexities of life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, adjustment challenges, grief and loss, relationship stress, and self-esteem issues. With over 15 years of experience in social services, I bring a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware lens to the therapeutic relationship. My passion lies in helping individuals strengthen communication, set healthy boundaries, express emotions, and reconnect with their sense of self.
I believe everyone deserves to feel happy, healthy, and fulfilled. That's why I offer a supportive and confidential space for individuals, couples, and families to explore their mental and emotional well-being. I consider all aspects of an individual and implement a bio-psycho-social-spiritual, culturally-sensitive and client-centered approach with individuals, couples, and families .

People who work with me get a lot of clarity about the next steps in their mental health journey, confidence that they are doing what they can to reach their goals, and tools for navigating mental health needs in the complex and ever-changing world we live in.
As a veteran therapist in my 70s, I've helped hundreds get to where they want to go. I'll come along side you - not as a sage on the stage but a guide on the side. We'll work together to explore where you've been, where you are, and where you want to go - at your pace, in your style, on your own terms. I provide a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit. I specialize in working with adults navigating through grief, failures, losses, depression, anxietym betrayals, uncertainties, setbacks, traumas, etc. I customize our sessions to your needs and wants (integrating client-centered, DBT, ACT, experiential, solution focused, and narrative modalities, from a faith-based perspective if desired). One of my life's mottos is "to see the best and to bring out the best in others." We'll explore and build on your strengths as we work towards moving from old patterns of thinking, feeling, and being that have held you back to becoming more of the best version of yourself.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not like yourself lately, you’re not alone! Hi, I'm Dr. Griffiths - a clinical psychologist who works with children, teens, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Reaching out for support can be difficult, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and not alone in what you’re going through.
I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents, and I also enjoy supporting adults as they navigate life transitions, stress, and emotional challenges. I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-harm, eating disorders, and autism spectrum disorder. I’ve also worked in higher levels of care and with individuals transitioning from recent hospitalization, which has deepened my understanding of how important it is to feel supported during vulnerable times.
My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I meet you where you are and tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to help with emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and building healthier relationships.
Whether you’re seeking support for something specific or just know that something doesn’t feel quite right, therapy can be a place to better understand yourself and begin making meaningful changes. I’d be honored to be part of that process with you.
I’m a bilingual Latina therapist. I support individuals who feel stuck overwhelmed with emotions or painful relationship patterns. Many of my clients are super caring personas que dan mucho, sometimes to their own detriment. I specialize in helping those getting better from difficult or unhealthy relationships, including survivors of domestic violence. My approach is warm, honest, and culturally attuned, so you can feel truly understood while also supported in creating real change.

I'm a husband, a new father, and an uncle of 5. These are the things I'm the most proud of in my life and they help shape who I am as a person and a therapist.
I spent decades helping people with their physical health before transitioning to psychology. I've learned over the years that in order to unlock our highest level of functioning, we have to create a lifestyle that is dedicated to both our mental and physical well-being. My practice objective is to help you create and sustain that lifestyle.
Hi, I'm Abbey! I'm a licensed clinical social worker in California. After four years of working in substance abuse treatment, I have been excited to expand the ways I can support people in their healing journeys by starting a part-time private practice. For a year and a half, I have been working with clients to provide both long-term, ongoing mental health support and short-term, solution-focused therapy with maintenance sessions provided as needed.
Welcome! I'm Andrea Irvine, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I work with adults struggling with the impacts of a life transition or ADHD and are ready to understand how their nervous system shapes their mood, habits, and coping with day-to-day challenges. Has your life changed in such a way that your happiness, sense of self, or health is now affected? Are you feeling overwhelmed, cycling through feelings of anxiety, depression, or grief? Life changes and challenges can negatively affect our overall well-being, relationships, and work and it's not uncommon to feel stuck, fearful, depleted, or disappointed. Seeking support through therapy can be an important resource and an opportunity for you to make positive, long-term changes in your life. I am committed to providing you with a safe, compassionate and collaborative space where you may bring your whole self and we can focus on the interconnection between your mind and body. Together, we will explore your concerns, identify your needs and goals, and practice skills to support your healing and personal journey to wellness.
I bring over 15 years of clinical experience working with adults from various backgrounds and cultures. In addition to therapy, I worked in large hospital systems as part of the medical team and specialized in crisis intervention and support services for patients and their caregivers in the Intensive Care Units. I have a passion for helping others and I'm here to support you.
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) with a concentration in Health from UC Berkeley and a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Alcohol and Drug Studies from Loyola Marymount University. I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider with specialized training in ADHD focused care. I am also a Clinical Supervisor for Associate Social Workers.
I believe the main goal of therapy is to remove the obstacles and blockages that preclude us from being genuine. My approach is straightforward yet compassionate. As your therapist, I simply hold the mirror up and allow you to reveal the parts of yourself that have broken off over the years as a result of stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other unresolved issues. Together we mitigate the impact of maladaptive behaviors and search for answers that are more closely aligned with your goals. The answers to many of life’s problems are internal, but we have been conditioned otherwise. I have over 20 years’ experience treating mental health and addiction issues. I use a solution focus that incorporates a wide variety of modalities tapered to your needs. I treat many issues including family of origin, addiction, primary mental health, couples, trauma, and more. I am an EMDR trained therapist, and I help clients to process painful experiences that disrupt your life and well-being. I am hesitant to ascribe to any one therapeutic orientation. Everybody is different. I combine breathwork, meditation, ACT, CBT, as well existentialism and spirituality. I look forward to working with you on your path to wellness
I primarily provide talk therapy, which I find most clients prefer; however, I specialize in and frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which works well in almost all cases. I typically work with clients over the age of 18. I have the most experience and comfort working with those with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and seeking to improve communication skills. I attempt to create a comfortable and open environment for my clients. I don't believe a client should feel as though they are sitting in a 'clinical' or 'stuffy' setting.
I have been licensed for 35 years. I received my degree in clinical psychology from George Fox University. I specialize in PTSD, depression and anxiety. I use EMDR and CBT to address trauma. I enjoy helping people discover stories they have been living that no longer work for them. Hope is an essential quality to have as you embrace new narratives and ways of being in the world. I am committed to honesty and compassion as you discover new ways of being. I employ a style that is relational and collaborative. Faith has been an important part of my journey and I am comfortable incorporating that into your work if you desire.

Hi! I'm Ceylan . My name is pronounced "Jay-lahn". I'm Turkish.
Are you dissatisfied with your life? Your relationships? Your work? Are you over-thinking? Are you beating yourself up? Are you struggling to make decisions about how to move forward to build the life you really want? Maybe you even know what you want but you are blocked somehow from moving forward?
Therapy is a wonderful place to explore and overcome what is standing in your way. Whether you have unresolved trauma which created thoughts and behaviors which are no longer helpful to you. Or you’re struggling to connect to others and unable to form and keep supportive and meaningful relationships. Maybe your daily habits, or even addictions, are keeping you from being your best self.
For over 13 years now, I have been supporting folks in their mental health recovery journey by creating a safe space to explore what it would take to have a fulfilling and meaningful life. Much of this journey involves clarifying and aligning with personal core values, improving relationships, and implementing healthier and more enjoyable coping skills and daily routines.
I know the real you is in there, possibly blocked by self-doubt and unhelpful thoughts that could be saying "who do you think you are to ask for more?" You have one precious and fleeting life! Let’s explore together how to make the most of it. I believe in you!
I’m a compassionate therapist who believes that therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be your authentic self without fear of judgment. I see myself as someone who listens deeply, meets people where they are, and walks alongside them as they navigate life’s challenges. I value creating a genuine therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration.
Hello and welcome! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters Degree from Phillips Graduate Institute and have been providing therapeutic services in a variety of settings with multiple populations for over 14 years.
With years of experience in the field, I bring a deep understanding of the complexities of human relationships and the impact they have on your overall well-being. I draw from evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, attachment and family systems theory, to help you navigate through your challenges and achieve the outcomes you desire. In our sessions, we will work collaboratively to explore your concerns, uncover underlying patterns, and develop practical strategies for overcoming obstacles.
I am a born and bred L.A native. Born into a family where there was so much intergenerational patterns that were passed down. As I placed my faith in God and I allowed him to heal me and show me my true identity in him I was able to experience life changing breakthrough. My hope is to help anyone who is seeking to incorporate faith, regardless of where you are in your walk with God (committed or questioning). God met me at my lowest, showed me his love and compassion that truly changed me for the better. I hope to show others how God is the ultimate healer of the mind, body, soul and spirit. Healing is an ongoing process and it takes daily renewing of the mind.
I help overwhelmed and burned-out adults navigate anxiety and major life transitions with a grounded, integrative approach to therapy.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel understood. My work blends somatic awareness, mindfulness, and evidence-based therapy to help you regulate stress, restore balance, and build resilience.
I'm also a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. This informs my whole-person approach, with thoughtful attention to the nervous system, lifestyle influences, and nutrition as part of overall emotional well-being.
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist based in California with over 20 years of experience practicing, researching, teaching, and supervising in the field of clinical psychology. I have had the privilege of supporting many adults in their efforts to overcome challenges arising during times of life transition such as starting/graduating school, beginning/changing careers, coping with the death of a loved one (including reproductive losses), relationship challenges/changes, and unexpected traumatic events in life. These challenges may include depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, substance misuse, and grief among others. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I will approach our work together through a holistic lens aiming to offer hope for healing as well as discovery of meaning and fulfillment in life. Let's work together on developing a clear direction to help you live a life that you feel is worth living, however you define it!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and U.S. Navy veteran who provides culturally responsive therapy to adolescents ages 14 and older and adults. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your whole self and feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can be honest about what they are experiencing while developing practical tools to help them move forward.
I work with clients experiencing depression, grief and loss, major life transitions, relationship and family challenges, low self-esteem, difficulty with emotional regulation, and periods of feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next. With adolescents, I enjoy helping young people navigate identity development, self-esteem, peer and family relationships, school stress, emotional regulation, and the challenges that come with transitioning into adulthood.
Cultural competence is an important part of my work. I have a particular passion for working with clients of color and recognize that culture, family expectations, identity, community, and lived experiences can influence how we understand ourselves and how we experience the world. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where these experiences can be openly explored and respected rather than overlooked.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, practical, and direct. I don’t believe therapy has to feel overly clinical or disconnected from your everyday life. We will work together to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, recognize your strengths, develop healthier ways of coping, and create realistic changes that support the life you want to build. Whether you are an adolescent figuring out who you are or an adult navigating a new chapter, therapy can be a place to grow, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater confidence.
Hi and welcome! We all struggle with the human condition from time to time. As your therapist I’m here to meet you with genuine connection, to truly see and hear you. It's only in a safe, supportive space that we can truly unpack the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that shape our lives and create lasting, intentional change. I offer a unique blend of motivational coaching and in-depth therapy. Together, we’ll take a holistic look at your unique humanness - your strengths, struggles, values and patterns - while working toward practical, goal-oriented solutions that help you reduce emotional suffering and move forward in your life, relationships, and career.
Nice to meet you!
My name is Liliana and I am a bilingual (English & Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Los Angeles, offering telehealth therapy to adults across California. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, and mood-related challenges. My style is inquisitive, grounded, and collaborative. I bring curiosity, empathy, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey, while also offering practical tools to help clients navigate the ups and downs of life and manage their current symptoms.
My style is warm, curious, engaged, and down-to-earth. I’m not the kind of therapist who sits silently and occasionally asks, “How does that make you feel?” I’ll be right there with you—asking questions, noticing patterns, offering perspective, and sometimes bringing humor into the room when it feels right.
I work especially well with thoughtful, self-aware people who have done a lot of thinking about themselves but still find themselves caught in patterns they can’t quite think their way out of. You may be successful and capable on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, relationship patterns, or a persistent sense that something is missing.
I also work with people who feel disconnected—from their emotions, their relationships, or even themselves. Sometimes that disconnection developed for very good reasons. If you learned early in life to stay in control, rely on yourself, push feelings aside, or keep others at a distance, those strategies may have helped you survive difficult experiences but now leave you feeling stuck or alone.
My approach is grounded largely in Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment, mindfulness, and somatic work. Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with you?” we get curious about what happened, what you learned to do to survive or belong, and what different parts of you may still be trying to protect.
Our work is about more than understanding yourself. It’s about experiencing yourself differently—with more compassion, more choice, deeper connection, and less internal noise.

Hi there, I'm Robyn.
Are you feeling overwhelmed and stressed with life transitions or the pressure of daily life? Do you find it challenging to set healthy boundaries in relationships, both personal and work? Do you find yourself constantly ending up in toxic relationships? Are you finding yourself less satisfied, fulfilled and feeling anxious or depressed?
I help people learn how to better understand the unhealthy dynamics of their relationships as well as navigate life stressors to develop better relationships and enhance life satisfaction. I will also provide skills and tools for managing anxiety or depression. I play an active role in the therapeutic process and we will work together to identify what's working and what's not working and work to bring back balance and satisfaction.
My communication style is calm, warm and empathic and my goal is to create a safe and supportive space for you to feel comfortable sharing and being open.
Welcome! My name is Sheri and I’m glad you’re here. Starting therapy can be a big step, filling you with a sense of hope, nervousness, or something in between. Taking this journey to help yourself feel better in your own skin, or to function better in relationships, is a huge act of self-care. Sometimes our old wounds, that have yet to heal, play an unsuspecting role in our lives today. Other times, we might feel stuck or get anxiety at the thought of certain changes – even those we want to make. I really enjoy working with clients to help them better understand themselves, feel better individually and in relationship and move towards the version of themselves they want to be. You being here means that you’re taking steps in this direction. My door is open when you’re ready to begin.
Feel free to schedule a 15 minute phone consultation with me to see if we are a good fit.
Hola! Just pause for a moment and give yourself credit for taking the first step toward bettering your mental health. I know it can feel empowering, confusing, and maybe even a little scary all at once, but you're here, and that's a huge step in itself.
I'm a bilingual LCSW based in Southern California, practicing for about 5 years. I help clients manage emotional distress, regulate behavior, and work toward lasting change. I build trust and provide a safe space where we normalize that life includes both highs and lows across emotional, social, and developmental areas. It would be both an honor and a privilege to accompany you on this part of your journey.
"The human race has only one effective weapon, and that is laughter." – Mark Twain
Maybe you’ve done a lot of thinking about yourself or your relationships, but still find yourself falling into the same patterns, or feeling stuck in places you can’t quite explain. Maybe you’re tired of overthinking, second-guessing yourself, or trying to hold everything together on your own. I work with individuals and couples who want to understand themselves more deeply, heal what’s keeping them stuck, and feel more connected to themselves and the people they love.
My approach is warm, relational, and rooted in attachment. I believe therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about getting curious about the patterns you’ve developed, understanding why certain things feel so difficult, and making sense of the experiences that shaped you. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the ways you think, feel, and relate to others, so you can move through your life with more clarity, self-trust, and freedom.
I've been a therapist for about eight years with a keen eye for helping others find deeper meaning through their hardships, a calming presence capable of modeling self-regulation, and a reliable ear for those that need to unload their perceived stress across different life chapters. I also offer a modern, diverse openness for cultural understanding as I am a male Latino fluent in Spanish, have Asian ethnicity, and am first-generation American. I can also empathize with perceived struggles as I grew up with low SES, was greatly affected by a custody battle into my teenage years, and became the primary healthcare agent for my father-figure until his passing from cancer during my early twenties. In more recent years, I learned the differences in transitioning from the role of a stepfather to becoming a father of a newborn. Understanding one's own pain from their story is key to learning the balancing act of validating and/or differentiating how to help others process their felt pain. I offer my therapeutic services as your existential teammate who will metaphorically walk by your side along your therapeutic journey.
Welcome. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps adults navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the pressure of carrying too much for too long. My approach is warm, honest, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I create a space where you can feel genuinely seen while also receiving practical tools that help you move forward. I integrate EMDR and other evidence-based approaches to help clients understand patterns, process painful experiences, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with who they are. You will find compassion in our sessions, but I will also gently challenge you when doing so supports your growth.
I have been practicing for over 10 years, and it has been my passion from the beginning. I obtained my Master's degree at the University of Southern California (USC) with concentrations in Health and Mental Health. Working in mental health comes from a deep desire to help others. I have always been curious and passionate about learning how the mind works and what drives certain behaviors. I am continually inspired by human resilience and feel privileged to be in a field that allows me to support others as they explore their identities, discover themselves, deepen self-understanding, and heal from intergenerational wounds and unhelpful patterns.
I genuinely believe that you as the client are the expert of your own life and I am here to guide you through your individual journey and human growth. I provide a comforting, compassionate, and free of judgment space. I take a collaborative approach, helping you gain deeper insight into yourself and the underlying factors that may be contributing to life’s challenges. Together, we work towards creating changes that foster a more fulfilling life. In our work together, I meet you where you are and provide guidance as you move forward.
Do you feel overwhelmed by every day life? Are you dealing with negative thoughts that keep you from feeling your best? Do you struggle with self-care and self-compassion?
Together we can identify how to help you feel in control of your thoughts, feelings and actions again. We will work towards increasing your ability to cope with difficult feelings or stressful life events and get you back on track with managing the different parts of your life. We will use mindfulness practices including meditation and gratitude to help you feel grounded and centered. Let's remember to be kind to ourselves!
